I have ordered a wallpaper on 9 Sept 2023, the order showed on system that it will be delivered on 12 Sept 2023, so the payment was made online, later it showed that order failed to deliver, hence it returned, No one called no one texted me for the delivery and still it got returend. I raised a concern and received 2 calls from customer cared they told some will call or resolve the issue by 20 Sept 2023 but on 18 Sept 2023 the order was updtaed as delivered. The order is still not delivered to my address, No one called, no one asked for OTP still it’s showing delvered. I again called the customer care, It was todl that the order is not delivered yet, It’s a system glitch that it’s showing delivered, they are in contact with the delivery partner. Kindly confirm, Is this issue will get resolve or not OR my paid amount has gone and FLIPKART will not going to pay it back to my account or will be not resolving the issue.

I had ordered 11 items of grocery from flipkart but 4 items among them didn’t received. I raised a query about this and i received refund for only 1 product.
My request for refund was rejected 4 time continuously, the below said is the reply received for my email;
“We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD329313379574520200 with the product being intact.” Which is completely wrong because I didn’t even received OTP verification during delivery. This irresponsible action by flipkart is very frustrating for me as a plus member and a regular customer for a long time.
Requesting to complete the refund process as soon as possible.

I have been associated with Flipkart for almost 6-7 years but for some time now I have observed that your service quality has become very poor.
You can check in the trail mail. My order was to be delivered today, for which I was following up with your team since morning, but in the evening I got a message and email from Flipkart that my order will be delayed by 2 days.
If my order is not delivered tomorrow as you promised at the time of ordering, I will cancel all my orders and escalate it on social media about how poor the service mechanism you have.

I placed an order for some small items on Flipkart. The delivery boy contacted me and informed me that he was at my place. I informed him that I would return at 6pm. Surprisingly, he asked if he could cancel the order. I am deeply disappointed with his behavior. Furthermore, he used inappropriate language, which was recorded on your IVR line. I even have a recording as evidence. I would like to know how a delivery partner representing your company can speak in this manner to a customer who has not made any mistakes.

3. 15th october i got a call at 10 PM that your delivery boy was coming to our residence for delivery.
4. I refused to take delivery at night because I don’t have permission to enter any delivery mat in my domestic complex after 10PM onwards.

I immediately took photos and videos of the received items and submitted a return request under the wrong product option.However, when the pickup agent arrived to collect the incorrect products, he refused to accept them, claiming they were not the same as ordered. Despite my explanations and evidence, he left without collecting the items. This has caused significant frustration
I have contacted multiple Flipkart executives to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have received inconsistent information and conflicting updates from each representative. One executive advised me to return one product and report the other as missing, despite both products being part of the same order.
This has only added to my confusion and frustration.Today, another pickup attempt was made, but the agent once again refused to collect the items after taking photos.
This repetitive cycle is highly frustrating and is not the service quality I have come to expect from Flipkart.I kindly request that this issue be escalated to the appropriate department. I would like to bring to your notice that I have order the new Voltas 1.5 ton Ac through online in flip kart. ( ORDER ID:OD330983635179870100) on 13th April 2024 and it was delivered by flip kart on18th April 2024 and the Installation date was given on 21.04.2024. But unfortunately, the Voltas installation team didn’t attend, and they came on 26.04.2024 for the installation of the new AC.
Only the Voltas technician should open the delivery package and when they opened the package of the New AC it was noticed that the outdoor unit was fully damaged and aluminum coils fins were punctured ( attached the photos in the below Annexure)
The Voltas technicians advised as to return back the damaged product to the flip kart and get the replacement. When we checked for return back there is no such option for return back of the product in the flipkart.
So, I have reached out flipkart team immediately on 26.04.2024 and they raised the complaint ticket (IN2404271005630038779) and they informed me that the problem will be resolved by 30th April. But no response and action from the team
Again, I reach out flipkart team on 30th April and I was again explaining the issue to the flpkart team, and they raised the compliant ticket ( IN24043014584379428944) and they informed me the issue will be resolved by 3rd May 2024.
And today (3rd May2024) I have received the call from flipkart team, and they informed me that the flipkart cannot give the replacement for the damage product and they told I need to reach the Voltas company directly to get the the replacement from my end. I was asking the flpkart team that I bought the product through flipkart, and you have delivered the product with damage and then why I should ask Voltas for the replacement. NO ANSWER from the flipkart team and they gave me the contact number of the Voltas and asked me to contact them, and they kept the call.
Then I called the Voltas company and again I was explaining all the issue and Voltas engineer informed me that only filpkart should give the replacement, Voltas will not give the replacement.
Almost nearly 10 person have contacted me from flipkart but no action from their end.
I am fully stressed and disappointed with the flipkart service and now I am clueless what should I do with the damage product which is lying in my home for last 2weeks.
So, I humbly requesting you to intervene in this issue and kindly to do needful for the replacement of the product as soon as possible .

Good Day,
This is to express my serious concerns regarding the recent delivery of my order(Ariel Short For Girls Casual Printed Pure Cotton). The delivery agent called me at about 10:30 AM for an OTP (one-time password) and proceeded to deliver 3 of the 4 products I had ordered. However, the 4th product (Ariel Short For Girls Casual Printed Pure Cotton) was marked as delivered, even though it was not actually delivered to me.
This discrepancy in timing is highly irregular, as the delivery agent could not have delivered the 4th product at 2:30 PM when they had already collected the OTP from me at 10:30 AM.
I was not present at home during the time of the deliveries, yet the agent still proceeded to mark the 4th product as delivered. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the integrity of the delivery process.
I demand that the 4th product be delivered to me immediately, or that I receive a full refund for that item. Failure to resolve this issue promptly will force me to escalate the matter to the appropriate forums. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this problem.
