I am still struggling for the resolution for the complaint regarding the HDFC Credit Card 4014 XXXX XXXX 3636 on September 04th, 2019 amounting Rs. 37,100.
As per the RBI guidelines “If the fraud was committed by a third-party through an act of scamming, phishing etc, the customer is not required to pay if the breach has been reported within 3 days of the fraudulent transaction”. And I have done the same by reporting it within time.
I have registered an FIR in the nearest Police Station.
I have registered a complaint in Cyber Cell & RBI Ombudsman.
After a long discussion & investigation done by Mobikwik, I received the IP Address & the Mobile Numbers of the Fraudsters.

Dear Sir,
Our Company Neelkanth Ores Pvt.Ltd approached your HDFC BANK for a Loan to buy a PAYLOADER for our Mining Business.One of your staff Mr.Alok Kumar was representing your Branch.As the deal was in process your Bank S taff Mr.Alok Kumar asked us to open an account with your Bank for the repayment of E.M.I of the Loan.We opened an account with your Bank with a minimum balance of 25000/-.
Mr.Alok promised us that no amount shall be debited from the account if the minimum balance of Rs 25000/- is maintained .
Unfortunately, your Bank took a long time for the loan and failed to execute the deal in prior time ,and we took the loan from TATA CAPITAL .
One fine day Mr.Vekant from your HDFC BANK’s Loan department visited our Bank with the Loan Approval.I narrated him that we taken shelter in other Bank and i requested him to immediately close our account as it was of no use to us and our Banking requirements are fulfilled by other Bankers.
Mr.Alok requested me not to close the Account and said that if i did so it it will effect his ranking in the Bank. He again assured me that no amount be deducted if i maintained the minimum balance of Rs 25000/-.
Sir, an amount of Rupees 2124/-was deducted from my account on 09/01/2000 due to non maintenance of Minimum Balance .
I was shocked after reading the SMS which i received on my registered Mobile No for the first time from your Bank.Never before any message was sent by your Bank.
Sir, when i contacted Mr Alok to reimburse the amount he assured me to do and asked to mail my grievances. .I mailed him but my grievences are unheard till day & time.When i called him again he misbehaved with me and used filthy words which no Bank Official should use .
I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously ,reimburse the amount deducted which is unlawful and illegal and instruct your staff to behave with the Clients properly or shall be ready to face the music and action.
This type of Staffs will tarnish the image of HDFC BANK.
Sir,myself is also one of the Director of the KOYLANCHAL URBAN COOPERATIVE BANK .LTD and we our doing Banking with your HDFC BANK since long. I am also associated with the Chamber of Commerce of Dhanbad.

Personal loan interest seems to be high and requested for part payment and thru are asking us to pay the full amount. I really don understand the interest rate like this !! Phone banker committed something else and the loan center in Chennai quoted me a different account. Also I have a sheet where the loan rate is different and the one submitted by loan department is different. Pls let me know when to discuss.
I was late in opting moratorium 1 but opted 2 in time.
Moratorium 2 was granted but 1 was always reported to be under process.
Also was updated on mail that will be reverted in 3 days but the revert never came.
Then now i have received demand of moratorium pre-emi as well as penalty.
If this was supposed to happen why its was not reported within time.

In Dec 2018 , lost my credit card in Mayajal chennai. raised a vocal complaint again bookmyshow, mayajal team, and also reachedout to HDFC customer care for blocking my credit card. Ccouldnt find my card. Later in Jan 2019 I spoke to the Thiruvanmyur Brancch to Reinitiate my Credit card. they passed time for almost 3months they haven done any action on it. i dont remember the dates around 4000rs was transcationed from my account without my otp. this was raised a complaint againt them. i havent received any mail for blocking as they are on the way to reinitiate the CC. As i havent saved my CC number I was not able to do pay the due amount of statement generated in December.
Fedup of followups and then i kept silent. dont know why the HDFC is reckless in this way to satisfy the customer needs. I also lost that mobile number which I used to contact with the registed mobile number. Now after 2years the recovey team got my fathers number and are asking for pay my dues with a random amount of 12000, they havent shared any statement and threatening to do settlement of 4300rs. if your team had reinitiate the card i would had this issue of paying this amount of penality.
this was absolutely the HDFC mistake. because of this my CIBIL score and effects my loans in my future.

I contact your customer care no. 18002664332 at 9.45 pm to 9.58 pm on 16/11/2020 to solve the credit card issues via my mobile 9739092275, but some of your agents misbehave on the phone. They don’t respond properly. They use unwanted words. Kindly take necessary action against him or I will close my account in HDFC and I registered the complaint at the Police station.
The main purpose of contacting is in my credit card statement (November 2020) you charged me Rs. 2200.10 as a Finance charge. My question is I am not a late payer, I don’t have any old balance or any other complaint against me in payments. Why you are applying Finance Charges.
