Pepperfry should change their tagline “Happy furniture to you” because there is no happiness in buying products from Pepperfry. My wife ordered a shoe rack on 13thAugust which was supposed to be delivered on 8th September however the delivery was delayed.Nobody contacted us to justify the delay..moreover when my wife tried to reach out to customer care,they were of no help.. it’s only chat system that Pepperfry has.. the customer care number doesn’t work. Anyways after all the chasing/chatting the product was delivered on 12th but it was damaged in transit. The delivery guy called some case manager who spoke with my wife and said it will take another 20 days for the replacement. My wife was really upset and asked to speak to someone who could expedite the process but he refused. However the delivery guy said that he will raise a request for repairs/carpenter and it will be sorted in 2 days. Today is 14th,since morning we have been trying to reach the carpenter Abid Khan on his mobile number 7404445364( which we received through email)however no response received.. we are really disappointed with the pathetic service from Pepperfry.Our first experience turned to worst.
