The grievance officer is required to be appointed in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, which has been upheld by various courts in India. In particular, clause 11 of Rules 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 provides as follows:
The intermediary shall publish on its website the name of the Grievance Officer and his contact details as well as mechanism by which users or any victim who suffers as a result of access or usage of computer resource by any person in violation of rule 3 can notify their complaints against such access or usage of computer resource of the intermediary or other matters pertaining to the computer resources made available by it. The Grievance Officer shall redress the complaints within one month from the date of receipt of complaint.

I have received a Credit Card statement of approximate Rs.3973/ from credit department but I had already cleared all the amount in the month of Oct. 2018 and I had received a statement form credit department on 18/11/2018 in which it shows the amount total dues Rs.-9.24 and my credit card is already blocked since one year and there is not transaction till date and I would like to clarify that there are no annual charges whatsoever on this card. I would like to know that I had already cleared all the amount that how they can raise the statement.

I have been maintaining a paytm account from the last one year. From the last one month I have been using UBER cab service and payments are made through paytm. In three of my transactions I have noted that the money has been paid by the Paytm without getting the services of the UBER ie; The cab was booked by me but the same had been cancelled by UBER and and for which Rs. 50/- as cancellation charge had been collected and paid by paytm. I had immediately informed the matter to Paytm for refund but nothing has returned to my account nor a reply was given. Today while booking for UBER the network was not working but to my surprise an amount of Rs.52.50 has been paid by Paytm from my account which is unbearable. I would therefore request you to settle all the money and return the balance amount in paytm to me.
