    Sir, I am very upset with the policy of Fipkad Company saying that there is something else and there is something else, I ordered Arrow Sport Men Solid Casual Grey Shirt Whose order id OD220219821317879000
    I got it in a big size, I want to return it, but many times its return request is inserted every time my return request gets canceled while I am inside the return policy.
    My help is not done by your customer care officer, he is also cutting the call after repeated calls.Sir i want to return this shirt please help me

    I am not satisfied by the service provided by Marq/Flipkart support/technical team as the product is not usable within 6 months of time.I need you to intervene and give justice for the customer. Please find the list of complaints created so far without permanent fix for the problem.My humble request is to take back the product and provide a money refund.

    My flight had been canceled due to covid – 19 on 7 nov 20 but till now i did not get refund whenever i provide mail copy of spice-jet in which they clearly mentioned that they refund on 8 nov 2020, very pathetic and poor service quality of flipkart travel, flipkart travel executive never give any solution always says our team will contact you, realy i am fade-up with flipkart, never make ticket from flipkart travel.

    Flipkart is fooling everybody. I have purchased Android box H96 MAX Android 10 (Caviar technologies) @ Rs.5497/- Order ID – OD220410911761341000. But it is a Chinese product costing around 2500/- from Bangood.com which is banned by Indian govt, I hope. Anyhow I purchased it, but the issue is after purchasing the same item @ rs. 5497/- now, within a 5 days period, it is showing Rs. 4200/- for the same product. Flipkart is duping everybody by selling banned Chinese products @ double rates. There is no option on Flipkart site for review/comment for this product nor can return it. Flipkart customer support is also hopeless. No option to lodge a complaint on Flipkart site. I had trusted Flipkart earlier, now…???๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Multiple Incidents raised with flipkart . The customer care have no idea but a standard reply ” rest assured” Grievance officer keeps mum. The board of director should get involved before flipkart turns to a corrupt practice. There insider doing favoritism to vendors, feedback are selective in posting and the logistics arm ekart is highly supportive. The deliveries are not updated till a week time so no returns are made.
    Heavy corruption with flipkart I can prove with records.

    To the Flipkart team, thank you for taking your loyal customer(as you always Tell me on call) for the biggest ride for a lifetime 4monts and counting.
    Thank you for solving the refund which has taken almost 4 months now, and still counting , another two months it Wii be a year since I made the booking.
    Thank you specially to the executives
    for their time to interact with them, and specially to the senior executive who I finally had the chance to speak in four months as it is impossible to speak as he is on lunch break or too busy taking call .
    And the most important the concern department who has been sending me mails and SMS stating the the issue will be solved and call me regarding the matter . Which has never been .. neither any call . As stated.

    48 hrs
    9 days
    15 days
    But never enough for them .. 4 months now .. 2 more months . Will be a year . Thank you team Flipkart travel .

    Sir I am trying to return the both product due to very cheap quality.
    Many times informed to flipkart care, the flipkart executives rise one return complaint and another doing cancel same problem happen two times but I don’t want both. Today is last of return pick up of 100% cotton bedsheet as per mgs by pickup person but in my account order cancel showing.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    What should I do in the case of blocked FlipKart Account (e-mail Id : ackashyap@hotmail.com & Mob.No.9523423554) and unable to contact through my own mobile no? While following two delivered products are defective / wrong via order ID : OD120313020888650000 :

    1. Divyabhav Aluminium Non Stick Induction Bottom Dosa Tawa : The delivered Dosa Tawa is of Sumul-Brand which is other than ordered brand (Divyabhav) and is not working on Induction Stove (which is necessary for me). Respective photographs attached for your reference.

    2. Galaxy Home Decor 214 cm Curtain : The delivered curtain is transparent (which is making my room dark) while I had ordered Blackout curtain (which can make my room dark).

    I have ordered Vivo V20 pro mobile on 2nd December. I received mobile on 7th but wrong product (Realme mobile) then I have raised complaint on same day. Then the return process was stated. Around 16th a pick up person came to pic wrongly delivered product but he refused to pic that because it was Realme mobile. Actually that pick up person don’t aware(Flipkart didn’t share information about wrong product) of reason for returning the mobile.

    Then Flipkart agent has closed that issue and reopened on 18th December. They have given last day for pick up is 26th. On 26th I found that also canceled automatically.

    I have not sealed(Opened) Realme product box. I have shared IMEI number for that mobile to Flipkart then they approved return process.

    Very bad experience I am facing from flipkart. Please correct it quickly.

Then the return process was stated. Then Flipkart agent has closed that issue. I had raised many replacement Requests many times, but still, I do not get any solution.

    I am sorry to say that your customer related policy is annoying and disrespectful to end customers.

    It’s you who have given a faulty laptop.
    It was you who has given pick up date.
    It was you who has given the refund date.
    It was you who didn’t turn up for the pickup.
    It was you who cancelled the refund request from the backdoor.
    It is you who is keep highlighting the issue(atleast 36 helpdesk staff has done the same).
    It is you who disconnects the call rudely whenever I have asked you to connect my call to higher authority helpdesk team.
    It’s you who is continuously calling on primary number instead of giving u my alternate number 69th time i.e; 9554487054(this is 69th time).
    It’s you who is not calling me it’s me who is placing request to call.
    It’s you who is not clear whats nxt. Do we really have any system process or its god own country.

    Just answer me when should I expect your call with final solution and no highlights and no lolipops.

    Most important 70th time do call me on 9554487054 and not on primary number.
