    Hi Team,
    I have booked flight ticket on Nov 17th of Vistara using Flipkart (Booking ID FF20111710441769). Then after 3-4 days, I got the auto generated call of flight cancellation from Vistara, even then I didn’t get any update, any cancellation message from flipkart on this. After communicating with Vistara, It is being confirmed that the amount has already been refunded to Flipkart. Since then I am continuously following up with your team using calls, e-mails, but the response is pathetic. The customer care puts my calls on hold for a long-long time and commits that the issue will be taken care on priority and amount will come in 24 hrs. Today it’s been more than one month, I still did not get my money back. I am completely frustrated with Flipkat and it’s disgusting process. The amount is huge and important for me.
    The payment medium was Credit card and the due date has already been reached. Bank is applying penalty and I don’t know who is going to compensate it?
    I would prefer you to take this on priority and resolve it ASAP. Let me know in case of any details required.

      Flipkart cheats me a lot. I had a different delivery instead of the mobile I ordered. No response to customer service no matter how many times.Flipkart does not place an order. It does a lot of harm to customers.Still one becomes almost month. retwet

      I am also facing the same issue Indigo has refunded the amount to Flipkart in September 2020 ,since then I am behind Flipkart travel desk but they have not refunded my money till date..
      Hopeless customer care services I would never ever recommend anyone to book a flight through Flipkart.

    Dear Sir,
    I am purchase flipkart perfect home TV unit on 30.12.2020, installation team will come on 01.01.2021,
    that times TV unit back side heavy damage technician fixing to go you raised replacement request.
    Many times replacement request raised but still now issue not resolved, technician will come my home every time told replaced you unit. but request rejected. WHY? issue not resolved.
    i am very very mentally depressed. please do the needful

    I’ve followed up a lot of Calls & email but still there is no resolution getting from Flipkart Travel. Also I don’t know Is there any senior or high authority involving or not because this is a very shameless process as I saw.

    Always Flipkart Travel team came with excuses & apologies but there is no resolution, even they given commitment that also not followed (call back). It’s been 2 month over with same process.

    I don’t know, Is the below Flipkart Travel team members only role to write email or create incidents or they really doing the process on proprare way. Past 2 month I’ve communicated with below members & incident.

    @Harwinder Singh @Virendar Sharma @Anuj Thakur @Serline @Chirag @Kamal etc..

    I’m really fading away with Flipkart Travel service & process. I feel your backend team has Irresponsibility & 3rd class service . As multiple times raised the incident for resolution but not even single time connected with me or any king of mail.

    I have ordered Vivo V20 pro mobile on 2nd December. I received mobile on 7th but wrong product (Realme mobile) then I have raised complaint on same day. Then the return process was stated. Around 16th a pick up person came to pic wrongly delivered product but he refused to pic that because it was Realme mobile. Actually that pick up person don’t aware(Flipkart didn’t share information about wrong product) of reason for returning the mobile.

    Then Flipkart agent has closed that issue and reopened on 18th December. They have given last day for pick up is 26th. On 26th I found that also canceled automatically.

    Again i contacted Flipkart on this issue then flipkart made refund request on 27th but still the pickup is not happen because the pickup person don’t have information that i received Realme C12 mobile. Please inform this to whishmaster.

    I have not sealed(Opened) Realme product box. I have shared IMEI number for that mobile to Flipkart then they approved return process.

    Very bad experience I am facing from flipkart. They are not able to give proper information to Pickup team.

    As per order Its Pre assembled chair, but received without assembled. Even its showing as assembled chair in tracking ID
    Call center executives are denying it. Trying to contact2 hours no proper response from Sr Executive Mr Nagendra ……..almost on call for 1hrs. This is careless attitude of call centre executives and managers.

    Send the person for Installation./ Assembly of the chair

    I have ordered OD12065986951485000 Boat airdrops 402. I have received a used & old product. There was no seal on the box. It seems the reused product has been delivered. The package was not properly. The seller has denied refunding my money. I have tried to contact Flipkart so many times. They have asked me to wait three days. Very bad experience I am facing from Flipkart. They are not able to give proper information to the Pickup team & resolution. So my fault is only that I have ordered on Flipkart.

    Thanks for your very cheap service. You have harassed me for 7 months. This is not just a mistake or blunder, this is a very big scam which is doing by your seller with the help of Flipkart. And main thing is that this scam is continuing till now as your seller is selling hundreds of expired star rating products to customers by saying fresh products in full amount. I will also raise this scam in media and BEE(Govt. Of India).

    I waited for seven months to resolve this issue by doing hundreds of call and thousands of mails. Now its your turn to face same thing as fraud is done by you. I have never used this product properly but I paid Rs. 24999 for product, Rs. 1600 for installation, Rs. 2500 for electrical wiring, Rs. 1500 for masonry & painting works, Rs. 2500 for Voltage stabilizer & Rs. 750 for AC stand.

    Regarding the captioned subject I had contacted Flipkart moreover 5times, after several conversations Flipkart customer support taken my problem on hand and promised me to resolve the same.

    As per my order history I was promised delivery by 19th December 2020,

    BUT VERY SORRY,
    TILL DATE I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF THE SSID ORDER.
    AFTER PAYING THE FULL PAYMENT AGAINST THE ORDER IN ADVANCE, SUFFERING SUCH HARASSMENT IS UNBEARABLE.

    I REQUEST YOU TO EITHER DELIVER THE ORDER OR ARRANGE REFUND.

    I placed an order of Redmi Note 8 on 23rd of July and the order was delivered to me on 31st of July, 2020. After few months I found out that the product was faulty and had serious battery issues (Auto power off and freezing of the charge after 80℅) Also when I visited the Service Centre they said the product was already bought by a customer in Maharashtra on 14th of February (I am from Assam) and was replaced because of the same issue. The Flipkart team changed IME no. and sold the faulty product to me. But somehow the box had the seal intact. (I don’t know if MI did the fraud or Flipkart) So I requested for a return on 15th of December, 2020. I have called the customer service for more than hundred times now, the employees have a terrible way of dealing with the customers, sometimes they don’t receive calls, some put the call on hold for almost an hour, some are extremely rude. In short they do nothing to solve the issue. My request has been rejected for more than 3 times now and I have to go through the same procedure again and again which takes a lot of time. It’s almost a month now. I called the MI Customer Service and they told that the product warranty has been expired as the Company sold the product in the month of February and the warranty on the battery is already over. (The warranty period is 6 months.)
    So it is clear that Flipkart sold the detective product to it’s customer and now isn’t taking responsibility for their actions. MI Service Centre said that they aren’t aware of the replacement of the product (that was sold by them in Feb) which means that Flipkart forged the MI seal illegally and sold it. Now they are just making us wait, they don’t forward their call to their higher authority and do absolutely nothing to solve this issue.
    Flipkart is a terrible place to shop for.
    Third grade service and policies. Nothing in interest of the customers cover their policies. Even the Grievance office doesn’t respond. I have thought of handling this matter legally. I shall seek legal help.

    Flipcard customer service📞 7OO4972O38..cancel my confirmed payment (13999) order of redmi note7 without call me before a day to delivered. And tell the reason “wrong adress” while Flipcart has record of products deliverd on same adress many times. This is a clear case of Flipcart fraud. When I complaint for the refund or product delivered, they suspended my Flipcart account. So beware of the Flipcart fraud.

    I had received the partial refund amount of Rs 2507. But I asked for full refund.
    I’ve been cheated by flipkart customer care. I’ve been given the fraudulent no. when I asked for Go Air help line no. by flipkart customer support associate over the phone call. Please listen the full voice recording of the the filpkart customer support associate over this incident id – IN2011221332322188909.
    After that I called that scammer no. +91 98834 86578 and I shared the PNR no with them. Because of this reason I had to cancel my flight ticket.
    As a token of apology I asked flipkart to refund the full amount.
    I called customer support many times but they are not able to resolve this. Not even I’m getting any call or mail from backend team.
    Two folks whom I connected with multiple times and these people are giving me fake promises every time.

    I booked my flight ticket for SURAT to KOLKATA on spice jet through Flipkart travel. But unfortunately the flight was cancelled and my tickets were cancelled by airlines and full refund has already been given to flipkart travel. I requested to cancel my ticket on Flipkart travel on 24th Dec but still now it is showing cancellation pending. I have called customer care so many times but every time I am assured that you Will be given a resolution with in 24 to 48 hours. But
    Its almost 20 days and i am not getting any response .

    One months back bought a Room heater. Within 10 days it is not working. Trying so many times to call customer care, sent a mail, and also try to connect your grievance no but not get any response. We are facing very troubling without this product. After season lapes what will be use of room heater. Kindly cancel my product and refund my amount.

    I have ordered Morphy Richards Daisy 1000W Dry Iron (white) through spending 1rs + 898 super coins. but flipkart unable to deliver this order, and flipkart cancelled this order, this is 3rd time when flipkart do this, this tends to waste my lot of time and management. i request to deliver my order with panalty as it was promised by flipkart. there is no customer support i got, they always try to make fool to the customers. one time customer support kept my phone on hold which is ridiculous experience through flipkart customer care support.
    here i am attaching older order detail also.

    this order also was cancelled by flipkart, i used my phonepe coupon worth rs 500 for purchase, but flipkart cancelled my order and also consume (dissolve) my 500rs coupon, i need that 500rs as panalty of this.

    this order also cancelled by flipkart, I purchased this in offer time, flipkart cancelled this and tolled me to purchase it again where as price for the same product was become higher than offer time, i need panalty for rupees 50 for this (which is the approx amount of difference in price)

    I ordered from flipkart and they promise date 12 january u will get product but now they said 14 january again they said 18 january. It’s a horrible and pathetic service provide by flipkart. Customer care executive telling me different different things whenever I call.

    Hi Team,
    I ordered On & On Hair Oil (Quantity-2) and in place of Oil i received Face Cream (Quantity-2). On same day i placed return request of order OD120560073863526000. Flipkart executive came and took the product from my home and eventually he updated that he received only 1 quantity of product but he took 2 quantity of same product. When i received same message on my phone i straight away called Flipkart customer and they asked me to wait for atleast 24 Hours for status update but the situation was same. Since then i am keep on following up with support team but i am getting no response from them.
    This kind of service they are providing.
    At first they delivered wrong product and when i put return request they entered only one quantity in their system.

    filled with wasste and worst guys who doesnot know how to close tickets.

    since 4 months iam facing with my refund.
