    Mai geeta chaturvedi ,mera account aapke branch sirmaur jila Rewa MP me hai ,mera ATM nhi chal rha hai aur mai apna account ko transfer karne ke liye application bhi diya on 17/5/19 ko to abhi tk 27/5/19 tk mera khata transfer nhi kiya gya,Clark/manager kam nhi kar rhe hai

    myself and my wife both are senior citizens whenever i ask some staff to send for withdrawal purpose they say no staff and also the atm card of wife not usable says that not able to process when i enquired the bank they are unable to retify and say some conversion has been done both are having accuont at t.s.krishananagar mogappair chennai branch

    I have PPF account in your hathigaon charali branch dispur guwahati
    when i opened it i told to the manager that i m having already a PPF account in Post office after that he opened a PPF account in the branch the account was opened through Moran hat branch. last year i came to know that one person can open only one account and i approached to the moran bank manager to withdraw it now one year has gone but there is no response from your bank side they it is really shameful to misguide the customer and when they came to know that they are in wrong they avoid the matter and phone calls even.

    RESPECTED SIR,
    INTRODUCING MYSELF I AM A RETIRED OFFICER OF OUR REPUTED INSTITUTON. I RETIRED IN 1996 & PARENT BRANCH IS KHAND BAZAR BRANCH. I HAD TO UNDERGO RIGHT LEG HIP SURGERY IN LAST WEEK OF APRIL 2019, & I SUBMITTED MY MEDICAL RELIEF BILL IN KHAND BAZAR BRANCH. THE BRANCH PUTTING ITS COMMENT ADVISED ME TO TAKE THE BILL PERSONALLY TO BOMBAY SAMACHAR MARG 5TH FLOOR & PRESENT THE SAME IN ” REMAS ” DEPARTMENT. AS I CANNOT WALK I SENT THE BILL THROUGH MY DAUGHTER IN LAW & HANDED OVER TO MR. SAURABH IN UNION BANK BOMBAY SAMACHAR MARG 5TH FLOOR ON UNE 3RD 2019.

    AFTER WAITING NEARLY THREE WEEKS I STARTED INQUIRING WITH MR. SAURABH IN REMAS DEPT DEPT, HE STARTED RAISING QUIRIES ONE BY ONE ASKING ME TO PRODUCE FOLLOWWING PERSONAL DOCUMENTS,,,
    I WAS ASKED TO PRODUCE ADHAR CARD, PAN CARD, CERTIFICATE OF RETIREMENT FROM BANK, STAFF ID CARD ( PERSONALLY) THOUGH I HAD ATTACHED A MEDICAL CARD ISSUED TO ME BY THE BANK WHEN I BECAME MEMBER OF THE RETIRED MEDICAL SCHEME & MY MEMBERSHIP NO. IS 250. I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS DEMMANDED FROM ME, STILL LATEST HE ASKED ME TO SUBMIT A FFOUR PAGE FORM TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE UNION BANK PARIWAR WHICH ALSO HAS BEEN DONE BY ME.

    AFTER THE GAP OF MORE THAN 35 DAYS I AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY IN CONNECTION OF WHEN I WILL GET MYBILL SANCTIONED FOR PAYMENT, I DONT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE DEPARTMENT.

    I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MAATTER, AS I FEEL I AM UNNECESARILY HARRASSED, AND AGAIN REQUEST YOU GOODSELF TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY BILL SANCTIONED WITH DUE AMOUNT TO ME, AND GET ME CREDITED IN MY SAVINGS BANK ACCUNT IN KHANDBAZAR BRANCH NUMBER 317502070009866.

    I HOPE MY GRIEVENCE WILL BE LOOKED AT SYMPATHEICALLY..

    My saving bank account no 519902010001890 is properly running in your bank in Farrukhabad district up at laldarwaza.I have sms alert service.ButNow I have got no messages at my mobile number 9889451835.I have gone to the branch many times but no saluton received from there.I have already Lodged complaint to your online portal.From here I also disappointed.Missed call service is also denied me.please help me.No remedy received.please my SMS service reopen as early as possible.Thank you.

    This is for your kind notice that 3 times I have lodged a complaint regarding my failed transaction to the Branch Manager, union bank of india, Andul Road Branch 71/6 Danesh sk Lane. Howrah -711109.but no positive action taken till date.
    In this situation, Lastly I have lodged 2 times reminder on 29.06.2019 &12.07.2019 respectively to take necessary action for above noted fact. But no result found till date.
    So please I request you to take it necessary action with an earliest.

    I have applied for loan against property at the end of july through your MMO for 50 lakhs against residential property worth 5cr Till date there is no information on status and I keep getting requests for documents every week I visit MMo RO and ULP every week and there is no reply from them when you call them they do not answer phones mobile/Land linesI am banking with MMO for past 25 years and it is most frustrating that senior mangement do not answer calls and reply mails Do you have any respect for senior citizens and loyal customers I have never seen the bank so indifferent and casual with customer in my past 25 years with the bank I am seriously considering moving my family accounts Demat accounts and business away to another bank who will consider my business valuable to them I request a reply as to when or if not the loan will be disbursed within next 48 hrs One does not come for a loan if he does not need the money and time is essence for me although it has no value for Union Bank

    Upon failure of Mobile Recharge dt 20/08/2019 through my Debit Card , I lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell and it was registered under Ref No : 000001109190775 dt 11/09/2019 , it is almost a month that passed by , but the issue has not yet been resolved and though I sent many mails afterwards no body even cared to respond . Hope you will look into the matter to resolve it soon .

    Sir, My name is Prasad K Shetty. Am Practising Advocate at Udupi. I used to do Land registration work along with court practice. As I need to deposit the stamps and registration fees of the land dealings in Bank, I prefer Canara bank, Court Road branch and Union Bank of India, Udupi City Corporation. Though, the Canara bank is having huge customer service on day to day basis, they will give service even to me while depositing stamp and registration fee in the bank. But, whenever I visit Union bank of India, Udupi City Municipality building branch, the employees treating us as slaves came for working in their home. No respect and no service to the people. I really fed up and feeling very sad. All the employees are co operating each other n treating every customer very rudely. The ladies staffs are comparatively better. But the gents staff are behaving like goonda elements and just threatening the customers by their loud voice.
    Am surprising how it be possible for them to do business and improve the banking business with such a rudely behaviour and untimely service by the branch.
    Sorry to say, I think no one has taught them, how to deal with customers. Am really surprised how they behave rudely with most cultured and educated people. As for information, Udupi region is the most cultured and educated people living place in India. Udupi is famous for many thing.
    My concern is please dont employ the uncultured people in the Udupi Branch. because they are irritating us and simply a waste. Their body language shows that they are angry about customers visit. Lot to say about the employees of Union Bank of India, udupi City Municipality Branch. They wont speak property with any of their customers. Just observe their face, one could understand how bad they are in customer service.
    This is not that their behaviour changed after Civid 19 incident. As there is no Corona incident in Udupi for last more than 45 days. The similar thing am seeing for last one year.
    Sorry to say, but please take firm action and safeguard your customers.
    I hope, my thjis complaintwill be taken seriously and We the people of Udupi may expect positive result.

    Sub : Complain Against SNAPDEAL PVT LTD Bank A/C NO-566802010011952 .

    Dear Sir,
    Respectfully, I beg to state that I Bharat Charan Sahoo residence Plot No- 315 (P), Brahmeswar Colony,
    P.O-GGP, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar-751025, Odisha inform you that SNAPDEAL PVT LTD , A/C NO-566802010011952 is a fake account which was used for cheating of the common people all over India.

    Don’t mind sir, kindly verify the accounts details due to fraud people are working IN THE NAME OF COMPANY Snapdeal Pvt Ltd, Kolkatta Office ( i.e.Nitin Kumar Singh and Ganesh Kumar ) are giving this accounts no to common people and collecting huge amount against false Snapdeal Lucky Drawof 2nd Prize I.e Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire (Car). 

    I am the person are losing Rs.43,700/- against false Snapdeal Lucky Draw Prize. I was deposited the name of Bank Account :  SNAPDEAL PVT LTD, UNION BANK OF INDIA , A/C NO- 566802010011952 , IFSC Code- UBIN0556688 on 22nd and 23rd of April 2020 which was instructed by  Mr. Nitin Kumar Singh and Mr. Ganesh Kumar staff of SNAPDEAL PVT LTD. Kolkatta regarding false information for getting  Snapdeal Pvt Ltd Luckydraw of 2nd Prize I.e Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire (Car). 

    1.    Mr Nitin Kumar Singh, Mobile No-  8337005479 and Mr. Ganesh Kumar – Mobile No- 7605830019 talk to me that you are selected for Snapdeal Luckydraw of 2nd prize (Car), please find the attachment and you have required to deposit Rs.8,200/- as Registration Fee in the above account after that your prize i.e Car will be delivered your home address within 3days or Vehicle against amount Rs.8,20,000/- will be transferred to your account within 10minutes. 

    2.     On 22nd April : I  transferred Rs. 8,200/- as Registration Fee  to the above SNAPDEAL PVT LTD account through Google Pay ( SBI / UPI No- 011314834311) and intimated to Mr Nitin and Mr Ganesh.  Mr. Nitin told me that just wait , your prize amount will be transfer within 10 minutes. 

    3.       After 20 minutes one message comes , the message contains that  you have to deposit Rs.19,200/- as GST Holding Fee after that your prize amount will be  credited. Mr. Nitin and Mr. Ganesh repeatedly calls me please deposit today your holding amount will be credited otherwise It may blocked. I arrange personal loan from  friends and transfer Rs.19,200/- ( Indian Bank/ UPI No-011315245562- Rs.19,000/- and UPI No- 011315248026-Rs.200/-) on 22/04/2020 against GSTHolding Fee..After depositing of amount I intimated Mr Nitin. He told me that He will confirm me after few minutes and transferred to your account

    4.        That, after few minutes gone , one message comes,which had written that you have to deposit Rs.32,500/- as RBI   holding fee. I socked the message. I talk to Mr. Nitin, he told me that  this is mandatory, you have to deposit and also talk that he is the senior person of company. After confirmation of RBI , he will intimated me shortly.

    5.          After 30 minutes, Mr Nitin told me that our management decided and also discussed with RBI, please  deposit 50% of RBI holding fee I.e.Rs.16,300/- after that you are cleared and your money will be credited.  I repeatedly talk to Mr. Nitin, he told me that no other fees comes after depositing of RBI Holding fee 50%. This is your full and final fee. 

    6.         Again I collected from Gold Loan of Rs.16,300/- and transfer to SNAPDEAL PVT LTD account (Indian Bank/UPI No.-011316344258 Rs.1,800/- on 22/04/2029 and Indian Bank UPI No-011419287119 Rs.14,500/-).. I intimated Mr Nitin. He told me that your amount will be credited on 24/04/2020 after 10AM. 

    7.           On 24th of April, I received a message that you have to deposit balance amount of Rs.16,200/- after that you are cleared. I talk to Mr Nitin and Mr. Ganesh they are send only sms for transferring of amount.

    Sir/ Madam, I harrassed physically, mentally and also financially. I am a simple person. I can’t understand their words. I really cheated them. Gods say, the above money is collected both Gold Loan and Personal Loan. Kindly, support me which process I will refund of my depositing amount at your Bank . Otherwise I will go to Crime Branch.

    Union Bank of India Ka pura staff तक कि एमडी सीईओ ब्रांच मैनेजर रीजनल मैनेजर चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कोई भी अपना काम सही से नहीं कर रहा है मैंने सभी जगह ईमेल भी कर चुका हूं यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में कोई भी सुनने वाला नहीं है manager apne aap Mein Pradhanmantri Samajhta Hai

    Dear Sir,

    My complaint no was 1 2884902551 exchange of old & damaged currency nots. With in an hour of registering the compliant I receive a call from the bank asking me to go to bank & change the damaged currency. I never expected that the compliant would work so fast & I appreciate your service. I had almost decided to withdraw all my saving & FD account in that branch but if the problem can be solved easily I have decided to continue all my account in the same branch. Thank you very much.

    In UBI Palakkad Branch last 2,3 months
    Gold loans process are stopped. They are not properly respond to people for new gold loans and also not allowed to renewal their loans. Please take the necessary action to proceed the gold loan process.

    I, Prof.[Dr.] Neel Kamal , got a fake note of Rs. 2000 in ATM withdrawal on Feb 12,2021. I visit four branches of Union Bank in this regard with full proof but nobody is looking into this matter.

    Hello, I am a customer of your Madiwala branch at bangalore. Your bank is the worst with NIL SERVICE. I have stopped getting OTP and also NO SMS ALERTS. YOUR ONLINE PORTAL ALSO IS NOT WORKING. I NEED TO OPERATE MY INTERNET BANKING IMMEDIATLY.PLEASE HELP AND RESTORE MY CONFIDENCE IN YOUR BANK. IT IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
