I have purchase a F-23 seiers Samsung mobile around 3 year back. last 3 year phone is working in a good condition. Now all of a sudden phone getting hot along with restart frequently.
It is found in Samsung care that This phone has Mother board problem. when Enquire it is found that all F Series has same problem. How come a brand like samsung unable to identify the product has a proble. If identify why this product is not recalled or replaced.
for 140000 Inr phone mother board replacement is 9000INR.
