my paytm mall order no-6470545531 was cancelled and i didn’t get any information from paytm regarding cancellation.Even i didn’t get single call from Blue dart courier service(AWB no-79387739550) and instead of that shipment status was updated like fake reason as customer was non contactable eventhough i have given my full address and mbl no through mail.So kindly take action against this fake services.

Why this order have been cancelled without giving me any notification ? How Paytm can do that ? Then Its better, we shop only from Amazon/Flipkart, they deliver fast just in a day not like Paytm which takes almost a week and then after a week cancel customer orders . I am valid KYC verified customer, then what is the benefit of it ? Kindly deliver my order asap.

1. I bought one television from Paytmall dated 18 oct order id 6312295375.
2. I received the television on 30 Oct 2018
3. On the same day I saw the screw from the Tv is not there and the table stand is also missing from there. and return request was raised on the Paytm on the same day
4. As Diwali festival was there I wanted TV before it
5. But I was not receiving any call from paytm and customer service.
5. I tried N number of calls to paytm but after waiting for 15 minute paytm did not respond to my call
6. After keep posting the issue on social media I got call from paytm on 8 November for the first time
7. and then they asked me for many picture which I sent on facebook messenger, and in app paytm request forum
8. since diwali was passed and i wanted Tv before it so I bought the same TV from store
9. after that seller called me and I explained my issue with them They said Okay mam we completely understand since every body want new product on Diwali and you bought it. and they replied the paytm for that the number of seller is 8******1
10. Today I got message on twitter that Paytm will reimburse my bill of tv stand.
11. after almost one month Paytm replying lie that. but what will I do with the same TV at my home which I already bought. why they are highlighting only TV stand and the what about the screw which is missing from televison.
12. I humbly request you to please take this TV from my home and reimburse my money.
13. I have all the proof of purchase and the photograph too. Fortunately I did not delay any compaint from my side and raised the request of missing item like screw and tv stand on the same day of delivery.
14. kindly take this product and return my money
15. I again called seller for this. they said mam we dont have any problem by taking the same product. we do not have problem in refunding your money then why paytm is doing so?

I made an order no.- 6465741343 on dt. 6 Nov ’18 1:05 pm but due to some reasons I had to return it back. On dt. 15 Nov 18, courier boy picked it up. I raised a complaint for refund through mobile app on dt 16 or 17 Nov’18 and on dt. 19 Nov’18 I gave my bank details in response to link provided by Paytm help center.
Again, I remind for refund on dt. 25 – 28 Nov’18, I got a reply to wait for 14 working day from date of submission of bank details.
Now, I have not received my refund yet and surprisingly my query has been deleted from help center portal. Further more any help line no. of Paytm is not working or not responding. All our executives are busy or/and no. has changed.

I am Amit Verma. I had ordered a NIKON D7200 (Order ID 6626290825) 27th Nov and recevied order 28th Nov, but the camera actually was D3100 even though the box read D7200. I complained it and place return request 28th Nov 11:30 am but still ther is no respone from hand. I would like to inform you that i am not happy as a valued customer and wants to know about the process you follow to deliver the right product to the right person in the right packing. I would like action to be taken immediately and i have filed a written request. I want a refund as soon as possible.
While checking the order that i had placed, I found another bill on someone (Rahul order id 6465218639) else’s address of a previous date which means that I was not given a new piece by the seller. It has been a disappointing experience ordering from your site, firstly because of the wrong order delivered and secondly an already returned piece. The seller thus cannot be trusted and I want an immediate refund of the amount I paid.

PAYTM Fastag customer care support is pathetic. I logged complaint two weeks back till now my issue has not addressed and there is no response from customer care. Everyday they would say within 24 hrs will get a call. I never get this kind of support from any online vendors.
I would request PAYTM team to release my fastag account from paytm. I will get other tag from ICICI or HDFCa.
I would request all my friends don’t keep any relationship with PAYTM. This is my humble request from my customer experience.

I am rajesh kumar sah residence A 61 abhishek vihar ganshi path road , 200 feet by pass near kiran marriage garden lalarpura jaipur, I have purchase a reebok men white running shoes – J19865 from PAYTM mall, my order ID is 6675755982, But when it was deliver to me it was totally fake, and it was not likely to be a brand product. After that I have apply for the return, and company has assigned duty to some courier company, but the courier company didn’t come to pick the product and company has rejected the return.
Please look into this matter as early as possible.

As per given in the promotional code description there was 200 rupees on movies and 300 rupees on mobile recharge. But I only got 100 on movie and 25 on mobile recharge only.
So please send the details why I got the less value.
I had booked a flight ticket with booking ID 6846966004 ON 21st December 2018. Money got deducted from my account but I didn’t get the confirmed tickets till date. I called customer care services n number of times regarding this issues, they assured me I will get my refund within 24 hours and today is 27th December 2018 still my is not resolved.

Please refer my multiple discussion held with different person and email communications shared. Till date neither I got my refund for INR 552.45 nor anyone did confirm over email or phone.
The matter has already crossed more than month now and till date I have been given only false assurances. Each time technical issue reason for this delay has been shared from Paytm end. I am really surprised how such issues being handled in such a reputed company (PAYTM). If turnaround time for a technical issue is more than 30 days, then I can assume TAT for other complicated issues.
I understand very well that so far only excuses are being shared with me. None of you even open my ticket till date. Each time I have been given TAT for 24 hours, which is never followed in last one month.
For your information I had log tickets immediately after failure, which was raised on paytm portal separately for each ticket with drop down method, I got some confirmation against those tickets with some 14 days resolution timelines, however as on date those requests have been removed and I am not able to see status.
When I did not get any refund after spending > 20 days then I did contact with one lady on 18th Dec 2018 via paytm customer care no. 0120 – 4880 880, who gave me one ticket no. 101285870 and took TAT for 24 hours. I did wait till today and when I again contact with the cc team today, I came to know from Rajnish that none of them could work on my ticket and they need another 24 hours.
It is proven that enough time has been taken by paytm, so I did request Rajnish to connect with his supervisor. After repeated requests and more than 20 minutes hold, I was connected with some other gentlemen with name Amit Kheria, who represent himself as escalation desk head and last point of contact for any issue. I have recording of our detailed discussion, unfortunately I got same response like first lady and Rajnish gave me.
I am not sure what technical issue is being faced by PAYTM since last one month. I have been told that team is regularly working of my request and this might take little more time. However no timelines shared by Amit Kheria (Escalation Desk Head).
Again I request you to please look into my matter on priority and help me with resolution as earliest as possible, else please note I am forwarding this matter to consumer forum (Sheikh Sarai – New Delhi)
