Grievance Officer at JIO Mobile

Redressal of Grievance: 

If you have any complaints or concerns with regards to content or to report any abuse of applicable laws, breach of Terms of this Application, or any content of this Application is in violation of your rights or the services through the Application is in violation of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (Rules.), then you may immediately contact the Grievance Officer in the following manner,

  • Sending a request in writing or through email signed with electronic signature identifying the content alleged to be in infringement of your rights as the rightful owner or affecting you prejudicially;
  • Providing your contact information including email, address, and telephone number where you can be contacted if required.
  • Giving a declaration cum undertaking along with necessary documents establishing you (i) as the rightful owner of the content to be disabled/ affecting you prejudicially, (ii) as an affected person, stating that the information submitted is true, complete & accurate and no material fact has been hidden and also stating that Reliance, its Affiliates, Directors, employees, including Grievance Officer shall not be liable for any loss or damage or claim for relying on such requests.

    Respected Sir. I would like to bring to your kind notice, Jio Fiber after sales service are horrible, but when a new customer wanted to install new connection, they take active interest & do it in a fast manner. But on the other side when ever after installation , they ignore their customers at large, especially Mr. Jitendra & Mr. Prashant of east Delhi are the most unruly & Ill mannered .i request you to kindly resolve my Jio Fiber complaint at your earliest, as for the past two days our Jio Fiber connection is not working .

      AWFUL SERVICES FROM JIO… PLAYING WITH CUSTOMER’S MONEY. NO COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF DAYS IN SERVICES…

      Really Agree with the poor service. The jio people have collected the deposit money and arranged a connection. After 3 months again they are demanding deposit money again and say the old connection needs to be disconnected and a new connection to be taken. When I tried through their email, regarding the procedure for disconnection and refund of the amount, they send a system generated email, look into the same in their jio app chat box. But nothing is there to guide Disconnection.No response from email/telecall/jio application.
      All the jio clients be careful, you may not get refund amount when you disconnect the services in your life time. Horrible experience.

      Aur Le Lo free ki SIM free ka data aur calling. JIO is the biggest scam. Harshad Mehta se bhi bada. In our city for reissuing SIM join Stores are charging 200 rs.

    SUB: POOR NETWORK OF JIO NETWORK IN BISRAKHPUR, GHAZIABAD(UP)
    Sir,
    Its the matter of grave concern and would like to bring to your kind notice that Jio network services in Bisrakhpur , Ghaziabad are horrible, but when a new customer wanted to install new connection, they take active interest & do it in a fast manner. But on the other side when ever after installation , they ignore their customers at large, especially i request you to kindly resolve my Jio NETWORK complaint at your earliest, as for the past few weeks as our Jio data and signal connection is not working properly violating the TRAI GUIDELINES.

      Same as the above. Installation is done within 3-4 hrs
      . But after service is very pathetic
      I will surely not recommend JIO service to my friends. They just ignore the customers.
      During this pandemic all are working from home and internet is mainly required to complete our work. They take 2-3 days or even more to attend to our complaints
      Pathetic After Sales Support.

    Dear Provider,

    I have JIO number 9540170007 in the name of Mohd Kamil, yesterday i was plan to change my physical sim into Esim but unfortunately JIO service Cente deny to convert Esim.

    The reason for not convert my Physical Sim to Esim because of wrong DOB mentioned in your records.

    My original DOB is 17/10/1988 which is mentioned on Passport, Pan-card, Driving Licence, Adhar Card, School Certificate Etc.

    Moreover in your records my DOB is 01-01-1989 instead of correct one 17-10-1988, its wrongly mentioned by JIO executive in your records.
    I would request you to kindly change my DOB in your records, supporting documents is attached for your reference.

    Hi,

    I m Rani one of your customer mobile no:8328433646,
    In the month of november my kid change netflix mobile plan to standard plan it was just one day very next i realized and changed my plan to mobile version

    I don’t know again it was changed for that my bill amount is 920/-which supposed to be 399/- i want the waiver im not going to pay the bill until its corrected also i was charged extra last month,

    I want everything to be corrected

      Dear Concern,

      Please note that I have a JIO Prepaid sim, Mobile NO: 9732450001.
      On 30th Oct 2020 I recharged my with an amount of 599/- via PHONEPE App, amount was debited from my IDBI BANK ACCOUNT NO: 0182104000084279 but recharged was not done
      I followed with phone pe & IDBI Bank and it was confirmed that the amount has been transferred to the beneficiary account i e JIO Account
      Please find the reply from IDBI BANK in trail mail for your kind information and either extend my recharge validity or refund my amount

    JIO services and customer support is really thick skinned. No doubt they have the blessings from above (TRAI).

    Over 45 days, repeated reminders to recharge despite recharges. JIO Appellate authority is for name sake ;TRAI’s tactics to divert public attention.

    Guys, best to switch, even though it means non service. Got to kill this Monopoly and God-fathered entity.

    Dear Concern,

    Please note that I have a JIO Prepaid sim, Mobile NO: 9732450001.

    I made payment always from when become a postpaid customer, but in Dec I got
    a bill of rs25 After all settlement. I paid rs100 but on 29Dec my all services was
    barred. When i talked to customer care they said your bill is over due, how it is
    possible, after that i raise a complaint that SR000013J7CG it was closed wighout
    talking to me and said we are trying to reach you therefore uour complain is
    closed. I again raise a complaint ghat is SR000013MTBH in ghis time also same
    thing happened they said your complaint is closed due your call is not connected.
    I got a calls from everywhere and keep following my complaint then and you guys
    are telljng me that number not reachable. And i frusted to talked with customer
    care new customer care and i have to tell again n again. I m totally frustrated.
    And your some customer care executive and supervisor they all are lier, they all
    are fool always disconnect my call in between.

    Dear team jio,

    I got a message from your end that my services has been barred due to non payment of previous operator at 10:17 today for the very first time and from very next minute my services was barred

    Can i please ask you guys why i was not informed earlier ..?

    And on calling your so called customer care i was informed that my no. Will reactivated within 3 days after i have done my payment are you guys doing business or just playing some marketing tactics and let your customer suffer with your frustrating services..?

    I was informed that no senior person can speak to me as all are busy right now and nor i can a get a call back as their is no such facility in JIO..

    Can you please get my no. Reactivated on immediate basis.

    It is to inform you that we had a very pathetic and unprofessional response from your team as under for new connections :-

    (a) Mr Manmohan – 8178996400 / 9971456256 – He is the person who visited our office at Okhla Phase 2, Delhi-110020 on 06 Jan 2021. He convinced us stating that Jio will provide better services than any other service provider. Explained all postpaid and prepaid corporate plans. Based on his verbal commitments we asked him to process the connections of 10 Jio Calling + Data Corporate Prepaid Numbers. He further referred us to Mr Prashant Tyagi.

    (b) Mr Prashant Tyagi – 7077703784 – On 07 Jan 2021, we forward the documents to Prashant Tyagi for processing the said 10 Jio Corporate Prepaid Calling + Data Numbers. No reply was received until 11 Jan 2021 afternoon when I personally called both Manmohan & Prashant Tyagi to take the update of the subject connections. It was replied verbally that we have not submitted the complete documents to Mr Prashant Tyagi because of which it is held up.

    I asked Mr Prashant Tyagi to forward this in the email to me that Jio needs so and so documents for processing the connections. Again on 11 Jan 2021, we submitted them another set of documents.

    Again till 13 Jan 2021, I have not received any response from neither Mr Prashant Tyagi nor Mr Manmohan. When I called them personally they said that due to no address proof it is held up. Again I asked them to forward this in the email which still they have not forwarded to me.

    Again on 13 Jan 2021 I forwarded them the copy of Rent Agreement & MOA. On which they stated that MAO’s last page is not legible. I told them it is legible & the printout at my office is good enough to read.

    On 14 Jan 2021, I asked them to send their office boy or I shall send my office boy to Jio Office for submitting the print out of MOA. Jio representative named Mr Punia (Mobile – 8178996529) visited our office today at around 12:30 PM & collected the legible copy of MOA.

    (c) Mr Mohit – 8178998542 – Mr Prashant Tyagi referred us to Mr Mohit who was looking after the documentation part along with Mr Prashant Tyagi since 11 Jan 2021. On 14 Jan 2021, Mr Mohit replied that Rent Agreement duly e-stamped & registered with registrar is not a valid document. Hence, your request for connections may be rejected by Jio / TRAI’s concerned authority.

    (d) Mr Siddharth – 8178017810 / 9312211091 – Mr Siddharth instructed his team i.e. Mr Prashant Tyagi / Mr Mohit to resolve the issues but it has been failed to do so by them.

    HERE I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT NEITHER OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REPRESENTATIVES OF JIO REPLIED / RESPOND IN TIME TO US NOR THEY WERE PERFORMING THEIR JOB WITH CUSTOMER ORIENTED ATTITUDE.

    PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS AT YOUR END.

    Dear Jio Team,

    Thank you for excellent services. I am not expect for great services. I did not know that jio can also do cheating. but i understand today Jio has also left the boys in the market to do cheating. I had an executive and asked me for a new connection. he asked for 2500 Rs. for new connection and i paid money for new connection on 15th January. he told me, sir setup box and connection will activate in 3 days. for last 7 days i am waiting for new connection. still anyone not come. the person name is kishore. i am calling him he is not taking my call. i went to the Jio store vaishali nagar Jaipur. But i could not find any positive response. i am become very irritated. i am sending you advance payment reciept. i want urgent solution otherwise i will do it further. if you not able to provide Jio fiber please refund my money with interest.

    I am a consumer of Jio (router) number 9625566836. For the past 20 days Internet service has been very poor. Due to this my son is not able to attend online classes(JEE).

    I have complained about the issue multiple times at jio customer care. But the issue still prevails.

    It is therefore requested to take a necessary action against the issue at the earliest so that my son does not suffer from academic loss.

    Had the same experience. Customer service reps are frustrated as JIO seems to not pay them at all and in return they are harassing customer to make sure we done use JIO at all. Customer service rep will realize you that you are an idiot to use the JIo services and use something else.

    Hello Team,
    I have port out of my idea sim (77740XXXXX) into Jio network .

    but I’m unable to make & receive calls from this number from port in date (11th Feb 2021)to till date,

    i tried itself below steps but still have same issue .

    Steps
    1. Tried with resetting network setting.
    2. Tried different sim of Vodafone in this mobile its working , Only Jio Sim not working .
    3. Tried Factory Reset of this mobile .
    4. Tried this sim in different mobile,its working .

    and when i called to Jio customer care they are saying me to replace your handset ,
    we are not supporting to any 2G,3G,4G handset , we are supporting only to LTE handset.
    even my mobile having LTE support, For your reference find the link (https://mobile.panasonic.com/in/smartphones/p91).

    but still they are not able to resolve this issue and saying me to purchase new handset and due to my financial problem i can not purchase new mobile ,
    and hence due to this i want to revoke my PORT in request that i can continue with existing idea company .
    but they are saying now you should wait till 90 days without any service of calls/text message.
    but how it’s possible to wait till 90 days without any calls/text and my financial not well to purchase new handset so how to resolved this issue .

    now they are saying me to visit near Jio Store but near me there is no any Jio Store ,i.e. Location name Moshi,Dudulgaon,DehuFata,Aalandi, Markal Road,Chrholi Fata, Chovisawadi,Dighi,Chrholi Budruk etc. i can not travel more than 5 Km , they has to resolved my issue or revoke my this PORT request .
    or they has to be send Jio Executive on my place or if more than 5 km they has to pay TA for me .

    Kindly Help to resolved this issue .
