I have placed the order dated 22 june at 8:06pm order no 2043238208 from Khatani dhaba chandigarh. Your delivery boy go wrong address & call me come this address to pick it up. I call him and tell him my address is 1632 sec 23b chd but he is in another address. I also chat you zomato but the delivery boy cancel my order. What the hell is this I want my money return now otherwise m take a legal action against you. Because it’s not my fault your delivery boy fraud me. I want my money return as soon as possible.

I ordered from Baker lounge. Then the Baker lounge said that the cake is not available and he can’t cancel the order because his server is not working, your Zomato person called me and said to cancel the order. I tried to reach you so many times but you people didn’t give me damn. And your chat support executive told me that they refund my money from their end. But till now I didn’t receive my money back. You people makes me fool all the time. None of you provide me the solution.So you have to refund my money back otherwise I complaint against to the consumer court and sue you all.

I got a peice if soap in my food and after that zomato told me that they will credit my amount in to zomato wallet, but already 2 days passed and i have not received my refund.
Worst experience with you guys.

I have ordered from Zomato and gets incorrect order, they assure me that you will get credit in your account but after waiting 10 day they just blocked my account instead of giving me credit.They just answering like computer written answer. they are not understanding what customer wants to talk, even though they are not reading what customer has written in complaint form.

I have ordered 500 ML Ghee through PAYTM (Order Ref No: 8312502109, Dtd: 22-5-19), assuming that the ghee is of Mother Dairy brand as displayed in App. The item was delivered by Zomato. But actually it was of local make, unbranded and from local shop. This is clear violation of fair trade practice. Request you to please intervene in the matter and resolve the issue of supplying substandard food items.

Order ids 1547017799 & 1172912678 i placed order two times, paid in advance, person did not put good effort to deliver it, did not contact, cancelled the order, charged me full amount and went back with food.
I am sure if it was not paid in advance they would try to deliver it but since they did not have to wait for payment, they just scammed me.

Have provided screen shots and proofs of zomato fraud by customer care, diver eating food, restaurant claiming it’s been a regular fraud with Zomato
Food was eaten by driver and bill was charged to me claiming my phone was not reachable when I was constantly chatting with customer care …. Where they agreed driver is not reachable, all phone records were provided restaurant in fact told me that Zomato drivers Eat n charge customers because of the company’s unfriendly policies.
It’s been over a month even after all proofs were provided I haven’t got refund. I need refund of my 300 rs … For this I will go any lengths as I cannot allow an open fraud
I had given the order for my location whoch I usially do. But this time I had a very bitter experiance with you. The rider denied to deliver food service at my location stating that I had given a different location.

I’m disappointed with the service rendered on my order no. #1611636386 by delivery boy and customer service team.
I’ve placed an order with an amount of 157/-. Which was complete paid before order delivery. Now that, the delivery was declined & was confirming non-refundable.
Which is un ethical. I’ve given complete address to reach out to my office address. Which is very much accessible to even a layman.
The delivery boy. As not yet reached to given complete address and was saying tried on mno. Which was not reachable.
I was very much available to my mno number was tracking the order. Till the time was showing as “on way to reach” suddenly changed as “declined”.
I tried again on restaurant mno. Which was not picked up & contacted to the delivery boy. He is directing to speak to customer service.
Even, was requested to redeliver the food as I’m waiting. But denied. Now, I need my amount to be refunded.
Now that, with this I issue. If it not resolved. I will stop using the Zomato anymore & place this issue in social media

Why should I be charged… for your team mistake.
Even called up to your delivery person with the same number at same time. And asked to bring back the delivery.
But he denied. How can you expect customer be quite after paying the money and delivery person deny to bring back the food??
Does this kind of service will make your customer happy? And this is how your making your business profits??
Point:
1) Your delivery person was suppose to come to door steps..on given address. Which he dint come.
2) Also given is Bajaj finserv office address. Which can be easily traceable. Why do you have such person.. who doesn’t even able to trace the address.
3) He called up from out side the security gate.. which he has mentioned. He dint even enquired about given address.
4) Also, I my self called up to delivery person and also restaurant.. how can they deny the delivery after I have been charged??
It is unethical and un professional. You can’t cheat the customer for the heck of saying unresponsive. Because of some technical issues.
Just to remind you. Your company is losing people trust. I WILL STOP IMMEDIATELY YOUR APP AND PLACE THIS ISSUE IN SOCIAL MEDIA.
Will also escalate further to your superior.

I have ordered food from zomato attached the order summery. This order is not delivered to me and the delivery man is not speaking correctly with us. Even he is not called us after reaching the location send to him by call center person. After some time the app is showing me order is delivered but physically this order is not delivered to me.
Kindly treat this as urgent and serious and take strong action or else I need to reach Consumer court.

I placed an order on June 21 at 9:16 pm for Rs. 128, then 2 mins later this order was cancelled and no yet accepted by the restaurant, i cancelled it and placed anther order from other nirulas at 9:18. i was’nt notified of any cancellation fees being charges at the time of placing order. Few days later when i try placing another order these cancellation charges are automatically applied to the new order and are unreasonably being forced. This is’nt a matter of Rs. 128 but a way of unreasonably harassing the customer. For further details pls reach out to me at reema.karanwal@gmail.com
On contacting the support team, they are just talking about the updated policy of zomato and don’t give any concrete solution or evidence of the chat that says i was informed about the cancellation charges.

Yesterday my wife has ordered something on Zomato, but the order was cancelled due to address issues. The address, which was mentioned while placing an order, was the correct address & we choose the same one. I can understand that because of the address issues, the order has been cancelled. I don’t have any with order cancellation.
But i want to raise the complaint against the delivery boy. He was so rude and mis behaving with my wife & even with your executive (girl), who called us. He doesn’t know how to talk to a customer and that a lady.
If i was there on call, i would have taken the action against delivery boy (named “Chintu”).
I request you to take action against the delivery boy. Or else i will raise complaint against him. I know the process.
So I don’t want any standard answer.
I want to know the action, which you will take against him & update me.
Such a disgusting service provided by Zomato.

We would like to inform you that according to new policies of Zomato, if the order gets cancelled due to the wrong delivery address, a cancellation charge is levied as the food is already prepared/dispatched.
We checked on our end that you had asked for delivery to another location, which was not possible for our delivery person. We would further request you to avoid such instances going forward as it leads to food wastage.

I had placed an order on Zomato for Dominos order #1022096119.
The order was cancelled by Dominos and they confirmed refund initiated.
Today is the 15th of July and despite repeated follow ups and assurances the refund is still not reflecting in my card.
This too after multiple chats and emails to Zomato.
Today when i contacted Zomato agent on chat to check on the status of the refund, he/she wants me to check with my bank with a reference number generated way back on the 8th of June when i have it on email from Zomato that the refund was only initiated on the 5th of July.
Thoroughly disappointed with Zomato on this experience considering that i have been using the platform since it was launched.
I want a solution to my refund problem with the exact cause as to the delay in the refund.

Once order placed it was not getting confirmed from restaurant.
Called zomato delivery guy his cell was not reachable
Called restaurant they told some issue in their kitchen and order cannot be delivered. Requested them to cancel the order but they did not.They told order will be cancelled automatically by zomato.
Meanwhile I placed different order using swiggy
After about 40 mins zomato order was automatically confirmed since restaurant told they did not confirm and I am being charged for cancellation.
Restaurant told they received message that refund has been initiated but I have not received it yet
Please let me know why I need to be charged for cancellation when restaurant themselves confirmed they will not deliver order.

My order for consecutive last two orders was cancelled by restaurant DADA BOUDI.
After accepting order by restaurant they cancel after one hour, how it happened on two different dates…..
Also your customer care representative says technical problem, some problem with restaurant device…
If there is problem at restaurant device why donot banned till it is resolved….
