Pepperfry should change their tagline “Happy furniture to you” because there is no happiness in buying products from Pepperfry. My wife ordered a shoe rack on 13thAugust which was supposed to be delivered on 8th September however the delivery was delayed.Nobody contacted us to justify the delay..moreover when my wife tried to reach out to customer care,they were of no help.. it’s only chat system that Pepperfry has.. the customer care number doesn’t work. Anyways after all the chasing/chatting the product was delivered on 12th but it was damaged in transit. The delivery guy called some case manager who spoke with my wife and said it will take another 20 days for the replacement. My wife was really upset and asked to speak to someone who could expedite the process but he refused. However the delivery guy said that he will raise a request for repairs/carpenter and it will be sorted in 2 days. Today is 14th,since morning we have been trying to reach the carpenter Abid Khan on his mobile number 7404445364( which we received through email)however no response received.. we are really disappointed with the pathetic service from Pepperfry.Our first experience turned to worst.

Very bad service. I got defective product delivered and pepperfry is least bothered to provide any service.
Link provided for Grievance registration is also not working. Very bad experience with Pepperfry.
I am wondering if Pepperfry management is aware about such customer problems or they are least bothered to intervene.

ordered 2 PC chairs
delivered only 1 PC(that too late delivery),other one missing
Almost a month passed, didn’t receive the other one.

Their reply is we are talking to the merchant , once we get an update ,we will get back to you.
You take money in advance , delay the delivery, dont ship the complete order (one piece missing), the one delivered turns out to be damaged. and you don’t have an easy customer service support(one way communication), Ultimately for all the inconvenience, “we are sorry to hear that, I will get back to you”
but the good thing after you put a fresh email and chat, they call you at their own sweet time to tell you the same thing again and again that we will get back to you.

Pepperfry cannot be trusted. i received calls confirming to accept defective piece for discount of 5099. it has more than a month and not yet received, bor are they responding.
