My Go Air flight (G8-701, PNR QCESHN) from Kolkata to Jaipur on 22nd March 2020 was cancelled due to the declared Janta Curfew.
Its been nearly 4 months now and every time I mail I end up getting a new request number G8-01168354, G8-01168355, G8-01175791 and now G8-01184990 with a statement that the concerned team would revert soon from Go Air, which apparently has not yet happened.
Their customs service doesn’t believe in responding to its customers. All I desire is a full refund of the amount.

I purchased a tv vu premium full hd 43 inch on 14 th July and it was delivered by ekart on 15 th July and installation table top done on 16 th July 2020. While installation engineer confirmed the tv has Google assistant since it’s mentioned on the tv box. After installation when I tried Google assistant it was not available not working. Actually I took this tv for 20999/- with complete tv protection for 1499/- 3 years.
Since the tv is taken for my parents they are not familiar with typing skills so I chose Google assistant tv for them now the problem is that facility is not available hence I made a return request (as I have only 4 options for return I mentioned the issue under product missing catagory) but that was cancelled by seller without any reason, so I raised return request again the same also cancelled by seller RAMTHRALLA Retail . So I raised for the 3 rd time now. Now I am looking for refund as I don’t want this product. Since Google assistant is important for me I am looking for another product . So kindly check this issue and refund the amount .

However i received one number blankst short & box is damaged due to COVID situation. We haven’t opened a box for a day & when we open & see came to know that one quantity received short immediately i raised a complaint & one request raised for return.

However till date those quantity received short refund is not got & so many times i complain to call center every time they are giving different answer but not succeed for the refund,

However I booked the washing machine Model : WAB16061IN, one number but i received the closed BOX of washing machine with Invoice mentioned the booked Model. When the team comes for Installation & demo the machine. they opened the box, we find the different model wachine machine inside the Box, Received Model : WAB16060IN. Installation team asked me to return in flipkart.
I submitted the return in flip kart, now i received the email saying that the issue is closed without solving my problem. now i can’t message to them. they blocked my message box.

I have purchased Marq Washing machine. (Order ID: OD119390110764637000 – Ordered on 10th August and delivered on 28th August). But the during the demo and installation the Jeeves technician found a dent and He himself raised the replacement request it went through some days at the end they cancelled it (return id : 11201955434234587403). Since it is brand new product I decided to go for a replacement and raised the request for the same. Return request (Replacement ID: 12101959806790913543) got approved within 2 days and I received an email from the Flipkart saying that the seller(RAMTHRALLA Retail) has arranged a replacement. I kept the product and packaging intact and waited for the pickup. But the pickup did not happen and I got a message on September 12th saying that replacement request got cancelled without mentioning any valid reason. I raised a new request for the replacement. Another Jeeves technician visited and examined the product. But on next day the replacement request got rejected again without any valid reasons. I do not understand what is happening here and I would say this is really absurd!! I have spent my hard earned money to buy a damaged product and I am struggling to get it resolved. And Flipkart keeps asking me to wait and I do not know how long I should wait as it is already 1 month passed since I ordered the item. I want Flipkart to resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise I need to think about other ways to get my money back.

I have ordered mobile phone (model – Realme Narzo 20, Glory Silver, 128 GB) from Flipkart on 28 September 2020 and it is delivered on 29 September 2020 at the given address. I have found some major issues in the phone like –
1. The sound system is not working properly.
2. Sound is not clear.
3. 3.5 mm jack is not working properly.
Due to above-mentioned issues in the phone; (Order ID: OD219812994915463000 – Ordered on 28th September and delivered on 29th September)I have requested replacement of the product on 6th October 2020, then one person came from Flipkart for checking the issue in the phone and he also agreed that sound system is not working properly, but after that, there is no action taken by Flipkart regarding the replacement of the faulted phone and hence my request of replacement got cancelled. So, again I have requested for a replacement for the product and again the same thing repeated, one person came from the Flipkart and checked the delivered phone sound system and he also found the issue in it. But again my request got cancelled. I have requested several times for the replacement but every time my request got cancelled and there is no serious step taken by Flipkart for it. I have spent a lot of my money on buying this phone and if Flipkart will deliver faulted or defected product then how can I accept it. I have faced so many problems for its replacement until now. This is the first time I have been experiencing such a bad experience from Flipkart. I always trust on Flipkart products quality and team. But due to this bad experience, my whole money is wasted. This is the worst experience of mine from Flipkart. Now, I just want the replacement of this defected phone as soon as possible.
I am requesting to the Flipkart team, please assure your product quality and take immediate action to resolve my problem. Please, approve my replacement request so that I will get what Flipkart always promised to their customers.

We are facing problems. Our District is not serviceable to flipkart. We are contacting to flipkart from last 4 months, None of executive can solve the problem.
If Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DHL, India speed post & DTDC courier partner’s delivery services are available on these locations, then why Flipkart is not accepting product orders on these pincodes: 193222 & 193223, Tier III & II. We could not place orders on these locations, when we try to place order error shows, “no seller ships on this pincode” or “out of stock”.
We request you, please provide us your service through third party logistic courier partner, accept orders on these locations as Ecom express, Blue Dart, DTDC & other courier delivery services are already available on these locations. Access these pincodes.
If Amazon can provide their service, then why not Flipkart.

Dated 16/10/2020 I had placed order for HP 14s Core i3 10th Gen laptop and I had got confirmation that product will get delivered by 20th Oct 2020.
I had not received product dated 20/10/2020,so I called to customer and raise my concern. Then I had received new expected delivery date i.e. 22nd Oct 2020.

Dated 23/10/2020 I had received sms from flipkart stating that we have escalated your issue to concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 28 Oct,4:58 pm. I was clueless what was going on payal is saying something and sms was saying something different. I called to customer care I met flipkart executive Ayush Raina even he was like payal – Don’t know anything.
I really don’t understand what is going on, none of your customer care were able to find root cause issue as they seem to be clueless and not capable to fix the issue. I request them if you are unable to identify the issue please ask your senior to get in touch with me there was no outcome.

I bought a laptop from flipkart on 2nd september 2020 , Order ID: OD119584176102162000 , dated 02-09-2020 of Asus VivoBook. The laptop has a sound driver issue and post technician visit the same was replaced on 18/Sep/2020 via replacement id 12101964025711990571
Now the replaced laptop has license issues , I had launched a complaint to microsoft and as per microsoft the license already used. Now from 18/Sep/2020 to till date I am awaiting a solution from flipkart but no solution received yet.
Can I accept a conclusion from flipkart ? Else I request if you can not provide a solution permanently then please take the laptop back and give me the full refund. I can not nourish an issue for a month after buying a laptop. It seems that it is a mistake that I made by purchasing a laptop from flipkart and I hope the replaced laptop is not an used one.

The next day I talked to customer care of GOIBIBO agent name (Naina). She told me that refund will be initiated in 7 working days. But now , 7 days passed and no response.
