I booked return/round trips tickets by 2 different airlines
Booking detail: Kolkata to Paro (Booking ID NN2DPDEFXMR4L3GH2891)
I had a medical emergency, so had to cancel my trips
One way ticket by Druk air I was able to cancel myself at your site and uploaded all my medical documents for requesting a full refund. It was already approved by the airlines
But, this particular flight by Bhutan Airlines didn’t not allow me to cancel myself at your site. When I made attempt to cancel, an agent from MMT called and he went ahead and canceled. That triggered a meagre refund as I had no option to upload the medical documents like the other flight. So, I shared all the documents through email with MMT to request the airlines for possible full refund
Today, I received a call from you stating the airlines denied full refund as the ticket was “already a refunded ticket ”
It was not my fault and I never requested for a partial refund earlier
I urge MMT to arrange for my full refund
I have been a long time MMT user. If I am not entitled to receive a full refund for a genuine reason, I have to think twice before making further bookings here

Hi MMT Team,
I have been following up on a refund request for a hotel cancellation on the day of check-in since two months and have still not received the refund amount yet in spite of multiple follow ups on emails and phone.
Reference No.- AH22132342609716
Amount to be refunded- AED 434.89
Status- Refund request approved on Aug 27th, 2024 . Bank details were provided in August, then after multiple email exchanges on the delay reason, MMT team asked for different bank details which were provided on Sept 21st as the refund team could not complete the transaction to the previous bank.
We have been following up since then and there is no response from the team until now. It has been a huge pain and humiliation to us. We have been a regular customer of MMT however, after this experience, I will think 100 times before I use MMT again.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as no refund should take more than a month to complete.

Hello Team,
I booked a ticket from Mumbai to lucknow ( Booking ID NF7W4O2Y80VLFEFX9156 )on 08 Apr 2024 for an amount of rupees ₹19347.0 with flexi option for date change and cancellation.
On 14th Aug i did use the date change option and changed travel dates from 26th oct to 30 th oct.Total amount i paid is of 35188.
Now when i am checking for cancellation it is showing me a refund of only 15960 rupees as it is taking only booking amount as 19347 rupees while it should take booking amount as 35188 and then do calculation for cancellation refund.
While I did date change it was not informed via any means that the extra amount I am paying for date change is nonrefundable one.
And when i raised this concern to make my trip support on Saturday 12th oct and followed them on Monday 14th Oct. I got any kind of support instead. I was told that nothing is mentioned on MakeMyTrip whether such a case is refundable or non-refundable.
Even after multiple requests if raised via call to customer support I am not getting any support.
If i would have been informed during the date change that the extra amount i am paying is nonrefundable i would have canceled the entire booking and could have rebooked the complete ticket. In that case I would not have been in this situation where I am losing this much amount of money.
This is a clear case of lack of information to customers from MakeMyTrip and due to which the customer has to face financial loss.
I have been associated with MakeMyTrip for a long time but this incident and the way I am being treated is disheartening. Need MakeMyTrip leadership to pitch in this case this is no information/incomplete information by MakeMyTrip to customers due to which the customer is suffering.
Need resolution to this. Please find attached booking and date change invoices in which no where it is mentioned that extra amount i am paying on non-refundable.
Need your support on this to help me with a proper refund. As this my hard-earned money
