    I want inform you i purchased a creative stage speaker from flipkart or id OD119801104838715000 and the product which was delivered to was used one and it was shipped many times as there was many lables on it and the product was delivered without flipkart box it was just a product box with tapping on the top and in the box the woofer provided was damaged from the sides and there is dents on the lower part of the product and i escalted matter in the custmor care a agent came n said and reported that it was minor damaged i paid Rs 7800 for this product. What i am getting a used and returned product with old box. I escalted the matter to flipkart asked them to return the product but they cancelled my request.Please help me in this matter and provide me with new fresh product . I am attaching the details of the product n damaged product pic along with this mail and hope you will help me in this matter

    It’s very pathetic and frustrating dealing with flipkart,had such a bad experience of my life.

    Ordered a JBL bluetooth headset, which I received a damaged and detective piece and from day one itself I complained and asked for the replacement, technician came and visited and he also found the same defects as I explained,but he has given a false comment that he has resolved the issue. But he didn’t done anything.
    Again I raised complaint against the technician and the for the replacement but no action .
    The customer service officer used to they have escalated but not action is taken on priority basis.
    5 times the technician visit got cancelled by Jeeves company.
    And I am getting call that I am giving request for technician visit cancellation.

    It’s 5 times same thing has been reapeted and no action taken from flipkart.

    Today morning I played a contest called as Daily trivia and after answering all the questions correctly, I was eligible for a reward. The terms and conditions mentioned while entering into contest did not mention that only first 100000 winners are eligible for winning a reward. This is not acceptable and I want to claim the reward failing which I will escalate this to higher ups for investigation as I feell many others like me trap into these contests and more importantly Flipkart is an esteemed institution and these practices needs to be informed to the board of directors of Flipkart.

    I really want tobring it up to your notice that flipkart services are degrading really fast and the standard is falling. Customer support has no escalation matrix and no senior level team to be contacted.Agents only follow their process and keeps repeating the same support lines and do say that everything is reported but no action is taken. I am even trying to contact the Flipkart media coordinator to get support. I ordered a product on 16th Sept, today is 4th October, already twice delivery guys came to my house but did not replace the product and took back the new package. I have ordered a red dispensor, the one I got was blue but broken. I requested replacement and people who came said due ro color mismatch it can’tbe taken back, again i contacted cust care, they said i should have mentioned the colour. 2nd time, they mentioned the colour issue, but while the 2nd replacemennt, again same thing happened. Support agents just says sorry, appology etc but no one is reallybothered. even asked for escalation team contact and they replied that we dont have any other team than the front desk.

    Dear Sir,

    With utmost grief I wish to tell you that Flipkart has not been able to take care of my query.
    It has been literally two weeks that I am following up for my phone.
    Everytime. it says your case has been closed.

    1. The camera was not working properly. I asked for a replacement. Technician visited my home, Got signed on a paper where he wrote that after update was done, the phone camera clicks blurred images. and the customer not satisfied. I signed that. However the report he is putting is case has been closed.
    2., Again I initiate the complaint saying that it is a fake one. Commitment was given that there will be a technician visit again. There had been no visit since then still it is showing that the case has been resolved.

    3. I have raised this concern multiple times and I am completely pissed off by lounging a complaint again and again.

    With humble request, may i please request you to take the phone back and pay my money back.I just cant take this pathetic service and kind of usless camera phone.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a plus member of Flipkart. I received your sms on 1stSeptember 2020 at 2.05. a.m. saying my plus membership is renewed for one year. I am attaching the screenshot of the same sms here. But I am not able to use it as my account is being blocked by you since last 9 months with no fault of mine.

    Its been 9 months my account is blocked sir. I want to see my old orders, gift wallet amount, and warranty period of the phones I bought. I am not able to see anything as my account is blocked since last 9 months. Every time I get a message that we have escalated your issue to our team and that our team will call u but there is not a single call from your team in last 9 months. I have complained about this blocked issue to your customer care for around 50 times and no solution till date.

    There was no fault of mine sir. I have ordered around 9-10 items together and I didn’t like them so I have returned few of them. I had returned few orders as all those items were well under the 30 day return policy. No other reasons than this of my account getting blocked.

    This happened in first week of February and its October now. I have called the customer care number so many times and all I get to hear from them is we cannot help you, as we can’t access your account, we can simply forward your complain to our technical team and the technical team will mail you and you will have to reply to that mail. I have mailed so many times to your technical team, till now I have replied around 30 times but no solution till now. Every time, I just get a system mail in reply to my complain mail, that due to unusual numbers of returns we have blocked your account so u will no longer be able to log into your account. Every time I get the same system mail from different technical team members. Your technical staff simply sent a system mail even without reading what complain the customer has? I just get a same system mail to all my mails with different executives’’ names every time.

    My account unnecessarily got blocked and I was given 16thof February as deadline to solve the problem I am facing. I got An SMS from you that “we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 16thFebruary, 6.00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679” and now its 5th October today and still there is no solution from your side, not a single call back from your side.

    I also had 4 returns issues; I got the same SMS from you saying, “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 10th, 11th, and 14th February. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679”

    I have saved every single correspondence from your side where you have given me assurance to solve my return issue by 10th, 11thand 14thof February and the account block issue by 16thof February by 6 pm. Today 9 months and still no resolution and call back from your side about any of my above mentioned problems. Forget about getting any calls from your side till today about the return issues, there is not even a single call about the account block issue.

    Sir, how can my account get permanently blocked? At the most you could have rejected my returns and blocked my account for a temporary period. There has to be a time limit. The customer has waited almost for long 9. Last time I got the sms that our team will call u by 12th June n today its 5th October and no call from your team in this 9 month. How to see my wallet money? Even f its one rupee, I should be allowed to see it, I should be allowed to see all my orders and warranty period of the phones I have ordered. But I can’t do anything.

    Is this the reward you have given me of being a loyal and a plus customer of flipkart. If customer has placed bulk orders, and if she don’t like any single product from that bulk orders, she will definitely returns all those orders as they were all well within the 30 day return policy. How could you block her account without her consent when she is exercising her right to return items under the 30 day return policy? This experience has such a disturbing effect that I even get scared to have online shopping from other sites.

    Its been 9 months I am tired of approaching u. Please give me solution. Help me and unblock my account as soon as possible. Have some humanity sir. its like a mental torture I am going through since months as with no fault of mine my account is blocked by you.

    I am attaching the screenshots of the messages and the same system mail replies and see that your technical staff is not at all reading the genuine mails and just send the same system mails with different staff names.

    Please unblock my account so that I can continue shopping. This time please don’t disappoint me sir and unblock my account at the earliest.

    They are asking me ID for return, here are my queries which they are not responding and cancelling the exchange request as they sent wrong product.

    Can you please respond to my queries ?

    1. The exact purpose of ID required from the customer.
    2. Is it a government recommendation ?
    3. Why is this not being asked when creating a profile on Flipkart or
    before purchasing the products?
    4. Why does the return policy not mention this ?
    5. Does Flipkart send mail after buying products that we need to send ID
    for return or exchange?

    Maximum retry attempts try after 24 hrs. I tried because account is inactive and customer support not given any solution. PFA screenshot for your reference.
    Flipkart Account is getting inactive from day before yesterday. Contacted customer care also tried via mail but no use. No body from the Flipkart team understands what is the issues. 🤦🏻 Any body is there from your side who can understand this issue and resolve on priority.

    hi, I raised return request(ID OD119832106845207000) on 7th Oct for a Voltas AC i bought on 30th Sep. This AC is not getting switched on. I got an update on 13th Oct that the issue was resolved by troubleshooting and the return order was cancelled. But no technician visited my house.

    I have raised another return request and I see technician visit date is 18th Oct. Please let me know how long should i wait for this issue resolved. I am following this daily but i dont get proper action from flipkart side.

    Dear Sir,
    My order was for Nokia 8.1 Mobile Display from flipkart website, however, I received a Samsung back cover in the box.
    I placed a return & full refund request for the order thrice but all the three times it got rejected with same response mentioned as below.

    We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD119858671318423000 with the product being intact.

    I have a snapshot of the received item. Now I am feeling cheated by Flipkart.
    I tried multiple calls to Flipkart customer care people, but non of them been attended.
    All my 3 return requests already been cancelled by the seller
    It seems like Flipkart is running with fraud sellers & product.

    I had ordered 2 tabs and the delivery executive came with 2 box and 1 box was empty and he told to handover cash for both otherwise he would return the otherwone too. since the tab was urgently needed for online study we took one and paid money for 2. The issue was reported to the higher lever by the delivery executive itself and we were assured of refund within 13 days but it did not come, again they assured within 20 days now the time passed still we have not received any refund..such a worst customer service support provided

    I ordered a moto one fusion plus mobile at rs 17499 from flipkart on 19 sept 2020 vide invoice no #FAD3002100073328 and order no OD119733927594354000 it was deleivered next day on pincode 110084 in delhi.. Mobile is lagging and software issues are there… So i requested to replace as the received product has software issues and display and volume settings issues. I requested and arise a complaint regarding return or replacement what ever available , under given timeline on flipkart customer service helpline. They gave me two technician visit but no replacement. And problem was not resolved from executive engineer. As a user i can say im not satisfied from my product bcoz of software issues hitting time to time.. Your company is not taking necessary action. So my humble request from your company is that please return or replace my mobile otherwise i will take legal action against you..

    I am Sai charan as I purchased marq ac 1ton delivered on 1 oct OD219816481971310000 as it was installed on 4 oct it happen at night 8 a clk by jeeves a worst mens on the 1st day it’s was worked properly and second days on words it’s it’s not at all working properly the is not cooling we have put the ac 4 to 5 hrs but it’s not working at all we try ed same daily but the isuess is same so we have raised the return request on 8 of Oct and next on 9th oct we have got tech vist and mention that the indoor ac is damaged and the cooling is not happening because gas of gone away by the jeeves the name of the person is saajid Hussain it’s was happen ok on the next day we got refund is cancelled and other said we got message tech visit is cancelled we call to the customer car of great flipkart there said that that we did got any updation on tech vist ok and der we asked them for tech vist again and der said going to send a person from jeeves and same person name and number we got message we have tried him so many time but no response and he switch of the phone (saajid Hussain ) and we again a called to customers call and der raised the escalation on 12 of Oct and the der said the isuess will be resolved again new tech vist person will come as slove the isuess and today on 15 oct we got other message that tech vist has been cancelled and contact to jeeves and we called to jeeves customer care der said that der got the update from jeeves that cooling is not happiness the main thing which he said use he did not mention in your updation this great service we got from you and jeeves we trying to reach you customers care but none them are resolving our isuess we lost our patients and energy going telling the same reason to every call now I want clearly ask you that we cannot put this damage piec at our home unnecessary . We want return it but and wht refund amount otherwise it’s goes very serious and force to go court and process in law way I am entry family lost trust on flipkart so I please request you to refund amount and take away your ac plz plz for god sake contact me at any cost 8106739929 and more thing the customer people going on disconnected the call today also 4 call diconnected by u people this is how der working buy sitting at home we want call from you at any cost today

    Payment window was supposed to be opened by 12:00pm,15 Oct.
    But still I can’t find any Confirm Order Option on my window
    It also shows that no confirmation may lead to order cancellation

    had bought TV on 30 September from flipkart. The TV installation technician came on 06 th October and was not able to do the installation. He even didn’t know how to operate the TV remote. I mentioned in the feedback form about the incomplete installation. However, he gave false information to flipkart about the installation of the TV and told its completed. He told me he will come again and complete it. I waited for 3/4 days and he didn’t come. I then raised a complaint on 11 October about the pending installation as TV was kept in the packet by technician. Thereafter a second technician came on 15 Th October and told that the TV panel is broken. I mentioned this in the feedback form. Please tell me whats my fault in this firstly a unprofessional technician came and did incomplete installation and secondly gave false completion report. You just ask him the written proof of feedback signed by the customer. I have Clearly mentioned. Its flipkart responsibility to replace it. I lost on time because of delay from your side and we crossed 10 th October the replacementdate told my flipakrt. I have been told by flipkart to contact brand for any replacement. I have registered a complaint with consumer complaint forum also. I am in Army serving the nation. This is my hard earned money and I will fight my battle. I am being mentally harassed by your poor response. Please look into the matter and help me my replacing my

    Please let me know the actual terms and conditions of the limit of return on Flipkart ?

    With utter grief I want to inform everyone that flipkart is not a company to be dealt with. They have the most pathetic customer service, unrespectful delivery agents, confysing and complex app that keeps taking you on a roundrobin trip. There is nothing called as executive escalation and you keep getting disgusted the more you talk to the customer service. I ordered a laptop (order#OD119967569590242000). The delivery date wad 19-oct-20. This laptop was purchased with an exchange offer. When the executive reached to deliver the product, he checked the exchange laptop and rejected it stating that the laptop doesnt have Operating system installed in it. We agreed to pay the difference amount to get the new laptop. This guy, initially, who asked us to pay the diference amount, now wanted us to pay the amount plus handover the exchange laptop also. We got suspicious and declined his ask for the exchange laptop. This executive got aggressive and kept pestering us for both (laptop + money). When we kept declining his ask, he left without giving us our product. Its been 3 days I am waiting for my product but no update. The customer service has arranged a call for me from the backend team who are supposed to call me on 22-Oct-20 (not sure why cant they call before the date and solve the issue). My product is also not being delivered and there is no specific reason being given to me eccept that our backend team will call you and look into the issue. I paid Rs. 31,491/- for this product and my EMI is already due for the product I havent received. Please take care abd think not just twice but 10000 times before purchasing anything from flipkart.

    Hi Team

    We have received SAMSUNG GALAXY F41 today and its order number is OD219985670138176000 which costs 16499 INR.

    But the product received seems to be used one and we can feel that the display of the product has changed. We have a feel like seller cheated us with the refurbished product.

    Whole Phone package is not sealed at all like brand new. And also the box seal is not properly sealed. So we came to know it is used phone.

    While we are trying to return this unsatisfied product we are wondering to see there is no return option in FlipKart and only a replacement option is available.

    We had the conversation with the customer support executive and their higher officials but we were convinced to just replace the product with the same seller.

    And we would like you to take a return on this product and we didn’t like to get the replacement from the cheater again.

    If required You can also have our money in the FlipKart wallet for buying any other product but please don’t convince us to replace the same product with the same seller again. Please take this as our request and help us here to take action on this.
