I have ordered one air cooler of crompton brand on dated 17th April 2022. The delivery date was 23rd April 2022. When I call the delivery agent, he simply rejected my call for three times. Due to this I couldn’t attend my driving test which costs me a loss of Rs. 5200. When I called flipkart customer care executive they told me that your product will be delivered by EOD anyhow. Due to this I missed my relative’s wedding because I am the only person who was available in my house to receive and pay for the product. On 24th April 2022, I received an update on my complaint that the delivery person couldn’t find my location and product will take another 4 days to deliver. I just to know Is this some kind of internal scam where delivery company use to delivery one’s product to another person but giving false reasons? Meanwhile my old mother and father who couldn’t bear this hot summer are the only one who is suffering in this scam. I want complete compensation from Flipkart and Ekart delivery companies at the earliest.
I have purchased new sim of Airtel company no. 7276721939.Since the date of purchase I am getting continuous calls from Flipkart for payment due of Rs 2310/- other wise they would penalize or would take legal action. Call is in name of Chandrakant Jadhav .He might be previous sim holder.Daily I am getting 5 to 10 calls daily which is disturbing me mentally and physically both way.

Also i am facing heating issue on my fresh product . Do something about it .
did not like the behavior of the delivery boy. He called me on 01.0.2022 at around 2 o’clock while I was at work. I said you call me at around 5 o’clock he said ok but he did not call me, I kept waiting from 5 o’clock to about 8 o’clock.But I did not get my order delivery. On 02.05.2022 I got a call again at around 1 am when I was in anyways disconnecting the phone. He was calling. Then I told him that I am in the meeting, why are you calling again and again? urgent meeting and I was making a call.After a while the message came your order got cancelled then I re-ordered from flipkart boot just now the message came order rejected. This kind of behavior is very painful

I have been chasing flipkart from 1.5 Months now with no proper response and solution to my refund issue.
This Order was cancelled on 4th April 2022 and as of today the team is still looking into it without processing the refund. In this digital age I dont understand why are they taking so long to check their own bloody systems and what are they upto?
Does it really take 1.5 months to process the refund? If yes, share me the screenshot of flipkart’s refund policy.
I want my refund to be processed soon.

Hi Team,
Flip-kart blocked my account stating multiple returns. They already state their return policy. But never mentioned that they have any limit to this. Further my returns was only related to clothing. Which is quite obvious if we are doing online purchase.
The return reason was genuine like fit or fabric issue, wrong colour received and even sometimes brand tag was missing.
The last order too is having colour and fabric issue. But while placing return there was some error and after that account was blocked.
I believe Flip kart never mentioned any where that we have certain limits for return also.
Further they never notified or got my account settled before blocking my account.
I am chasing from last 3 days but no one is there to take care and help us in resolving issue. My accounts still has rewards and coins which was not settled so far.
Its disgusting Flip kart. This is unacceptable behaviour from brand like this.
Hi, I received my product from Flipkart on 20th April. After multiple follow-ups with Flipkart, as I haven’t received my product on their promised delivery date, I received a damaged product and raised a return and refund request on 23rd April. The return and refund policy is complicated to raise at Flipkart. I finally raised a request. They asked me to share pictures of the product and ID proof. I had attached all relevant documents, and they rejected my return again. I raised a request via toll-free number, but they haven’t responded appropriately. They disconnected my call multiple times in the middle of my conversation, but I still tried it patiently. In addition to this, I mailed all my conversations to Flipkart Grievance, but there was no response from the Flipkart team. Finally, I want to say that Flipkart people are trying to sell defective products to the customer, and they are not yet all supportive of the customers. No response on any emails even raised a request to the Grievance team and Customer Support Team. Please help me on this issue, raised a request many times, and still, there is no response from Flipkart.

I have purchased ac from Flipkart online .but at the time of installation Samsung technician told me that your ac is not able to install due to manufacturing fault at the same time I lodge a complain in Samsung and in Flipkart .
Flipkart company sent a technician or surveyor he accepted and told me this item will refund within 7days but still no one responding properly neither talk properly.
I want to inform you all Flipkart services is very poor and pathetic I’m highly disappointed and suggest to all plz never purchase any thing on line from Flipkart.

He as a team leader tells his team member to follow Unethical practices like
1) Avoid or not to do taggings on call
2) Disconnect the calls directly from Smart Assist on which customers says to transfer the calls to senior desk and also tells his agent not to tag on these calls as well
3)if the customer irritated and do not Disconnect the call. He tells his member to give the closing statement and not to speak further
I was being victim for his Unethical practices. Would like to helight his Unethical practices
Also would like to inform from my team there was ex employee named KARAMJEET KAUR twitted on your official Flipkart Twitter account about his Unethical practices in the April month end or starting May month
Kindly request you to find the complaint which was made by KARAMJEET Kaur and take termination action against him as he is still doing Unethical practices to met the Csat score by his team member.

Hope you are doing well.
I have been a customer of flipkart since 2015. My last year’s shopping amount with flipkart was around Rs.4lac.
I ordered a suitcase on 20th May which was scheduled to be delivered on 25th May, Which was delayed and it was rescheduled to 28th May. I waited for 28th may but the order didn’t come so I reached out to flipkart customer care. They asked me to wait till 7Pm and assured that my order will be delivered to me, which was totally misleading as it was already 5Pm and the order was not out for delivery yet. I offered to pick it myself if they could provide me details of the warehouse but they didn’t. They only registered a complaint. After an hour of the complaint I saw that the complaint was marked resolved in spite of no outcome. Neither I received my parcel nor any call about the update.
After that again it was rescheduled to 30th of May. which is today. But the order is not yet out for delivery so it is clear that it is not going to be delivered today as well. I contacted customer care for help but no solution was given.
I needed this suitcase for a trip I am going today Late evening. because of the irresponsible behaviour of Flipkart my plans have ruined and caused so much mental disturbance. This is the worst experience ever in my history of online shopping.
Please help me resolve the issue

I really regret to be Flipkart Plus member from 2020. just check my account how frequent customer i am. And now i ma facing lot of issues with Flipkart.
i have place OnePlus Tv on June 21st worth of 26240 and cancelled it on same day but i didn’t get refund it’s been almost 1.5months and my credit card bill generated and i have paid credit card bill also but there is no response from flipkart.
from 18th July everyday i am floowingup with flipkart on customer care service but i am not getting any update and customer care agents are also so irresponsible everytime thwy will ask me to wait for 24-48Hrs. whenever i ask to transfer the you people will disconnect the call and no update afterwards.
i am trying all possible ways to reach flipkart via call, mail, twitter facebook but still i am not getting an update and no refund.
and now i am doubting wheather i will receive refund or not.
Atleast here someone is there to help me to get refund?
