I am very much dissapointed by the responses and your customer service i talked to agent atul then teamleader richa also to manager parvinder regarding my cash back offer for motog4 play that i had bought in the month of Jan every one said I am eligible and would get till march end i confirmed on call and then ordered and now these guys are saying i am not eligible this is not acceptable major trust issues i want an immediate help for this
They are cheating their customers….pathetic services.
Yes for my quirey 42475673, they sent only one product instead of two and they closed the case with out contacting me and saying they delivered both. they are really cheating us
i have mail id changing problem in my account i tried to clarify my issues in flipkart service but no one is responding about my problem, even senior technician also not even to clarify my issues, then why u people are simply sitting as technician..?? shame on you, services is too bad, we are hating you #flipkart, because of your tele service
paytm is cheating us, for query no: 42475673, they sent only one product istead of 2, i am in loss of 3500, they keep me waiting for one hour to transfer the call to hier autharitis, but even after one hour they asking me to wait. i am very sad, they are unable to resolve the issue, the only way i have is , i will daily post this message on all the paytm pages untill they see this.

I have been strugling with RELIANCE JIO TEAM
Its almost 6 months passed still I did not get any refund of Rs 610/-
What kind of service you pepole are giving if an Appellate authority of RELIANCE JIO team can not solve my issue after giving varoius reminders then I have no words to blame your other team members.
This shows the performance of your company which you belongs to and also it shows that either you don’t want to refund the money or you don’t want to work on that ,
Kindly take necessary action to initiate refund process

I had applied for Reliance JIO sim in my wife name (Bhavani R) with the retailer Reliance Digital HRBR layout near KFC kammanahalli Bangalore on 20 July 2017 for the amount of Rs 610/-but because of some reasons mobile verification was not successful so they told me to go for cancellation and I was informed that refund will be done in 10 working days. But it is almost five months passed still i did not get any refund, I approached the show room staff more than 20 times but returned with unsatisfactory answer that I would get sms .
I never expected that the premier organization /company like Reliance will deal a Bank staff like this. Then I have no words for the normal public.
Kindly resolve the issue as I started losing hope in JIO , waiting for the positive reply

Hi, I hold an NRI account in HDFC bank in Santacruz East Branch – Mumbai. I am following-up with the bank to pay me the difference of the exchange rate, as my funds was converted from USD to INR without my approval and that too at very low rate compare to what HDFC published on daily basis.
They don’t have internal co-ordination between the departments and now no one has the guts to pick my call including the Branch Manager (Ramanathan) itself. I sent email marking the Nodal officers but no response.
This bank is now going crazy because of some stupid people which are sitting in the bank without doing any work.

So many complaints to you your good self by me several times but no vain. Neither item replaced nor any reply received Form your end. In this connection I lodge a complaint against you in National Consumer Helpline ( Vide Ref. ID. No. 1103863 of Consumer Helpline ) for refund the amount paid by me. This is for your kind information
