I would like to inform you that I bought shoe rack from your esteemed company flipkart on 25th February 2020, Product was Shoe Rack (Nilkamal), engineer visited for installation, he confirmed that the product is demage and some part is missing, I immediately called customer care to get this product return.
I also initiated the process for return the product but that is rejected again and again with some or other illogical reason,
I spoke to customer care and they asked me to email the required documents to get the product return.
But the given email provided by them was incorrect and the same is not done through the Mobile App.
I want this product to be replaced by tomorrow else I have to take legal action of cheating and harassment
This is not at all assumed from the renowned company and I will make sure to dent your image .
I am eagerly waiting for your positive response with the solution.

Your picker has picked my packet and yet I have not received my money back.
I ordered a philips woofer from flipkart &received other brand product then i raised return request of other brand against that order. A delivery agent comes and said ” i need philips brand woofer” such a fool and sick person and he refuesed to pick the order & i raised a complaint against delivery agent. No action was taken from flipkart side.After that i again raised a return request from flipkart call center. The same person called me for delivery & he again cancelled without comes to me.
Sir mene apna account create kiya aur fir samsung ka level u bluetooth 2490 Rs ka order kiya tha. 18-mar-20 ko mera order mujhe delivered kar diya. Sham ko 5 baje mera account blocked kar diya. Mene customer care ko apni problem batayi. Sham ko kareeb 8 baje jab me apne ghar pahucha fir mene apna order open kiya to box khali tha, usme bluetooth nhi mila. Mene fir customer care ko call karke problem batayi. But abhi tak mujhe koi resolution nhi mila. Aur ab call par bhi baat nhi ho pa rahi customer care se. Mera account block hone ki vajah se me “Need Help” ka option bhi use nhi kar pa raha hu. Please me on ASAP.

I was order Lifebuoy 2 Total 10 Hand Wash 190 ML Pump Dispenser (2 x 95 ml) by Flipkart . This is a online order servics . i was paid online payment . after this i was informed delivery time at my home by flipkart custmore care.
Flipkart custmor says that we are doing online paid 1 rs so my delivery was fast in my home.so flipkart custmor says please inform the debit card number and i told the debit card number and after that custmor care ask the otp in my mobile no. and i told his for 1 rs.
he is ask the otp again and again and cut the 5000 rs every time in my account . and he says transion some error . your payment back in 24 hrs but payment was not recived after 24 hrs . and cut the amount 45100 rs in my HDFC account.
after that i am blocked the debit card .
i need your help .
i am a simple privet salaried employee . i am not effort 45100 rs in my acccount .

Now I am know that flipkart is fraud company and his staff is very fraud in flipkart and I will complain in police and all news paper with voice evidence and transiction statement . And about this story for all people .This is very wrong for me.

I have not cancelled this order, were as the seller has cancelled the order on his own saying cuatomer has cancelled the order and initiated refund, on raising a complaint flipkart emailed back saying, seller has run out of stock, but the same reseller is selling the product even today at a higher price in flipkart.
This is unacceptable as the seller is cancelling after 2 months of purchase, and i have started to pay emi on the product, which has not been delivered as well.
I request flipkat grievances office to instruct the seller to reinstate the order and deliver. Failing which i will have look at legal options.

I ordered a tv on 22 march 2020, i didn’t received yet. I raised a lot complains. They are dates and changing dates continuously. They have called me and disconnected the call many times as their wish. I didn’t get any valid resolution from Flipkart. I can’t wait more. Now i can see the estimated timing is 30jun. I can see that a customer has no value to Flipkart. Now Flipkart is downgrading its service. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi, my name is Priya and I had booked my flight ticket through Flipkart Travel, due to COVID-19 the flights were cancelled hence I went ahead and requested the customer service representative to cancel my ticket and at that point of time I was eligible for a full refund however after few days when I was chasing up for my refund I got to know that my ticket was not cancelled. Again I requested the customer service representative to cancel my ticket but this time I’m not eligible for a refund since the airlines has changed the policy which is not my fault. If the customer service representative had taken correct action I would’ve been eligible for a refund but due to their mistakes I’m being penalized which is definitely not acceptable. I lost my job and I’m in financial crisis and I definitely need a refund. The company is at fault for not cancelling my ticket when requested.
Hi, I have purchased the TV Thomson with 3 years of extended warranty, but received bill only for TV on 22- May-2020 after 2 month delay (Ordered on 21 March). The payment amount for extended warranty is not mentioned on actual bill invoice as well. A separate bill invoice received on mail for it which showing invoice date as ordered date (21-March) though delivery done after 2 month means clear loss loss of 2 month in policy.
Also when I called to flip-kart customer executive, it is said the extended warranty generally start at the end date of manufacturer warranty, but no such communication received from flip -art to customer. Checked same on flip-kart online portal then new information is mention on portal that extended warranty will start from the day of delivery ie on 22-May-2020. Mean complete one year loss either manufacturer warranty or one year extended warranty. Not received satisfactory answer by flip-kart executive over it.
It is complete misleading information and loss to customer for what he already paid

Please find attached herewith the photos of above product purchased through flipkart. I had pointed the following issue through return policy.
* Battery heating while charging. –
During first return entry, your technician came and he took 5 mint video, during his test, and he said , its not at all an issue, back side is covered with a shield for protection from heat, phone charge is only coming down 2 percent so return is not possible.
* Rotation screen mode was working even in off mode –
Your technician restarted the mobile that time the issue was not there.
* Poor camera quality.-
He said there is no issue with camera,
I was fed up with the comments of your technician, so i stop talking with him.
Sir, i have not inserted sim card in to the slot , still waiting for my refund or replacement. my return request again rejected by flipkart, and no one contacted me / convinced me its not fair.

I have the honour to in inform you that I have ordered a ” Philips SPA8140B/94 38 W Bluetooth Home theatre ( Black) on dtd 18th May / 2020 at 5:02pm and it was shown that it will be delivered at my door step where earlier also many product delivered. But this time from 24/02/20 to 27/05/20 only i got msge that it will delivered but not delivered till date. Unfortunately, I m also a flipkart plus member. The courier asked me on 24/02/20 that I should collect it from their place which is near about 20km away from my home. I refused to go there and asked them to deliver it to my door step. But the delivery boy himself cancelled the order. After seeing this I complained to flipkart customer care number many a time but no fruitful result. If this type of 3rd class courier service will continue I wl never order any thing from you. I may go to a showroom in Guwahati anywhere and buy such a device but as i m a flipkart plus member I am informing you this so that you can resolve my issue and provide better facility to us.
