I am writing to you regarding my Samsung refrigerator (Model RT39M5538UT/TL) that I had purchased in January 2018. The refrigerator has been malfunctioning since 22-3-2024, and I have contacted your customer care multiple times over the past 2 months, but the issue has still not been resolved satisfactorily.
Initially, your technician had identified the compressor as the problem, and I had it replaced with a new one from Samsung, for which I paid Rs. 8987. However, even after the repair, the refrigerator is still not functioning properly and is not cooling adequately. It has not been working properly for even an hour.
I have been calling your customer care repeatedly, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. It has been almost 2 months now, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of proper service and resolution.
I request you to please look into this matter urgently and either provide me with a replacement refrigerator or a full refund at the earliest. The constant inconvenience caused due to this defective product is unacceptable, especially since it is a 4-year-old refrigerator.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue. Please let me know the next steps I should take.

I am currently facing a cooling issue with my Samsung fridge, and I have been seeking support since May 19th, 2024. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from your team. Hi Samsung Team,
We have bought the new AC from Samsung directly (invoice attached) on 29th May 2024. It was not cooling right from the beginning. After making a formal complaint to Samsung, Technician had recommended to fill more gas due in AC. Attaching his finding as well.
My question is that Samsung is internation brand and selling substandard item. Either you refund our money or replace the AC with brand new AC immediately.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have been facing regarding the return and refund of a Borosil Glass Dessert Bowl priced at ₹900, delivered to me on November 17, 2024.
Here is a summary of the issue:
1. Return Initiation: On the same day of delivery, I requested a return with a replacement option, as the item was completely broken. I attached images and selected the “damaged” option during the process. However, when the delivery agent arrived for pickup, they were unable to collect the item, citing photo verification issues. They advised me to contact customer care and place a new request.
2. Second Attempt: I followed their instructions and initiated a return with a refund option. Unfortunately, during the second pickup attempt, the same issue occurred. Once again, the agent suggested contacting customer care.
3. Third Attempt: Customer care placed a return and refund request on my behalf. On November 23, the delivery agent successfully picked up the item, and I shared the OTP with them. However, that evening, I was notified that the replacement had failed.
4. Follow-Up Issues: On November 24, I received a call from another delivery agent attempting to pick up the item that had already been collected. They canceled the pickup, and I contacted customer care, who assured me the issue would be resolved by November 29.
5. Refund Cancellation: Today, November 25, I was notified that my refund request was canceled, citing that the refund policy date had expired. I immediately raised the concern with customer care, who initially filed a ticket. However, I was later informed by a Flipkart executive that no resolution could be provided as the logistics team reported the item was not picked up—a claim that is completely false.
I am deeply disappointed with the handling of this issue and the conflicting updates I have received. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time and effort trying to resolve this matter. The lack of accountability and clarity in your processes has caused unnecessary stress.Even till today I am like reporting my issue they are giving me due date ,no contacting me in between those dates and at the next day of due date I will again raise the issue .This is what happening.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and ensure that I receive my refund promptly. I also urge you to take appropriate actions to prevent such issues in the future.
