This is to bring to your notice that I have booked tickets from your airlines, but due to lock down I couldn’t avail the services.
Now when I wanted to use the facility of these tickets for my travel to Nagpur from Pune during Diwali vacation, but came to know that there is no flights available during this period.

Your company doesn’t have any flights operational before Deepawali, to Nagpur, hence I am my family is stuck up.

I booked flight ticket in your airlines for 20 th May 2020 from Bagdogra to Kolkata (G8 537 ).PNR no for that is LYCDVT. Because of COVID19 issue that flight is cancelled from your end. Now I am requesting you to refund full amount to my account instead of holding my money to credit shell. I don’t have any plan to visit any place in next year. My forward journey from Kolkata to Bagdogra on 15th may2020 was in INDIGO airlines. Indigo already refunded me the full amount. Please refund my money immediately.

I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad and while doing web check in I got to know from Customer care executive that all seats are chargeable. I mentioned this is not the case with other airlines, but he repeated that for web checkin i will have to pay for the seats.
My question is when i am paying for the ticket, why should i pay for the seats with no extra benefits? Is it mentioned in the T&C that all seats are chargeable. Please clarify.
Also I am calling customer care since morning and not even once my phone has been answered even after waiting for more than 30 minutes each time. Can you please improve the availability of your Customer care executives?
No one is picking up the phone call I was trying to contact them since Nov 2019 they have refunded single penny

When I have booked this flight, the iternary and flight was different and it was a direct flight and now suddenly you have changed my flight with a halt of 6 hours in Varanasi, without any consent or notification from me.
Already tried calling customer care several times but even after waiting in queue for 35 mins everytime, no one is answering the call.
Earlier my flight G8557 timings was 6:40PM in the evening from Delhi to Blr direct flight, now the flight timing has changed to 2:30pm without giving any notification or option to change the flight.I have attached my earlier and latest flight itinerary.
Couldn’t accept this kind of behaviour, please change my flight to a direct flight, can’t waste my precious time, it takes only 3 hrs to reach blr, can’t tolerate 10 hours sitting at the airport. Please try to understand and help me for my genuine concern.
Either change my flight to a direct flight else cancel this flight and provide me a full refund. Please reach out to me asap.

This is the worst service experience of my life. Because of you guys there are several instances that I have to face the cancellation of my flight thrice. I need my refund in just next 3 working days and I will never book a flight with you ppl ever and also ask all my family members and friends to do the same. Worst experience and I want my money to be refunded asap. I am unable to attend my family function because of you. Also I am going to escalate it and tweet about this. You guys don’t take this as your responsibility to book another flight as an alternative for us. Really pathetic service you give.
My parents had booked the flight for the month of march 2020 from delhi to pune but due to covid situation, they didnt travel. In that time frame, policy came from the Govt that the flights which was booked earlier and they couldnt travel due to covid situations will get the full refund .But my parents got only the amount of Rs 200 from Go Air which is pathetic under ongoing conditions.If other airlines like indigo for instance is giving full refund at that time of travel(in case of my ticket) why go air has the problem to issue full refund .Please issue the full refund. As of now, I can see that this PNR (X681WF) is now booked for 13 December 2020 without our intervention. I could not able to travel on 13 December 2020.
Could you please make the same PNR to travel on 30 Jan 2021 or 6 February 2021?
I would like to make the changes & kindly take this email as my confirmation. I have tried many times calling your call center but no luck. I have followed many times but there is no response by Go airways

I had booked Go Air tickets from Mumbai to Jammu and back for travel date 15/04/20 to 21/04/20 vide PNR number QBUWQA but which got cancelled due to lockdown. I have written several emails to Goair, Nodal Office and Allelate Authority of Go Air but nobody is replying to my emails.
I had to cancel GoAir ticket as the flight was rescheduled by the airline and new schedule was not suitable for me.
I sent multiple mails regarding this, but unfortunately nobody cared to respond. I have been charged cancellation fee though it was mismanagement from airline. I am looking for full refund for the ticket, please help regarding this.

Hello, I am holding PNR DBIMFN Kochi to Mumbai, Goair cancelled my ticket and said you can reschedule your ticket within 1 year while i m rescheduling getting error your PNR is invalid so i called customer care after 5 minutes call getting disconnect so sent mail to nodal officer and feedback team they are list bothered to reply. I had booked a return ticket (PNR# B55JGC) with GoAir and the amount has been sitting in a credit shell since the lockdown. I have tried to reach Customer Care on their phone for over 2 months now and all I hear is a pre-recorded message and it never goes through an agent. Several emails to feedback/nodalofficer etc. have also not resulted in a response. I also posted on the GoAir account in Facebook but to no avail.
I am extremely frustrated with this and feel cheated.
Due to the pandemic, I have no plans of travel in the near future and hence need a full refund of the amount immediately.

Our flight was cancelled due to lockdown and the current covid situation. We booked the tickets on 01st March for travel from 30 Apr to 09 May.
Based on the court order, the DGCA has said that those who booked tickets between March 25 and May 24 for travelling within the same period, those who booked tickets prior to March 25 but the travel period was till May 24, those who booked tickets anytime but for a journey post May 24 should be given a full refund.
I have already written to Nodal officer, Appellate authority but there is no reply from anyone. We have two 7 year old kids travelling with us. We don’t intend to travel in the future due to this pandemic.
Please process full refund of our tickets at the earliest.

PNR- LYIEUT. I booked 3 tickets from Chandigarh to Benguluru, flight number-G8-811 (24.12.2020) on 23rd October 2020. The premises cancelled my tickets on 18th Dec 2020 without my consent and refunded my payment immediately without informing me. I tried to connect the customer care but they are not reverting me back. They are excepting their mistake but still asking me to pay 10k extra for 3 tickets to be re scheduled. They are not even giving me the reason behind the cancellation of the tickets. I am very disappointed with the services and the airline. It’s very urgent for us to travel but executives are not solving the issue. Being a customer I feel like you are fudging us and even more mentally harrassing. I request you to re-book our tickets on the previous rates. Please take this case seriously.

Every other airlines have made refunds for flights during lockdown. I had booking with Indigo, Spice and GO air.
Already got full refund from Indigo and Spice.
Goair not picking up call on helpline, not responding to emails. This Chor airline is not only blocking our money they are earning interest on them.
I Have booked ticket on 12th Jan 21 on urgent travel on 14th jan 21 on high price. Which is fine for me as i was informed about the price during booking. Booking no “R4D9TY”.
But when i am trying to do WEB CHECK IN , i am FORCED TO PAY ADDITIONAL appx Rs 1000 for SEAT BOOKING. This is i can say absolutely cheating as it was no where mentioned during booking processes.
Why i should pay for seats as it was not mentioned anywhere? and there is no option to fly with auto selected seats.
I need my Seat booking amount refunded.
