Such a Disappointment with the Customer care and grievance team that reaching upto that level your team is not level to resolve… such a shame, your team only can write how many times the apologetic email but none of them showed interest in resolving the concern with dedication and not even come out with intent of it… pathetic…
atleast someone has called me before discussing what he understand and saying something which is not correct. no one contacted me even once from customer care or grivenece and i am fighting over this since 25th December 2018… this is last hope though the amount is less and believe i might be wasting my time also…..
order (P04-1091171-7157873) has been processed successfully on December 25th 2018 which has new year party ticket booking from Bookmyshow, venue is Imperfecto Club Noida and eligible for 10% of cashback which i have not received correctly and just got 125 which was for movie.
on 31st December 2018 for order (P04-8583258-8056763) i have booked movie and should have received cashback as per movie cashback transaction but as i have recived above incorrectly, no cashback was given…
Both above cases are not getting resolved after 4-5 times contact with customer care and 2-3 times dispute raised and even grivence team not able to understand and said i am not eligible as 25th transaction was not for new year party, how he can say that i do have proofs ticket from bookmyshow if you need it let me know and resolve it…
i cant explain now everytime and expect someone to track and call me untill closure for this.. high time on these case…
Order # 402-0947256-4801912 not deliver, when i had shared image of deliver box then ofm team closed my account. he is not helping out. please look into this. i had received empty box. please do the police verification.
The goods were didn’t arrive at my given address but yet the message –Your AMAZON order AwB 405206461 was undelivered as you were not available. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=1332313169
In our place the courier staff direct the client to pick up the goods from their godown. When we tell to deliver it to our given address, they say if so, it will take another 2-3 days. I was also told to collect my goods by the courier company and I declined to which I got the text that I was not available. It is a bad practice. Kindly rectify such wrong practices as Amazon pay their delivery agents.
