I have purchased a LED TV on 16.03.2022. But after delivery this TV is not working (Power was not come) . Technical Electrician also verify the product. Then I was put the complaint on amazon customer care but no any response your side. daily amazon team said today product pickup your location, But no any person come the location. I’m very disappointed to your services . IN future I’m not buy the product from Amazon.

Disgusting that Items ordered are NOT sent the customer and wrong items are sent TWICE. RETURN request made on second time on 08 Apr has NOT materialised till today PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIR – NEVER THOUGHT AMAZON WILL FALL SO LOW. 3. 1. This is my fifth mail on the issue , however I am surprised at the lackadaisical attitude by AMAZON. I am an Amazon Prime member for a long time. Due to this experience I am thoroughly dissappointed.
2. I procured a two year Extended Warranty for my Lenovo ThinkPad E 15 from Amazon vide as per following details.

3. I have tried activating the above warranty, however as per Lenovo, since this was procured from Amazon they cannot say anything.
4 This amounts to cheating by Amazon. May I request you to kindly resolve this issue.

have raised a return request 5 times through online site, chat with executive, phone conversation. Even got Phone msg and SMS confirming return shall be done on 16-17th April but no action. no one came to pick up the order.

The above order No of boat Xtend Smart Watch with Alexa Color: Pitch Black, Quantity 2, which was ordered on 2nd Apr 2024, both the watches not working condition, hence I raise for replacement on 08th Apr 2024, but Return was not taken on 10th Apr 2024 & updated as “Return pickup verification failed”. Again, after following up, I given request for return pickup on 20th Apr 2024, that time return happened but wrong item was taken by return pickup executive, from that day till now I am just following this case, no resolution given & no action taken.
Every time, I need to explain each customer care executive, even though many time executives left the chat, new person come, I am fed up with follow up on that application & system how you maintain or running
I need that my parcel back to hand which is wrongly took from us & need refund of the above ordered items.

I tried sending the email also many follow up done but still no status or no progress to recover the items, I need to escalate this which so long pending, and you do not have tracking system to refund the product which you took wrongly, where is that parcel now? when will you deliver our parcel to home? Give me escalation team contact number and email id?
This is the history of my orders for Samsung Phones with Amazon
– 7th July Ordered Samsung M34 – Out for delivery @6:14 pm on 11th July – MArked as rejected by Me
– Returned to seller @10:36 PM. There was no contact with me regarding delivery. Cost Rs 12499
– 13th July – ORderded Phone again – Out for delivery @~17July @~5:30 PM – MArked as rejected by Me – Returned to seller @~8:00 PM. There was no contact with me regarding delivery.Cost Rs 1349
Both the time, i called the helpdesk and they did not have any answer to why the item was not delivered. Every time i order i have to block 10000+ Rs for 2 weeks+ without getting any item.
Can you check if there is some scam going on at Amazon Delivery team or at seller team.

I got my phone reset and when I tried to log into my Amazon account every time it logged into the new account. Due to this, I cannot log into my Amazon Pay account as it shows that this account already has the same number and ID. I complained about the same with the customer care team several times but no solution. I have money in the Pay Later account, which is deducting money from my account on a particular date but is not accessible. This was the token no. for my complaint-V1436041457. I tried 4-5 times and every time I am only getting consolations, not solutions. I have 35,000 rupees in my account and I feel cheated for my money by Amazon. 8th August, 2024 I have purchased Jabra Elite 4 wireless Earbuds Navy colour ( Ordered No 404-1486760-0041936) and it was delivered on 9th August, 2024 dark grey colour. Same day I contacted your customer care department to replace this items and after discussion they iare nformed they raised the complain, still they are not contact with me. Today again I contact your customer care and they told befoee 14 th August we never provide any solution becayse investigation still going on. My request please either replace or return this item immediately.

I am writing as I am unable to solve defective product issue and your customer service is no longer reachable only some pre-recorded options are displayed.
Frankly I will consider other options if Amazon hides behind some annoying unfriendly menus without care for customer.

Issue: I received this product and found the following defects: I require refund having lost faith in the Product and Seller.
Issues:
MI Band 5 is not supporting Android application but some Chinese software ( as per QR Code for applciation). Only. Bluetooth connects . However, unable to pair, activate with Application and hence it is useless.
Also, this product is old of year 2022 and seems obsolete.
On cancelling , I am only getting option to get replacement.. I tried cancelling the replacement order to get refund as I think the replacement will also not resolve the above issues.
I found that nothing is happening at Amazon so I again cancelled my order dated 18 Aug and now back to status quo with replacement .having delivery date 28 August.
My request please cancel this order and give refund as I have lost faith in the Product. Please refund instead of replacement.
If you are insisting on replacement, it should pair and work with Android Application in India.
It is frustrating to customers like me to not solve this through Customer Care. You Customer Care cannot be reached and the Chat options are unfriendly and useless.
Hope Amazon understands to avoid loss of business.
My order for return was collected by Amazon in agent on 10 December because it was wrong product delivered. So far no refund. Customer service was asked to call me and even after 3 such calls and the last call was about escalating the issue with my h ch omplaint a week ego, Nothing moved forward and today status is that team investigation is going on and I have to call again. So disappointing.
