This is with regards to non delivery of a product ordered online at Pepper Fry.com I had ordered the product on 29th September 2013 and it was supposed to be delivered by 17th October 2013. The payment has already been made on the same day of the order. However, Till date, there is no intimation on when the delivery is going to be done despite repeated requests from my end. They just keep asking for 48 hrs time every time i ask them for the status of the delivery. This delay has caused lot of unnecessary tensions and disturbance. I wish to sue them for the trouble caused. Kindly guide regarding the same.
I ordered for soup bowls from pepperfry online shopping which charged me 650 rs but the printed MRP is 499. Please look into the matter as they are fooling the online customers.
I ordered for a Study table and a Chair on 11 October 2018 at PepperFry.com vide order number 304637321, though Study Table was delivered by 01 November 2018, but the Chair hasn’t been delivered till the latest date provided i.e. 09th November 2018.
On calling PepperFry.com customer care has assured delivery by 13 October 2018, i.e. after a month of it’s order. Though overall service is good, but PepperFry should try to deliver on time.
Sir, I have pre-paid for Yung 4 Seater Dining set in Mintwud(O.No:304746433) in the hope to present for a function on 23rd Nov 18. A defective old stock, luring in to “DIWALI”discount had been delivered to me with a longitudinal crack which cannot be Lapjointed on Table top. Evenafter many communications, it is not replaced wth a good one and now giving an option either to return or take Rs 1500 & broken set.Table top size is 700x1100x12mm and on one longside crack upto 700mm length which this top is to be replaced. Rubber wood costs USD 470/m3 in malaysia and INR 480/cft in India.Planing, assembly and polishing charge extra. Then why 1500 peanuts+ broken tabletop for me? After all these failed pupose period for a return you must pay me storage & occupancy Charges also if I go for this Choice. Hence this appears to be cheating, framed,luring a person with false offers and fraudulantly delivering the product with wrong intention which can cost & risk you if not resolved urgently. hope to close by Tuesdaythe 27th Nov 2018. As most of the items in your site like mattress, chair etc are available without GST no. So i am not be able to spend the amount 35854 . Soni request you to transfer the amount to my orignal payment mode.
