I was ordered chappals/ slippers same delivered. But the size no 9 is very tight and size no 10 is more length hence I was order to return the chappals same as accepted and send me message to collect the with in two working days. No yet collect chappals .

I have returned one shirt with suborder I’d 52009338050. The same has been pickup by ekart employee but neither he given acknowledgement of receiving nor the item updated as received and still my payment not refund by snap deal. Still the order is showing as pending for pick up. Please look & take corrective action for refund of money.
I ordered for 3 litre stainless steel cooker but I received 3 litre aluminium cooker on 30-03-2022. I requested for replacement of the item on 30-03-2022. But till now pickup of returnable goods has not been done.
I repeatedly chatting with snapdeal on WhatsApp,but till now no result.
I had ordered two Aadi Black and Gray slides from snapdeal. Received only one Slides that too mismatched and small size slides and second one was missing after long follow up, the mismatched slides were returned and refund was received but the missing slides trying to follow up but there is no response from customer care. Dear Sir/Madam, we would like to draw your kind attention towards this fact that we have ordered one item namely (Scarlett Hot Water Kettle 2 Liters 1500 Watts Stainless Steel Electric Kettle) an amount of Rs 700/= from snapdeal
but the product was broken and we requested to sanpdeal that we want refund my amount through bank but they didn’t refund till date. i checked my bank account many times also . the product ordered number is 50408477964 and E Way bill no . is 55426788636. please look into this matter as priority basis.
