I booked an outstation cab from Gurgaon to Bareilly, and the price showed Rs4100. We followed the same route, and when the trip ends, driver showed that we travelled 25kms extra. when we questioned hum, he said that maps never show the correct route, not covers the highways etc(which is pathetic explanation) and charged us RS375 extra.
Please look into it.

I was trying to book a holiday package to Andaman through Makemytrip customer care for which the agent gave me a quote of 1.26 lakhs which had my preferred hotels with all the required sightseeings, cab transfers and ferries along with a Photoshoot at havelock.
I requested the photoshoot activity to be removed and also to offer some discounts post which she called me saying she would be able to offer the package at 1.07 lakhs if I make the payment immediately as some offer is going on in MMT.
Agreed that my mistake was I only checked the activities where photoshoot was removed and rest all was fine including transfers and I made the payment and dint realise that she simply removed the ferries in the name of discount.
Post realisation, I kept calling the agent and she stopped picking up the call
I feel cheated and harassed. I raised it with customer care even through Twitter but even there the customer care is unresponsive. It has been 4 days that I have raised it in Twitter but they keep asking to wait for resolution even without knowing the problem.
Can someone assist me. I want the ferries to be added to my package and without spending a single penny as it’s their fault.

I booked chennai-coimbatore return flight (K2UVUH) and paid Rs.12189 in total.
But my mother passed away suddenly on 10th, so i had to travel at the earliest abailable flight from london. Hence i have cancelled the above trip.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the significant issues I encountered with my recent flight booking from Mumbai to Brisbane via Ho Chi Minh on VietJet Airlines (Booking ID: NN79QOTRNYBKQ6MQ1205, PNR: 7HF63D).
Upon receiving my e-ticket from MakeMyTrip, it was clearly stated that I had a baggage allowance of 40kg and meals included for both flight segments. However, when I arrived at the airport for baggage check-in, I was informed by the VietJet staff that my ticket did not contain any baggage allowance or meal provisions.
This discrepancy caused me immense mental distress as I was notified of this issue just a few hours before my flight. The VietJet staff confirmed that their system reflected no baggage allowance, despite the information on my MakeMyTrip booking. Consequently, I was forced to purchase a 20kg baggage package at the airport, costing me Rs. 3900 Additionally, due to the baggage allowance discrepancy, I had to discard a significant portion of my luggage, which contained essential items. It is not possible for me to go on for more than a week without the remaining luggage.
To make matters worse, I had to endure 17 hours of travel without any meals or water, severely affecting my health and overall travel experience. This situation was extremely distressing and caused unnecessary mental and emotional stress.
I had a flight & hotel booking through Amazon MMT… Due to conditions I Dubai the flight was canceled & we couldn’t reach Dubai…So I asked for a refund of the hotel booking…For which I received a reply & email stating refund cannot be initiated but I can reschedule the dates of stay until 30th September…I then sent in a mail for the reschedule of dates…However there is no update from your team confirming the reschedule..& I am continuously following up from last 7 days….One if the pathetic customer service I have ever experienced…To my surprise there are no Supervisor in your call centre’s to help your customers…

1. Was not allowed to board in the selected flight- because of insufficient knowledge of Indigo staff- loss 13 hours of business time, money & business loss
2. My return ticket was cancelled even after making a request of not to cancel & I had to rebook an expensive ticket of another flight with double charges to Fly back home

I reached Airport 4 hours prior for check in from Mumbai to Dubai & was much before time to check in bag @ Indigo counter
However I was kept waiting @ counter & was not allowed to board the flight, My passport along with my Emirate Id was circulated among various staff members of Indigo,
Reason stating: Being Dubai residence I need to visit Dubai within 180 days & have exceeded 1 day extra- as per them it was 181 days- So Indigo team wanted me to submit a letter from Uae gov for this, I was advised to go online & submit all documents to get the letter & if I get it in an hour I would be allowed to board in the flight.
I followed the instruction & spend 45- 50 mins on it, however could not get revert in such short notice from Uae government, I had called various agents & family members @ midnight to support & help here, but could not get reply from Uae- site @ midnight.
I failed to attend my business meet, in cured huge business loss., & went through lots of mental toture & depression because of this & fall sick
I had no option but to call the hotels & cancel my booking
Similarly to login MMT app & cancel my return trip- Since the booking id was one & it was a return trip – cancellation was automatically ticked for both, I had no option to select one Flight here- as it is linked with Booking Id
This flight that I was not allowed to board in was to depart @ 2.15 am on 26 with Flight Number 6E-1511- Since I was not allowed to board in I had to Exit from the airport, ,
I Luckily get call from agent saying Indigo staff is at fault & there is a calculation error from there end, I have enough days to enter Uae & do not need any Return letter from Uae gov
Then I ran to Indigo Manager told him all the story again, they were not ready to accept their mistake in the beginning , that the way they were calculating the days were wrong & there staff had insignificant knowledge about it.
Finally they accepted it & agreed that I was eligible to board in the flight & there staff has done a mistake
Here they arranged a seat in another flight which was to depart @ 15:00 hrs – 13 hours after my actual booked flight- &Flight Number 6E 1453
I had to sleep @ airport & spend entire night waiting for the solution, went through lots of mental toture.
Also the new flight they offered would take me to Dubai next day evening- wherein I would completely missed my Entire day , Business exhibition & suffered Huge business loss
I was even charged 4 K extra amount to allocate a seat with me in next flight – Although it a mistake from Indigo staff .
I had no option but to accept it- HOWEVER I WILL BE FILLING A CASE AGAINST INDIGO IN CONSUMER COURT FOR MY BUSINESS LOSS, TROUBLE,MENTAL TOTURE AND CHARGING ME EXTRA AMOUNT.
Since after lot of waiting & discussion ,I received t the confirmation of ticket & boarding with New flight number but old PNR number
( see the attachment of my actual boarding pass Flight Number 6E-1511-but the one I on barded was Flight Number 6E-1453)
I immediately tried to go to MMT app & cancel my booking- but it wasn’t going through, so I called the customer care, & requested not to proceed with it, My call was made between 9.00 am to 11.00 am on 26th April from my number 9833682799- since you have call recordings save, request you to listen to the call please- I was assured that my request for cancellation was withdrawn .
Then I flew to Dubai , after all trouble, delay , kiosk & business losss
When I was trying to do web check- in when flying back from Dubai- Mumbai-I was informed by Vistara that my ticket is being cancelled by MMT ( even though I had requested not to)
I had to spend money again, rebook another ticker to Fly back on desired time.( I was shocked & disheartened that even after request & confirmation my ticket was still cancelled)
Its been 7 years I am booking tickets from MMT not just me, but my entire family & even my Company we had huge trust on MMT – But I had the worst experience this time not just from Indigo but even MMT
I Sincerely request for returning my full amount of flight that was cancelled by you from Dubai to Mumbai with PNR– WX6BEY- full amount
Also since the booking with Indigo was not done directly & via MMT – request to get my money back from them , for the problem & money loss I had to go through because of insufficient knowledge of Indigo staff

I had booked a flight ticket through Make my trip with GO Air airline on [17th May] from [Mumbai] to [Goa], but unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Attached Invoice for the payment made to Make my trip. As per Make my Trip, refund will be released upon receipt of airline approval
I immediately contacted your customer service department to inquire about the refund process and was informed that I would receive a full refund within five business days. However, it has been a year since the cancellation, and I have yet to receive my refund.
I have made multiple attempts to follow up with your customer service department, but I have not received any satisfactory response. This delay in refund has caused me significant financial hardship, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by your company.
I urge you to take immediate action to process my refund and compensate me for the inconvenience caused. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. If no reply is received, then i will be approaching the “Consumer Forum” regarding the refund issue.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous correspondence regarding the refund for my flight ticket booking with reference PNR number E4H7KX.
As previously discussed, there was an unfortunate technical glitch from MMT’s side which resulted in the booking being made for the incorrect date of 7th September instead of 28th September. Upon contacting MMT support immediately, I was assured that the ticket would be cancelled and a full refund initiated on 27th May.
On 29th May, I received confirmation that a partial refund of Rs. 3016 had been processed, with the assurance that the remaining amount would follow. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the full refund has not yet been processed.
I have been informed by your support team that MMT has received the full refund from the airline, and I am now eagerly awaiting confirmation and processing of the remaining amount. As a customer, it is crucial for me to have visibility on the progress of my refund, and I kindly request a confirmation email once the full refund has been initiated.
