    You are literally harassing me for an air ticket which is brought through your portal. I made a booking at 21.50 on 11th sept 2020, after some time at 23.45 I received a message stating that mandatory web checkin. I tried web checkin and its showed all the flights were full,so I called customer care 00.33hrs , their no proper response and your agent informed to reach the airport 3hrs priority to departure. I reached the airport at 6.30am on 12th sept 2020, where the airport is opened at 7:45am, this is liua harassment.I had all the voice calls records and screen recording date. After completing my check in now i received a boarding pass. On Monday ill submit all the data at consumers court.

    My flight for booking ID NF20147282046452 cancelled n=by airlines, raised a refund request for the same through website but no reply yet from makemytrip. I want to know when you will refund the amount, why the numbers provided the website for airlines are fake.

    I(priyank dixit) from delhi Address:- H-24 rajeev nagar extn. Begumpur, New Delhi-110086. was trying to book hotel in haridwar through your portal via phone pe app the amount of ₹338/- had been deducted when I was tried to book hotel Simran yatri niwas, haridwar near birla ghat.
    The issue is that my payment was deducted from my bank account via. Phone pe app but neither booking Id nor payment reflect to hotel person.
    I have enclosed a screenshot of the same but their is nothing reply from make my trip.

    I had a booking for flight number AI774 for 27th October 2020 vide booking id-NF70100265025470. The flight has been cancelled by Air India and I have cancelled my 3PNR as guided by AI. vide Case ID- 05410432 dated 11.10.2020. AI confirmed that there will be no charge and full refund will be done to my travel agent ie. Make My Trip soon. Accordingly I have raised refund request through MMT. Received a msg from a MMT today that AI had rejected my full refund request. I have just contacted AI Sales Office and they confirmed that AI is ready to refill my full amount to my travel agent!

    I am being harassed by MMT. Please arrange to refund my full amount at the earliest!

    Tried booking ticket using y credit shell amount, but MMT failed the booking and didn’t allow me to book the ticket despite multiple retries (intentional bug to avoid credit shell use), and booking without credit shell was ultra smooth- ultimately had to book the flight on emergency with hefty pay!
    For the first failed booking- MMT deducted money for which they just sent multiple messages that refund initiated but even after a MONTH, refund has not been given!

    They are doing frauds & under the eyes of state and ministries. Mr. Hardeep Singh Puri the minister is useless! Civil aviation ministry is useless!

    My booking was cancelled by Indigo and upon contacting them the ‘Refund of 1,292.00 INR is sent to Makemytrip my original source of booking, but i never received the amount till now and that i was asked to call MMT directly. And to worsen things the remaining amount of INR 9591 was transferred to credit shell which is really useless as i am not intending to travel in the near future. Please arrange to refund the entire amount of 10883 as early as possible.

    Appreciate any action taken in this regard.

    Dear MMT, I have booked a return ticket from Delhi – EBB (8th March 2020) and return from EBB – Delhi (7th June 2020) with Booking IDNN2915951479140 (booked on 19 Jan 2020). However, my return flight could not be possible due to the COVID 19 which I understood and waited for flights to resume. However I was informed that the return ticket can be cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I have been trying with everything but nothing happened as yet. I would like my refund back and please let me know if anything to be required from my side.

    Hi all,
    Iam sridhar from chennai… I booked our ticket to siliguri to chennai on 28th April to 2nd may 2020…my PNR Is WPVUSH… I spoke with Indigo Airlines and they refunded my full amount by cancelling the creditshel and it has been credited to make my trip account… I just want to convey this to make my trip but in website it’s technical error…. All contact numbers are fake, given mail it’s all like fake…. I don’t understand how come this possible being a MNC can’t able to reach customer care executives in any toll free numbers or in any contact numbers…
    I want my refund back which has been refunded by the Airlines.
    kindly help out of this…..

    Still did not get refund i just confirmed that airtline has initiated refund 20 days back and my 30k amount is stunk with makemytrip. NF29192282727554. Nobody from makemytrip bother to answer me.

    I have done the following bookings on Indigo from Makemytrip.com

    PNR: BWQDPH (2 pax)
    PNR: WDUBRB (2 pax)

    Total amount charged to me was Rs. 14572-/

    I did cancellation of the entire booking in 4 parts and have confirmatory emails from Indigo. Full refund was eligible since airline had postponed the flights.

    I then initiated the refund process on MMT website but the MMT website shows the Mumbai – Jodhpur as only one PAX whereas the Udaipur – Mumbai is shown properly as 2 PAX. Hence eligible refund amount is less – Rs. 11091/-

    Requesting you to correct the error and facilitate the full refund of Rs. 14572/-

    Calling Makemytrip does not help. They are cutting off the calls in name of COVID. No live person is coming on line.

    My Go air PNRs are BEMBXE, R4HQSI, S97LUJ and XBH9SD. Make my trip PNR NF20188249964424

    and NF21136248748614.

    My 29th March travel from Mumbai to Delhi via Go Air was cancelled due to lock down announcement. I got a call from airline in the month of Aug for rescheduling and I did it for 11th Sep 2020 from Mumbai to Kochi which also got cancelled.

    Now go air has refunded the entire amount to makemytrip of Rs 15,391. Whereas I have got fare difference refund from rescheduling ticket from March 2020 to Sep 2020 (Rs 388, Rs 72, Rs 776, Rs 236) and not full refund.

    I have also received email confirmation from airline statin they have initiated full refund to makeymytrip which was shared while raising refund request and can be provided again.

    None of the makemytrip numbers help me reach its customer care representative to talk. there is only a chatbot which is of no use.

    My flight got cancelled by the airlines. My refund amount is already processed by the airlines on the same day Nov 1, its with MMT now.
    Can you please refund the same back to my account (My bank account from which the payment has been made, not MMT wallet). Please update asap.

    Sir, 

    I had booked an Indigo flight (6E 7965 COK to HBX on 01-12-2020 PNR MWUFPK) through MakrmyTrip. On 10th Nov. a message received saying that the flight was cancelled (unilaterally by Indigo) and they are on the process of arranging an alternate flight for my travel. 

    However, even after 5 days, no intimation in this regard was forthcoming, i contacted Indigo & on a chat the Indigo representative informed me that as of now, no alternate schedule is available on 1st Dec., the previous day, or any of the 31 coming days of December. 

    But what a surprise, on a search in the net, it was found that 3 via Bangaluru Hubli schedules are operating from Kochi on 1st December itself, one among them run fully by Indigo. These flights, though reservable at a very higher rate for open public, not included in the “acclaimed’ Plan B of indigo.

    As a bonafide customer of Make my Trip & Indigo for years, i am submitting this legitimate fact before you for redressal. As a Govt. Servant & short term visitor to my homeland Kerala, i have only a few days permit from Thrissur Disrict Collector to stay in Kerala (only upto Dec. 1st), my travel has to be undertaken invariably on Dec. 1st itself. 

    A decision & intimation in this regard is awaited from you before 25th Nov. 2020. After this date, no intimation regarding alternate arrangement is accetpable to me & it is intimated that i propose to proceed the matter legally against Indigo & MakemyTrip.

    My flights for round trip from pune to port blair have been cancelled due to flights not being operational. Airlines have processed refunds in make my trip account.

    MMT assured me that the refund of amount 26867 will be credited within 10 days.

    But it’s been more than 15 days since I have not received a refund from make my trip. No one is responding to my mails and no one is speaking on customer care numbers.

    Even I can’t even raise new ticket as my previous ticket is kept open.I can’t find any way to contact make my trip team.

    With Deep Regret and un-professional behavior from your team I seek support from you, where actually your team is unable to give solution & solve the problem( don’t know your team did actually they have read your vision statement or not?)

    I’m Frequent user/traveler of Make My trip rather it’s a Personal Or Official trip I choose make my trip as first and last option but now i think I have to change my travel partner option seeing the recent services provided by your customer care team for solving the issue.     I was travelling from DHM to DEL to BOM on 7th Nov with my wife and 6year daughter flight booked through Make My Trip, when I reached at airport I came to know my flight has been cancelled and shocking was there is no update given to me on flight cancellation by your team which your team DINT EVEN BOTHER ABOUT THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SUPPORT & LET CUSTOMER SUFFER?. After discussion with Airlines team they wanted me to travel a sameday to delhi and travel next day to mumbai & when I asked about my stay at delhi they said I have to manage from my own, parallelly I was seeking support from make my trip team & was calling continuously but dint get any support or response from your team. We choose & pay premium amount to our travel partner seeking we will get support as an when we get into trouble or situation like this but I think choosing MAKE MY TRIP was the BIGGEST MISTAKE. Finally after discussion with airlines team they gave an option to Cancel flight from DEL to BOM with FULL REFUND in account of rs 15093/- & got it written on print out ticket with signature and stamp on it(attached pic) & manage or book other flight from Del to BOM(Vistara) again booked flight with Make My trip only.

    But till today I haven’t received refund amount in my account & I have raised the request also for refund and tried calling your team but dint got proper support, I have a confirmation from airlines that they have processed the Full Refund of rs 15093/- and payment has already gone to your travel partner (make my trip), if you have already received amount then why it is not credited to me till now? At least some professionalism has to be shown by your team? Which make my trip team is lacking a lot………… Don’t know what is the reason to hold the payment, even I have paid for protection of flight getting cancelled and changed.

    Here by im attaching all the relevant documents for your reference and seek support from you and hope to get refund of cancelled amount in my account immediately.

    Awaiting for positive response from team.

    First of all I would request MakeMyTrip to honour their commitment towards its customers, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated. They have been avoiding customers by auto responses which are not useful. You have not stopped charging for services, so better to support them.
    I requested cancelation for GoAir ticket as their flight was rescheduled, but unfortunately I got partial refund only. The booking no – NF28100264474622

    This is pathetic situation created by the MMT and airlines collaborations. I think they are doing it deliberately to earn petty money.
    MyFlight I5 – 778 from Goa (GOI) to New Delhi (DEL) on 1-Dec-20 is canceled due to Operational reason by AirAisa, Booking ID W5CUUG
    But MMT is not not reflecting the cancellation, I can’t claim the refund request, whereas AirAsia cannot take it because it was booked by a travel agent.
    WOW, doesn’t it looks like a foul play. All the Chatbots, phone calls are going to canned message and taking you back to the self serve page which is serving you so pathetically.
    I really don’t think you can grow so much by stealing customer money , and by losing their trust

    Kindly note that we are trying to get refund / voucher issued for booking with ref : RVGORF. Since 5 months we are following with both MMT & Airlines but we are not getting any response. Airlines is asking us to contact OTA for refund / voucher.
    Please resolve the issue on urgent basis.

    Hello Sir/Madam,I booked my Parents (Both Senior Citizen) flight through Makemytrip.com  from Jorhat to New Delhi, travel date 12th dec 2020.It automatically chose Jorhat to Guwahati (Indigo) and Guwahati to New Delhi (GoAir). Now Jorhat to Guwahati Flight is cancelled due to Covid and as we can not catch the Guwahati to New Delhi (goAir) Flight which is not cancelled.Make My trip booking ID NF71100286924180.
