You are making the policy only for customers right but now you are harassing your customers as I have been requesting since long that I have facing a lot of issue regarding this Lap loan and I need to close this as soon as possible but whenever I have mailed your customer support but i din’t get any reply from your end so I am facing a lot difficulty I can’t be able understand your policy.I have applied my fore closer 16th December and 4 days already gone.I need my Lap loan fore closer letter by today any how in my mail.
on 9th Jan2020 i have send the details asked by your bank for the remittance of USD 1622.28 to my HDFC bank account( from Bangladesh) but till now it has not updated. last month also i have faced the same problem which took 4 days to remit.
i am really sorry to say that the service of your bank is becoming worst where there is no assistance from your end at proper time. next two days are bank holiday and if not done today before Monday it will not happen.

This is regarding the visit done today 12.02.2020, The relationship manager Ms.Yazhilini in HDFC perungalathur Branch was very unhelpful and very rude ,First of all she doesn’t know the complete query of us and directly advised us to visit Tiruvanmayur branch .
Query – I would require the Noc for closure of credit card ,I called customer service and the agent answered me to write a letter and produce it to nearest branch. After visiting hospital the very next day I rushed to branch and I informed him that I would require Noc ,cmr service asked me drop letters these are my request immediately she asked me to call customer service and recheck ,when I asked her why she said u will HV to visit thiruvanmayur branch with rude face and ignorant answer at my husband and me .No hospitality in d branch ,
My question is that then why do they have HDFC branch in perungalathur.Ms yazhili isn’t doing the right job helping cmrs just passing the buck.What if cmr service has given wrong information,it’s d same bank right she has to take complete responsibility in helping cmrs .Either it’s HDFC bank mistake taking the wrong attitude ppl or They need to help her with good trainings …This is not the first time we are facing this s third time first we went to change my husband company name on d account she didn’t give us proper explanation then we googled it and got to know procedure then someone we managed secondly we wanted to take mutual fund but no proper response from d hdfc bank perungalathur then we opened SIP and opened insurance with a very good renowed bank

This is to inform you that I have visited your Meramandali Branch (Dhenkanal, Odisha) in month of February for Updation of my Email id. I have filled up the required docs and was given assurance by branch that the same will b updated as I require to activate for my Internet Banking.
In month of March when I visited the branch I was surprised that the Email was not updated and was informed by branch to once again fill up the required form. As the same may b misplaced. As of now my Email is not updated.
You are requested to look into the matter as it is not possible to visit the branch during lockdown as my place of residence is 20kms away from branch.

I have purchased macbook air from Croma on Jan 25, 2020 and there was offer on macbook of 6000 cashback. It shall be credited within 90 days from purchased date. Its been more than 120 days, and I have received any cashback. I understand owing to current situation(Covid-19), the response time takes to an email would take more than usual for being acknowledged but taking close to a month by now does not seem to be acceptable despite looping the nodal officer(bohdfchyd) amidst but to no avail. I have lost all my patience around the listed concern and it does not bear to hold-on any longer, I am pushed to vent my ire here.
This is really sad to see that HDFC have added an extra instalment worth 60K plus just because of me availing the EMI Moratorium (Apr & May’2020) on my Loan# 98591306. Due to current outbreak (Covid-19), I placed a temporary pause request considering the state of my family and corresponding unforeseen requirements. But to my surprise, it is highly disappointing to have a third instalment added (in place of two) as a result of this, was never expected at all.
I am not in agreement to this weird acknowledgement of my Moratorium ask and full of regret to have it made. It truly feels like falling prey to the Moratorium policy (ill treatment). I want to take it up to the highest level if not considered in all good faith. Please revisit the repayment schedule and remove this 39th instalment. In fact, remove the other two as well (37th and 38th). In fact, I am ready to pay (will arrange funds from somewhere) those two EMIs (Apr & May) to avoid a burden of a new load getting added to the tenor. Please consider this
Also, please help me with an assurance that this sort of arrangement should not bear any impact on my CIBIL rating.

Hi Team, There are much disappointment from Banks in these days. I have a car loan from bank. I have paid the same continue since 4 years. I have submitted moratorium in bank for Mar’20-May’20 but bank debited my account till Apr’20 and send the message for refund, that is not hppn till yet. Again I have applied moratorium for Jun’20-Aug’20 but still no confirmation from bank after 7 days. Even EMI present at due dat. Unfortunately I have some financial crises in these days so EMI got bounced and 600₹ debited my account. This is very very hard from bank. No any right portal to submit my concern to bank. I am disappointed to inform that the complaint against irregularities in my HDFC credit for month of August’ 2020 has been lodged various complains through e-mail and HDFC complain site but till now the problem has not been resolved. I have lodged complain through Customer Care Center and on 25/08/2020 your good officer rang me and understood the problem and promised to resolve the problem by Monday (31/08/2020) but bear no fruit.
Kindly look into the transaction of 30/07/2020 that two numbers (2 nos.) transactions have been debited to my HDFC Credit Card in the name of *SBCCREDITCARD MUMBAI for amounting to Rs. 14,000/- each on same day. These transactions have not been executed/incurred by me. I have requested many times to solve the problem but irresponsible shown by HDFC is not good for the faithful customer.

I am a IMPERIA customer. My sister Ranjana Smetacek is a very old customer of HDFC, from 1999 till date.
The bank makes investments in Mutual Funds on her behalf and sells the same from time to time. Her Bank is at MUMBAI. The officers dealing with this are YAYATI SAWANT and PRAVEEN TALREJA. For declaring LTCG and STCG on sales of MFsin the I T return, certain statutory information is required.
They have taken almost two months to provide the same and I regret to mention that the information was factually wrong in many places. The Market value of certain Mutual funds as on 31.01.2018 had to be obtained from other sources.
I am distressed to see such attitude.
Can you do something about this ?
My sister Ranjana Smetacek wrote a letter also which can be shared at the right time.
Such behaviour and attitude is very bad for the profile of HDFC bank.

Sir, I paid first time EMI of jumbo loan on 22.02.2021 of rs.11239/-, which was due date on 13.03.2021.
I received call from HDFC bank asking to pay Credit card bill payment of rs.7806/-, but due to mistake, again I paid jumbo loan EMI payment of Rs. 11,239/- on 18.03.2021 instead of credit card bill payment of rs.7806/-. However, again, I paid credit card bill of rs.7806/- on 19.03.2021.But I was charged rs.600/- for late fee for 5 days late which is injustice.
Instead of returning my excess amount of rs.11239/- paid twice of jumbo loan EMI held with bank, your bank will keep my money for more than one month with out paying any interest on it and the amount is adjusting in next month bill. That means my excess amount is keeping with bank for one month with out paying any interest or returning to me. Whereas, bank charging 600/- towards late fee for 5 days late payment of Rs. 7806/-, which is injustice.
Please Look into the matter and waive late fee amount of rs.600/-, or you pay interest for my excess amount held with bank for one month period or return my excess amount held with bank immediately.
