    I have complained 25 (yes twenty five) times!! Flopkart has no integrity. They havent delivered the product and after 1.5 months it still shows as ‘will be delivered soon’!!

    I have ordered  a pocco x3on 21st jan 2021 but till time the same has not received.  Two times it has rescheduled  for delivery. I am not getting  any satisfactory  answer from your customer service officer  rather getting misbehavior  …service is very poor. Deliver my product  either 24 hrs else will cancel my product ..order no-OD120809992895272000

    Flipkart sevice is very bad i am trying to reach them from 5 days and i have tried all the Flipkart customer care number available on internet and also type mail on their mail id and every time computer says our executive are busy blah blah blah i am soo frustrated i have lost my 1000 rupees only because of Flipkart i hate it it’s soo shit.

    Hi,

    I placed an order for an iPhone 11 from Flipkart only and the only reason why I chose Flipkart due to its best price and free AIRPODS with it. But today when I have received the order the AirPods are missing. I arranged a call back for myself from Flipkart only but they seem to sound very helpless and saying that if today the website doesn’t show the Free AirPods they can’t help it. I have a logic to support my concern. It costed me around 49k and I got it financed from my Bank and paying 4k extra. Had it not been free AirPods I would have bought it from anywhere else using my Bajaj Card with 0 EMI, but I chose the other route just because of the offer where I was getting Free AIRPODS. This is a wrong expectation being set and I am expecting some resolution into this please. I have/had so much faith in Flipkart that I didn’t even take the screenshot and just placed the order with an overwhelming happiness. I am not a Fraud just a few years almost regular middle-class customer at Flipkart.

    I am still waiting for the issues to be resolved.

    This order was delivered to me in November 2020. The first case was opened for this on 28/11/2020 as different model was delivered to me. I had ordered Apple iphone 11 pro 256 gb but Apple iphone se 64gb was delivered to me. I have been pursuing the case from 28/11/2020 itself. Its been more than two months now. Suddenly on 28/01/2021 you close my case stating multiple return requests of item from my account and also you block my flipkart plus account. Before 28/01/2021 return requests were raised, rejected and raised again multiple times in last two months. At that time there was no such thing as multiple return of items from my account. It suddenly pops on 28/01/2021. Isnt it really absurd from flipkart’s side to act like this.
    1. As per flipkart there has been multiple returns of items from my account, then why wasnt the case rejected the first time itself when it was raised on 28/11/2020? Why after two months?
    2. Also my account should have been blocked earlier only in november 2020 itself and shouldnt have let me order items from flipkart if i raise so much return requests. But i have ordered items after apple iphone also. I bought macbook air also after it and many other items too.
    3. Cancelled orders before delivery are not return of items. Also there has been return of items all due to flipkarts fault.
    a) Case of Apple Airpods- Different Brand product was sent instead of Apple Airpods and for this also i had to fight with flipkart for more than two months.
    b) Case of sofa cover- a defective product was sent so return was raised for it
    c) case of philips power bank- it was cancelled before delivery and shipment itself as i missed using discount code on it. Later it was bought from my brothers flipkart account with an offer. If you want i can share the order id for this also.

    All the returns made were with proper reasons and none were returned uselessly to flipkart. You should get it checked and verified yourself about the returns. I will provide valid reasons and justification for returns made from my account. You may investigate about my account.

    So you are requested to unblock my flipkart plus account asap and also issue refund for the Apple iphone 11pro 256gb amounting ₹89999/-
    All you Higher Authorities from flipkart can call directly on my number for any clarificatio.

    I have raised refund request regarding my defective product but every time you called me and phone put on hold for long time.     I have ordered poco C3 under Order ID – OD220927163848841000 with exchange option available under this product but at the time of delivery the logistic agents behavior is very rude my old phone is under very good condition still is refused to handover the delivery 1stly he said there is a camera issue when I said to him check it 1st than he said no you have to pay the exchange value amt then only will handover the new phone this is very pathetic service as of now I got from flipkart as I have already paid 4499 either exchange my phone on immediate basis or refund the payment asap….

    I am first timer to flipkart and was ordered for a sayona blender and received the item on 29.0102021 and it was opened today i.e. on 07.02.2021 and it is not switching on. As I was don’t know the timeline of return.hence I request you to make necessary arrangements for replacing the faulty one.

    I would like to inform that there is not a single response from the Flipkart team on the issue with booking ID FF20112910753402 .
    The cancellation request was created on 19th Jan wherein 15 day time line crossed , apart from that 2 other 48 hour timelines are over.
    But still not even a single call back or even a response mail.
    Regret booking on Flipkart and the customer service is even more pathetic wherein everytime the same quote is repeated “wait for 48 hours”and nothing happens.
    Will there be any resolution at all from your end?
    Deeply concerned about other fellow members who booked through Flipkart with some changes.

    Please help me with the issue or else guide me if I need to take some other measures.

    I had raised a return request of my New purchased mobile phone On 23 rd January.I got the mobile phone pn 21 st jan. After installing sim, it shows that phone 8s hanging and the battery backup is verry poor. So that i put the request for replacement. Then The Flipkart arrange a technician visit to my address. But the technician never called me. I called them and asked why they are not coming. They replied that they are above 50 km from my address. So they are rejecting the visit. Thus 3 times Flipkart arranged the technician visit and they rejected. I had some many times complained with Flipkart customer care and again again they are doing the same technician visits. Now it is showing that the return request is rejected. Now i tried to contact Flipkart customer care. But i am not receiving any call back from Flipkart is really amazing and disappointing.
    Sir, i need an urgent resolution from your end immediately.
    I need my replacement of the mobile phone as i had lost 16 more days.

    I purchased a Samsung Washing machine worth 40K on flipkart on 20th January 2021.
    In exchange of my old washing machine which was supposed to fetch me 4450/- now the wish master comes and tells me i have to pay him Rs.975/- because there is a slight rust on the paint outside on the corners, I had added pictures of the machine which was taken as exchange, the machine was checked thoroughly on all aspects.

    I escalated this to the customer support team and for the last 10 days have been following up with for the same and it seems there is always a standard reply that the issue has been escalated and you should receive a reply in 24 to 48 hours.

    As a customer i have always bought from flipkart whereas i could have done the same on Amazon but i believe in Indian companies but this has been a very bad experience and would rethink on the same.

    After 25 days now the flipkart says as an invoice to the amount was issued we cannot do anything complete cheating of consumers

    Flipkart customer service is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional with full of untrained agents at their contact center.

    Give proper training to your employees else you will have to shut the store very soon.

    I have raised an complaint few weeks back & still the issue is not resolved. Worth part is, I must have spoken to at least 8-10 different agents by now but have not received any sensible response once. If they do not have answer to my question, they often disconnect the call and escape. Quality team should be strong enough to catch-hold such employees who are good for nothing & spoiling reputation of the company.

    I am sure this query too will not be addressed & royally ignored.

    People be careful while placing your orders with them. I must have spent more than ₹50K since last 4-5 months.
    Quality of the products is lower in comparison with Amazon. I have only purchased because I stay in a rental apartment as items on website are budget friendly.

    Contact Center Employees very bad, highly disappointed.

    Hello Sir/Ma’am,My Flipkart id – majeda.nagda@gmail.com with mobile – 9009998776 is blocked for more than 45 days for seller’s fault. I’ve been trying to convince the flipkart customer service for 45 days, that if you can’t unblock then give my gift card amount back but they are keep sending me the same copy paste reply & no proper action was taken by them.Now I insist you to kep your A/c with you, Give me my Rs.6975 gift cards back which are added in this a/c. Either release them from this a/c or transfer the amount to my bank else I have no other option to go to the consumer court.Give my hard earned money back.

    I purchased a water purifier from Flipkart Aquagrand Nexon +RO+UV+UF+TDS controller 18L RO+UV+UF+TDS water purifier (Multicolor) and it was communicated that installation will be completed within 5 working days from delivery date. Product delivered to me on 5th Feb 2020 and I am taking continuously follow up from flipkart but not getting proper resolution. Installation is not yet done, they are providing me mobile numbers and dates only. Mobile numbers of purifier company team and they are denied for the installation.

    I had ordered for return of Boat smart watch however,pickup team took my watch and marked off against the other item which was placed for return. I have been following up for return of product so that it can be delivered. The Flipkart help desk gave me 25th as date for resolution but now from 25th they have stopped following up. When i called they are saying to wait will 4th march… on the top of that my watch return date was 24th. now filpkart has taken the money and watch both.

    I am trying to reach you cx support but they are putting me on hold for 2 hrs and then disconnecting call. I have very simple issue that I had received a puma jacket just of diff style so i requested to return but your team is harassing me now to provide id proof I had checked your return policy its no where written that for returning the product I had to provide id proof.

    I have booked my ticket on 2nd of april and return ticket on 12th of April 20,due to covid ticket was automatically cancelled and informed by your team that within 120 days you will be getting your refund ,when i called after 120 days flipkart agent confirmed that due to covide 19 refund is not possible ,you can reschedule this ticket and i am okay with that and i called feb 21 to reshedule my ticket on Mar 18 and agent was sent the premium link and i have paid the shortfall also 3663/- on 24th Feb ,till date we have not received e-ticket and team is confirming that within 48 hours you will be receiving e-ticket .84 hous gone but i am not getting any proposer response from your team

    I would like to inform you that I have booked house hold item (Jagjeet Aluminium Hand Juicer 16) order no. OD121102020469568000 and tracking ID FMPP0696804435 on 24.02.2021 but your delivery company E-kart (Delivery boy) have denied delivery at my home address whereas delivery area is covered of my home address. In past time, delivery boy had also denied to deliver and delivery boy have cancelled the items.
    I therefore request you to kindly take hard action against the delivery boy in this regard on top priority under intimation to me.

    Hello Flifpkart,

    Reference to subject line I ordered Samsung F62 mobile phone 27th Feb 2021 and it was about to deliver on first march 2021 under exchange offer..when delivery guy came at my place and check phone he said phone screen is coming out and if you want you f62 phone you have to pay approx 4000 RS. when i confronted him about his false statement he said he can’t do anything,,either pay the said amount else he will cancel the delivery or said you can talk to flipkart customer care..

    When I talk to customer care executive aakriti she advises not to pay money and flipkart will resolve the issue till 4th march as per hin courier person cannot demand for money and even he can not decide that phone is in bad condition after her commitment i agreed not to take phone.

    Next day when I checked order status it showed the issue resolved and again I requested for a call back, when asked the reason why the issue has been resolved executive said its wishmaster policy and as per his phone is damaged but also gave assurance that he will take it further and will check on this. but did not get any response and put me on hold after 2 3 min phone disconnected.

    Again i contact to customer care and explain same thing 3rd time and same he assured to give solution, when i asked to connect senour he put me on hold more than 10 min and same phone disconnected from other side.

    I tried many time and had talk to multiple executive over the day and last i had talk to mr Rahul ..this was 6th time i explained scenario and he understand and give commitment that wishmaster will delivery phone and will not take extra amount but when i checked today again it showed issue resolved.

    Before writing this mail I again talked to one more executive but she was not able to listen and did not understand my problem and said delivery is going to cancel from whismarter

    Now I have a few Questions from Flipkart.

    How come a courier person can decide my phone is in good condition or bad

    Why didn’t I get a call before? Once the delivery person will come and give a final value before that you should not reset the phone. who is responsible for data loss.

    Who is responsible for mental harassment as it was an occasion at my home and had to gift a phone to my wife on her birthday.

    Please take this matter on priority and resolve ASAP

    I have ordered Real me ear budd on 2 feb2021 and I’m branch manager in bank..I was on traning ,By Monday I got the ear buds.i was defected. I contacted Customer care atleast 10 times ..no resolution provede to me..Mental harshment and tourcher have been done with me..Before calling me.if u have the recordings .do listen then call me
