    I had a very bad experience dealing with paytm from last 20 days I was constantly in touch with paytm to add my account and it was added with great struggle by the customer and now from last 7 days I am requesting to unhold my payment of business account no 9990970104 to my axis bank of last digit xxxxxxxxxx86 but paytm executives are just harassing the customers by saying that we have tried to contact you but you have not picked up the call so your request has been cancelled please give request again and same happened to me again. Why I am not able to get my payment settlement in my account and who has given them power to cancel request without the customer consent. It is the time when everyone is in already trouble due to covid network issue is everywhere so they have not contacted me through the WhatsApp or email to unhold my account.

    I want an immediate action and want my poayment to be settled in my account immediately.

    Please take immediate step and Improve your procedures instead of harassing the customers.

      Payment not settel from last 3 days.same has been discussed with customer executive but not get proper answer.and executive disconnected call without information.please help.

    Paytm Team,

    My name is sunil seetaram Yadav. I am too tired to mail every day in twice..but still I am not getting solution.. very worst sevice in newer ever see in my life..I don’t have to word to say anything about this bullshit.a very small thing you not able to resolved. how can I accept from you.give me good service in future. It’s a very annoying and discasting service provide by Paytm..I newer accept from Paytm like big service provider company.if you want to help me out this situation..so please call me this mobile no 8169073241.. I want explain my problem. I wanted to update my new mobile in old already registered with full KYC Paytm account so that I humbly requested in almost 20 times throw mail and Paytm 24×7
    But unfortunately..no reply from Paytm team..it’s a very annoying service..I am totally firstred.. some time I am very angry..but this is my Last mail to you.. and I pray to my God one day you will be able resolve my problem. And I wating for those day.

    I have complaint with one order which was placed on 26 July 2020. Order ID is 11397794593 . I got wrong product and I complain about it :30 July 2020. In response I was told that this product is not returnable but I want to say a that when I got wrong product then why i y so why cannot be returned it or replace please do needful about it.

    I have received a damaged product on the order ID-11341095751 after a delay of 11 days and I have returned/self shipped the product on 29.07.2020 as per paytm mail instruction and the seller also received the product on 31.07.2020 as it was send. But till date I have not received any confirmation from regarding my refund. I have contacted the useless customer care service so many but every time they are telling it will be updated after 72 hrs. It’s almost 14 days but no response from paytm. My first and worse experience with paytm mall shopping. Don’t do any shopping through paytm mall.

    ONE OF THE MOST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER,MEAN N CHEAP FRAUDULENT COMPANY IS NOIDA BASED PAYTM WHOSE NUMBER ON WEBSITE IS ITSELF FRAUD,NON-FUNCTIONAL,CARE@PAYTM EMAIL ID GOOD FOOR NOTHING.THEY DEDUCTED 2500 DURING COBVID-19 PERIOD WHEREAS STATUS OF TICKET WAS SAME NOT CANCELLED EITHER BY PASSENGERS NOR FROM AIRLINES SO THIS THIEF COMPANY DEDUCTS FROM WALLETS.ONE OF THE MOST FRAUDEST,CHEAPEST,MEANEST COMPANY N SO ARE THE NON CARING,UNCUSTOMER FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES-A FRAUD COMPANY BY FRAUD FOUNDER N FRAUD EMPLOYEES.

    Hi Paytm,

    I am reporting a with utmost frustration and Stress that has been caused to me and my parents with related to order no 11595302378.

    I ordered a pair of Puma shoes with UK size 7 which got delivered but the pair of shoes that arrived are smaller in size as compared to a regular UK 7. The shoes were ordered for my mother who has a severe pain issues in her toes and hence were ready to spent INR 4000 even though those were expensive.

    Given that size is small my mother cannot wear them and I have been told that shoes are covered under no return and exchange policy.

    I am not asking to return it but atleast exchange it for a bigger size. Both my mom and dad are old and retired and they don’t have money to spend on such expensive shoes a second time.

    My parents haven’t been able to sleep thinking this money has gone to waste. What kind of customer service is that? If we order online and right product does not get delivered who is there to take the responsibility?

    I contacted Puma directly and they alphabetical also raised their hand saying I shall go to Paytm and paytm customer service has been responding with same response over and over that it cannot be returned. Where is the empathy and customer service? hmWhom should I go to? Consumer court?

    I need to know what is the resolution since that shoes is too small it feels like we have wasted money which we can’t afford.

    I need to atleast get it exchanged and I am ready to bear the cost of shopping back.

    Hi PayTM
    I have a SERIOUS CONCERN regarding your commitment to people’s DATA PRIVACY. I did a transaction from my credit card through PayTM with an utility. The transaction did not happen for whatever reason.
    The money was debited from my credit card. You have stated that you have done the refund. In reality the refund has not been credited back to me.

    Now when I asked for the refund, your organization wants me to share MY BANK STATEMENT from that point on. Wow! So you want to get to know what I do in my life. Explain to me why you are getting into my financial statements.
    You need to work with the bank/ credit card company/ or show me proof that you have made the payment to me.

    This is absolutely unethical invasion of people’s financial data. It’s SHOCKING PayTM can even think like this.

    Please share your policy regarding the same ASAP.

    19999 have been debited from my account on 27 Aug 2020 through PAYTM gateway even though i have not done any transaction.

    Despite several emails you are replying that the amount has been deducted .But as per the mail, your team replied that the fraudster account was blocked for further transactions and no transactions will be allowed there on,
    now you are saying several transactions has been initiated. I didn’t get this, if his account was blocked then how this was even possible. Due to your heedlessness why do I have to suffer this like this for my money.

    This was the matter of great concern but your team has taken it lightly which have resulted in such repercussions, now who will bear this loss.
    In several mails I told you to provide me details of his bank account linked to his paytm number or Aadhar details but you haven’t reverted any such information to me. You may be aware of the RBI guidelines towards such fraud attempts but you are not complying with RBI also.

    It’s very hard to believe that being such a big organization you are not supporting me and following the RBI guidelines.

    I again request you to relook into the matter and revert the money fraudly deducted from my account back to me or provide me any KYC details linked to his paytm number.

    Hi

    I transferred money is using Paytm app. I was shown as successful transaction in the application but the money did not get transferred.

    I have raised a ticket in 3rd November but for the last three days the problem is not resolved. Query number is 175445461. The 24 hour customer care is also useless. A general conclusion is that transfering money using Paytm is not safe and redressal of complaints is very poor and non-professional.

    Hi Team,

    I am taking follow up for my complain from last 7 days but did not get any update from your end. Complaint Id: 176783877.

    I have booked 2 tickets from Ahmedabad to Indore for 21st Nov and paid amount of Rs 1470.

    When I reached at the location I was told that bus was cancelled and there will no their buses available at that time. And hence I was not able to travel and my amount was also not getting refunded.

    Can you please help me with the refund or else needs to go to consumer forum for the same..

    As I was waiting for the amount from last 7 days and did not receive any update from Paytm as well.. Multiple follow ups has been taken for the same..

    I will wait for 24 hours from here on else will go to consumer forum stating the fraud and the mental asylum which I am getting due to this..

    Very Bad Experience with paytm mall..I ordered two items from Paytm mall but i received only one item. Even No body helps me .. No body is listen my complaint.even Many times i had send queries in 24*7 but No body Replies me..very worst service.also helpline numbers are not working Call is not connecting every time with Their executives. any body from paytm then please help my contact number is 9872548283

    Hi Paytm,

    It’s been 4 days since I tried reaching you regarding my Transaction issue.
    I had transfer Money and it got deducted from my account and Receiver didn’t received yet.
    I’ve logged complaint on 24*7. But no one has responded me back.

    Kindly let me know if you guys can resolve the issue. It seems like you are having very poor services and we should transact with Paytm anymore. Because you don’t provide any customer service and you don’t have any offline office. So we can’t reach you anyway if anything wrong happens.

    Requesting you again to look into this matter.

    I have raised my issue on paytm 24×7 help tab. Raise tickets on paytm App. But no reply and no response from Paytm. My problem is very simple. Please refer order No. 12420976669 dt. 20.12.2020. Request for return the product on 23.12.2020 as per return policy. Today 18 days have been passed. There is no arrangement made by Paytm. I have email to care@paytm.com but this ID is blocked by Paytm. Call so many times over help numbers but not contacted representative. Only replied once on App on Ticket No. 179107415 on dated 06.12.2020. But after that also my product is not pickup by courier resulting in delay of refund. More than 18 days passed but only pickup arrangement not done by Paytm.
