I have purchased IFB washing Machine on 28 th an I got the delivery for the same on 29th however the machine have some technical error, so I have initiated replacement request and technician visit was schedule for today only but no technician vistied as of date.
We called the customer care but they don’t have any details of technician who will visit. So they said the deadline for replacement is 15 Jun.
As you can understand thi is daily use product we are so much frustrated with time provided.
Request you to initiate replacement or refund which ever is possible ASAP.

Hi, I had a very bad experience with flipkart. I had ordered Blue star AC order id- OD118780701032658000 which the delivery executive had only delivered me the outdoor unit, indoor unit was not delivered by him at all he was so unprofessional behavior and dude to my parents as well . I requested a query for this, the customer care told me to return and replace, the technician had visited our home and took photos on 8th June for checking the product has been used or not and might have updated the status but still it’s not reflecting anything in flipkart. I am calling to customer care numerous times and everytime I call they give me some reason like wait for 24 hours, the feedback is not updated etc . I am frustrated doing constant follow ups and raising requests. Plz look into it as I have already paid the entire amount..i hope this should be processed as soon as possible and I will get a proper feedback. I don’t think being a plus member I will order anything in flipkart anymore because of this experience.

My product delivery is being delayed many times and i had tried many times
to contact flipkart but my issue is not resolved.
The customer care executives are of no help and keep on citing one or other reason to escape.
The product delivery date as of today is showing 6th june which is already passed.
Also the other products are getting delivered on the same address from same
gurgaon facility of flipkart… But my phone is not getting delivered.

Please go through below point-
1. I have ordered 2 products before lockdown( 23rd March) water purifiers and Mattress.2. Lockdown relaxation Time (May month Mid) – I called multiple times with a Flipkart customer they always said my issue will be resolved within 24-48 hrs continuously I am checking with Flipkart They replied the same answer 24-48 hrs and I have not received any call in 24-48 hrs Never3. I raised a grievance request. Even though I have not received any call and reply to the same reply 24-48 hrs or some days timeline4. During this time I got a call from the Flipkart team and they had insisted that I have to cancel the product. The seller isn’t able to deliver it I.e (Mattress)5. I figured it out about the Kalyan email I’d and sent an email. 6. After including Kalyan- I got a call from Flipkart they said we are working on it. Flipkart executive- Himanshu 7. After 2 days they delivered mattress ( that product seller can’t deliver it, I have recording, Flipkart executive told me to cancel it)8. But I am continuously checking for my other product water purifiers.9. I got the mattress. And suddenly I called Flipkart customer mattress is not up to the mark having multiple issues. Will point out the mattress issue.10. After 5-6 days they delivered Water purifiers thanks for that.11. I have raised a return request for Mattress with photos and issues.12. I am continuously returning my product. And the seller accepted the return request. 13. The Flipkart executive from Kalyan team – Himanshu called me and explained to him the issue and I shouted at him and I released my frustration about Mattress’s product.14. And when I got it they blocked my account. Is this the right way to handle the customers. This is customer satisfaction. 15. Kalyan – You may check my Flipkart relationship and my old order history. How much I am spending with you. And I have a couple of incidents where you have to cancel my products 16. I got to know what happened. I asked the Flipkart escalations Team – Himanshu to share with me an apology email and he had taken it the wrong way.17. As per your timeline, I am waiting to return that product on 9 June.

After 3days they rejected my request to saying that my pancard is insufficient and invalid for verification i dont know where they are varifing iteven they dont know also. I had purchased an air conditioner of MARQ BY FLIPKART company which has a order id is OD117638343734216000 My problem is that my AC’s cooling was not doing and I had complained to the company about it so many times. From day one I am facing the problem in this AC. From this June three technicians are visited my home 1st one said problem in compressor, 2nd one said no problem in compressor and visited 3rd one said that problem in sensor and PCB. And after that they are saying if replacement of sensor and PCB is coming same problem than change the location of outdoor unit said by your Bangalore technician. If your AC is defected pcs than why I am facing these kinds of problem. These days I am facing so much troubling form your side. Now I want that my AC should be replaced by company as soon as possible. My AC is in guarantee period and I want that it should be replaced because I am continuously facing a lot of problem as it is really hot here in Delhi.

an’t understand what is the actual problem with flipkart. I have decided not to order a single thing in future from flipkart. My experience with flipkart is that much bad which I cant explain. I have been following up for this order from past couple of days and still no resolution and no feedback.. Do u guys what me to file a case in consumer forum. Despite my regular attempts calling customer support and mailing so many times neither I am receiving a feedback nor anything. This was supposed to be resolved by yesterday, then it became today. If the delivery executive hasn’t delivered me they entire product it’s not my problem I have paid the entire amount. I have taken mobile in exchange offer but now Ekart person is asking money instead of mobile exchange and when I called to delivery person he said we have to visit the ekart office to take our product otherwise he will return it.
Their is no red zone or seal down at our location but still this kind of response not expected from your team.
What kind of service you people are giving to customers.. from last 3 days m talking with customer care center.. they are only giving falls commitment instead of solution… My mobile has to exchange and m not able to pay any amount..

Flipkart is doing frauds to customers by supplying defective products and making the policy harsh so that customers cannot return or get refund.
I have been struggling for the same for one month now.
Same here, i purchased a defective air cooler and registered for refund over a month ago. I can’t use it & they just delay the timelines. Moreover, can’t even find a call-centre number, nodal officer number on their website.

Very pathetic experience FK.

Summary of events from Order placed to Blur Image
25th May’2020 Placed order with Flipkart ( Order ID: OD118723215705571000 ) Blaupunkt 109cm 43 inch Full HD LED Smart TV with External Soundbar
Order was supposed to deliver on 29th May 2020 it got delivered on 2nd June 2020 however i was fine since delay could happen due to travel restrictions during Covid 19
5th June 2020 Installation happened successfully by the Flipkart technician who has come home and we switched on the TV and it was working fine and later on TV was switched off. We did not watch the TV as there was Cable or Internet connectivity
Between 6 &7th both Cable & Internet boxes were setup and both were functional from 8th June
8th June 2020 ~ 10:30AM called up Flipkart Service team and informed them about the blur image and accordingly Service technical was arranged.o Customer service team was arranging for replacement however I have mentioned lets trouble shoot first and then we look for replacement as we thought it could be due to some settings

8th June 2020 technician has come by 1:00PM and he inspect thoroughly and informed us the screen has Blur image and poor quality , same was informed to Flipkart Service team over the phone and explained the issue
Technician recorded the video and sent to Flipkart Service team and as per the Flipkart Service team TV was functioning Superb and there is no issue with it.o Basis on the Flipkart Service team information our Flipkart team have cancelled return & replacement
My Questions to Flipkart: How can you guys rely on someone so strongly who save the picture quality over phone and not on technician who came home and saw the TV physically and me as a customer.. Watching video footage on Mobile is not as same as watching is Live
Flipkart service team rejected the return and then on the TV is lying in the house as its not unsafe to watch because of Blur image and causing headache

I have following up from 9th to till date with customer service and no one responds with resolution , all they keep saying is back end team is working and working I will have to wait till 1st of July
What will happen until 1st of July , what actions are been taken no one knows
With the mental trauma that you guys are giving for purchasing TV with Flipkart I applaud each one of you who are collectively responsible
I don’t want replacement as a solution with some of the pain and mental peace is lost

If replacement is the only option you have , kindly provide me the address of Flipkart Godown I will deliver the TV myself I don’t want this product anymore in my house as I have lost trust that TV will function fine and im confident Flipkart will not support me anytime going by the experience

I purchased Stainless Steel Modular Rack from Flipkart on 28 May 2020 and it got delivered on 3 june 2020. Further I raised return request with reason High Price charged for the product. The pickup person came for the collection of product but since the product was branded as “Kitchking” and the seller description is 4Ten so the Courier person did not picked the product saying that the product name is not matching although the product is exactly same. So I contacted customer care on 16 June 2020 and he/she asked me to cancel the return as the reason should be different brand instead of High Price charged. Further they asked me to wait for atleast 72 hours so that the system gets updated with the cancellation and then asked me to contact back after 72 hours.
I contacted again on 21 June 2020 to customer care for the return but now the whole picture changed as the customer care saying that the product cannot be returned now as there is 10 days return policy which is lapsed. I asked to connect with senior executive “Rahul” and he also said the same thing. But where is my fault? I raised the cancellation request on time, again contacted customer care for the help as the pick up person was not taking the product and finally contacted again to customer care for the return.
Not sure but its all the fault of flipkart as the seller has mentioned incorrect brand name in their description. Product price is high as compared to other seller on Flipkart as order similar product from other seller on Flipkart itself. Customer care not cooperating as I followed their instruction of return that too with the specified time limit.
