The grievance officer is required to be appointed in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, which has been upheld by various courts in India. In particular, clause 11 of Rules 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 provides as follows: 

The intermediary shall publish on its website the name of the Grievance Officer and his contact details as well as mechanism by which users or any victim who suffers as a result of access or usage of computer resource by any person in violation of rule 3 can notify their complaints against such access or usage of computer resource of the intermediary or other matters pertaining to the computer resources made available by it. The Grievance Officer shall redress the complaints within one month from the date of receipt of complaint.

      All the intermediaries have been notifying subscribers that they and their employees will contact their subscribers and seek information regarding details of password, OTP , account number etc. wide publicity is also given in electronic media, and also through sms , emails with a request not share any personal details over phone/mobile with outsiders posing as representatives of the company.

        All the intermediaries have been notifying subscribers that they and their employees will not contact their subscribers and seek information regarding details of password, OTP , account number etc. wide publicity is also given in electronic media, and also through sms , emails with a request not to share any personal details over phone/mobile with outsiders posing as representatives of the company. However one should lodge complaint, in case of any fraud, so that law enforcing agencies will investigate and find offenders. money recovery may be doubtful.

    you have stated to me earlier that you had conveyed my request made to
    you at your office at jio Care Centre, above Reilance Fresh, near
    Bhubaneswar Railway Station, that you have conveyed my requests for
    cancellation of my SIM Card No 8328824774 on 12.11.2018, to your higher
    officials. You had asked for a few days’ time.

    Though 17 days have now elapsed, other than telephonic requests for more
    time, no action has been taken.

    Please note that I have served you adequate notice to comply with the
    law and refund my money totaling Rs.3398, which you have failed to do so
    far, forcing me to approach the President, District Consumer Forum,
    Khurda, at Khandagiri, who have asked me to issue you a final notice
    before initiating the case in court.

    A copy of this mail is marked to the Consumer Advice Centre functioning
    under the President, DCF, Khurda, for information.

    Sir/Madam,
    I, Veenu Bhatnagar, holding a credit card for more than 10 years. I have received a Credit Card statement of approximate Rs.3973/ from credit department but I had already cleared all the amount in the month of Oct. 2018 and I had received a statement form credit department on 18/11/2018 in which it shows the amount total dues Rs.-9.24 and my credit card is already blocked since one year and there is not transaction till date and I would like to clarify that there are no annual charges whatsoever on this card. I would like to know that I had already cleared all the amount that how they can raise the statement.

    I tell about paytm, now a days paytm cheating all customers ,I have 1000 Rs promo code that when I purchased tv , that had came, 2 times I Can use, I used this month 1st time , that promo code is expiring this month , so I was going to buy some products, when I ordered I applied promo code second time , when I applied it , in display shown monthly once this can use, so I click the paytm app in the bottom there is a option cashback , clicked and seen that 1000rs promo code, in terms and condition that had not written in that promo code, only cheating paytm , please don’t use paytm

    Dear Sir , I Anish Tiwari booked a Pigon presur cooker 5, 3, 2 Liter combo pack which was deliverd after 10 days but it was found that it was not working properly after that we have return this product & take replacment after two days .

    But unfortunetly it was also not working . So finay we have send the request for refund on Monday , Delivery boy not comes at my home for pickup only msg. comes that out for pick up .

    I had initiated to book a ticket on Flipkart Travels from Mumbai to Kolkata for an amount of Rs. 10,767/- on 23rd, Oct ’20, but due to an unknown reason my ticket was not confirmed yet the money was deducted from my bank account. When I contacted ‘Flipkart travel customer care’, they informed me that within ten days my refund will be deposited to my account. It has been almost a month but my account does not reflect the refunded amount. In the mean time, I received messages like ‘We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 18 Nov, 5:00 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679’ on 5/11/20, 06/11/20, 09/11/20, 16/11/20, 18/11/20 and 19/11/20, every time giving a different date to resolve the issue but nothing significant has come of it.

    Therefore, I kindly request you to look in to the matter and help with the issue as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    I have been maintaining a paytm account from the last one year. From the last one month I have been using UBER cab service and payments are made through paytm. In three of my transactions I have noted that the money has been paid by the Paytm without getting the services of the UBER ie; The cab was booked by me but the same had been cancelled by UBER and and for which Rs. 50/- as cancellation charge had been collected and paid by paytm. I had immediately informed the matter to Paytm for refund but nothing has returned to my account nor a reply was given. Today while booking for UBER the network was not working but to my surprise an amount of Rs.52.50 has been paid by Paytm from my account which is unbearable. I would therefore request you to settle all the money and return the balance amount in paytm to me.
