One of the Shit services paytm provide to customer added 5300 in wallet. After marriage my Pan card is not updated so they are not ready to refund my 5300 or else not ready add that 5300 in my wallet
Booked tickets through paytm in March 2020 for travel in April 2020. Due to pandemic flights were cancelled and airlines has refunded the amount to paytm in June 2020 but paytm has not refuned the amount even after several reminders through call and email. I have raised a query with Paytm 24×7 helpline. Ticket – 185237995.
With UPI reference# 106467946546, the transaction status is showing as “Payment Pending” since 6 days.
The amount is neither credited to the recipient nor reversed.
I have raised multiple queries, written to customer care and feedback team. Unfortunately there is no resolution so far.
When I dial Customer care number it says- “the transaction is unsuccessful and the amount will be credited in 2 days, if not credited speak to the agent by pressing 9”. When I press 9 the IVR throws me out to the previous menu, which creates the deadlock and hence unable to talk to the customer care agent.
This is my request with you to process my transaction – either credit the amount to the receiver or to me, do not keep it hung as “Payment Pending”.
