    Dear Respected officers ,
    Order #: 402-8144845-1930763
    Actually i placed one order for Iphone 10x but as per my my understanding bluetooth headset should be there in the package but when i received my order it was not there . May be i was confused . So now i was trying to return the product but not able to place return request. So request you to please take my return request and proceed further for return my money in same my account.
    Initially i don’t want to go for higher authority . Please try to take return request ASAP.

    I ordered HP Laptop. Following is my experience —
    1. Order booking through credit card could not happen (tried #3 cards but declined). It could happen only through online payment through net banking. In other words cash was taken beforehand smartly.
    2. Received laptop in good condition but very next it gave starting trouble (was not getting started)
    3. Site indicates “return or replace” within certain period of time
    4. When requested for return, Amazon is declining & trying to convince for replacement.
    5. Requested for email communication (regarding no return only replacement) from Amazon butnothing in writing only verbal information

    I request you people do not use Amazon, as they are not able to provide good services anymore.

    Requesting you to please check the IVR conversation happened on October-2019, where I have raised this query and you all were agreed on the promo offer, now after 45 day you putting this issue with some different mode, it seems some kind of cheating happened behind this, if the offer was not there, then what was the reason to carry forward this so Long.
    People have strong faith on the brand Amazon, please arrange to maintain this.

    and it’s been more than 2 months since they have not delivered the product, making excuses about delivery, can you help?
