    Dear concern,

    We are finding a lot of problems to activate our listing. We already pay advance amount to one of the company Named Be Professional and concern person is Mr Randhir It’s Being more than two months we regularly following up with them, send them all the detailed documents regarding our Product listing but due to their unprofessional approach, They are fail to do the so your are requested to kindly resolve our concern and update us the actual status of our product listing.

    I ordered Haldiram dipawali gift on 7 Nov 20 to Bangalore it was showing delivery on 11 nov 20 but on 12 nov it started showing on 17 nov pls look into the matter what is the use of delivery of deepawali item after 4 days of the festival.and my other items were also delayed

    SirI have ordered 1 number of:  Singer 4423 HEAVY DUTY Electric Sewing Machine, grey Order Placed: 16 October 2020Amazon.in order number:  407-4641730-6843569     Seller has provided wrong shipment details.  Since 16.08.2020, I have contacted customer care of Amazon.in several times. Every time it was promised that this issue will be resolved in next three to five working days. It’s been more than 15 days,  Amazon India is giving Dates on Dates again & again, but no further serious step has been initiated from Amazon India. Apart from this, i received an email from amazon stating that your seller “KRIYANK E-STORE”is no more available on amazon. 
    Since it’s too long I have waited, now i don’t need this item ( Singer 4423 HEAVY DUTY Electric Sewing Machine  ) anymore. Please arrange to refund my money against my undelivered order, with reference to above order id i.e. 407-4641730-6843569   I Hope for a positive reply this time, by Amazon India. thanks & regards,  MAYANK UPADHYAYA

    It is bring to your notice that vide order bearing No.406-6883641-5239500, An order was placed on AMAZON for delivery of Orient Electric Aqua Spring Storage 25L Vertical Water Heater of Rs.5340/- in Kanpur (UP) but you have supplied Orient Electric Aqua Spring Storage 10L Vertical Water Heater when opened the consingment. The complaint in this matter was punched/loged in your system/return window on 0911.2020 within stipulated time of your policy for replacement. however, no communication was received fron your side on my email/ mobile after loging the complaint. Thereafter,this matter was taken up with customber care service and thy have shown thier inability in this matter.

    Keeping in view of circumstance explained above, you are requested to please look into the matter and reslove the same.

    I purchased oneplus nord phone 25days before.
    Mobile has not working , hanging & automatically switch off /on
    I already return apply the phone but now in this time mobile has not pickup from delivery person
    I called Amazon customer so many times told issue but they no response Amazon service very help less

    i have ordered the 3 items on 9 Nov 2020 , but have got the message that two product has been delivered and one package was collected on 10 Nov 2020 in that package we have received only Himalaya honey ( 1+1) with damage and Lenovo tab was missing and the package size was small and also two items will not fit in that package and package was damaged and tampered

    On same day i.e 10 Nov 2020 have raised the complaint for the missing product by Amazon Customer care and they informed that have raised missing product investigation for Lenovo tab and he informed will update status by 18 nov 2020 and for himalaya honey raised complaint for refund ( also have got the partial refund for Himalaya honey )

    on 15 Nov got the call from Amazon local services ( Investigation Team – Ms Uday sree ) she asked about the delivery and package and there is no response from them till 18 Nov 2020 ,

    on 18 Nov i have given cal to customer care and spoke to Shekar regarding status they said the product is got delivery on time with proper way and they request to do raised reinvestigation request and informed to wait till 24 nov 2020

    I have got cal on 20 Nov 2020 from local Amazon team for investigation and he asked to share pics (supervisor name is Mr Srikanth -mobile:9010515900 ) am trying to reach him from 20 Nov 2020 onwards for status .he is not answering the call

    Kindly take necessary action and do the needful at the earliest

    The product is order on Oct 11, 2020 and supposed to arrive on Oct 19, 2020. Nearly two months now..no response from the representative…The product is not delivered yet and seems to cheating. I want the product to be arranged from alternate seller. It has been long since the order. I have missed several other good offers waiting for this and mental harassment to add to it. It has been an insulting experience from Amazon. Please take care of this issue. Kindly arrange the same product from alternate seller as it is the responsibility of Amazon to keep such sellers at your bay.

    I have purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from Amazon within one month is stopped working I am asking for the replacement of Whirlpool company is not replacing now I am going to the consumer forum against Amazon and and Ball Pool for the replacement penalty and other charges

    I am writing this mail related to my issur My name is akshay pitlawar and i purchased the mobile phone redmi note 9 scarlet red order id with exchange offer from amazon order id is 171-5659627-4769137 that it delivered to me .then beacuse of some defective i requsted for return but pickup service was not available so team innformed me to return this product to seller by self return and i did curieer and it is reached to seller after that refund is initiated which i paid online during purchase but still my exchange value of mobile is not refunded Rs 4675

    I am calling since 60 day team is not resolving my issue more than 100 time i called to customer service and also escalted this issue to social media still not getting resoltion for this order id 171-5659627-4769137 so finally i decided to take final decision and i am so frustarted. also feel that this is mental harrasment which amazon is giving me since 60 days please take this personaly solve my issue

    Return initiated on 19th Nov’20 as the product was received in badly damaged condition with broken lid. And you can easily understand through the pictures I have shared that it is a transportation damage.
    Still struggling with customer care for pick up. Already I have communicated with your representative almost 10 times and every time I need to repeat the whole story. I need a solution and refund of this product ASAP.
    Kindly resolve.

    Hi,

    This is regarding OnePlus Y series LED 43 inches TV, purchased on Aug/09 (Order ID 403-4594437-2319536). It worked for 1 month and all of the sudden it stopped working. Raised several complaints and Amazon sends it tech partner Digicare to check on the TV 2 or 3 times from Oct/2020 till now.

    The Tech partner just takes the bar code and other details of the TV and don’t respond back and closes the warranty claim. When i call Amazon India customer care they promised it will be resolved in 48 hours. This happens regularly from last 3 months. I am frustrated and lost what to do next. I wanted to this taken to closure for me to file a case in consumer forum. Hopefully some one will question the immoral practice’s done by Amazon India while selling these products.
