    Hello
    Sir in my Paytm wallet have Rs 1500 and i want to get it. But my kyc is not done then how can I get money? And also tell how to do Complete KYC.

      On 7th April 2022 made payment of Rs 2450 to CSPDCL(Power Distribution Co)

      Order ID:17725755951
      Wallet Txn ID:39793063542
      Amt :2450 Rs
      The Payment was successful.

      However on 9th April’22 I received a message in my Wallet as payment Failed
      Order ID:17750833876
      Wallet Txn ID:39823897150.
      Amt :2450 Rs.

      But the amount has not been refunded in my wallet which is creating greater inconvenience to oblige my Liability towards Electricity bill.

      I hope my grievance be redressed at the earliest,as today is the last day for making payment for Electricity Utility.

      I have balance of Rs.3296/- in my Paytm wallet linked to 9417062955, I am not able to transfer the balance. My KYC is updated. Still giving msg your wallet is inactive

    dear team

    i have lost my mobile on dated 05 apr 2022 in C P Shri Hanuman JI Mandir near by 8 pm , in that time in my paytm bank ac nearby Rs1200.( paytm bank ac ) my ptm ac is running with the mo no 9891565078 , but when i am login again ptm at that time my ptm bank ac is nil . so i request can i know who ,where, when use my ptm. plz help recover my money .

    I have been trying to reach out for a problem with paytm gold but there has been no help. No customer service representative also.

    I transferred money 3500 with rent option on 2nd May 2022 on 9.30 p.m.

    Today is 10th May 2022 till payment not reversed or not deposited to recipient account.

    I was sent email with all proof Payment statement , Payment Details, Recipient Statement , UPI ID link account , UPI Id all to following email,

    Till no any reply kindly revert on priority

    Unauthorized transaction happened on my Paytm Postpaid of Rs 45998 and Rs 9718 on 5th Oct 2023 at 8:32 PM i never share my OTP and not clicked on any link but still Unauthorized transactions happened, and no one is responding on call via customer care, emails and chats.

    kindly look into this issue and help me to get refund the amount.

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to bring to your attention the issue we encountered with our recent booking of a round trip Indigo flight from Ahmedabad to Dehradun and Dehradun to Ahmedabad on 21.05.2024, scheduled for 23.05.2023.

    We had booked the flight through Paytm and paid the complete amount of Rs. 61,352.00. However, due to a delay in the transaction from Paytm, we were unable to cancel the booking in a timely manner since no option was available on the web board, As a result, only the single side of the trip was confirmed in noon hours.
    We need complete cancellation round trip for the same.

    Despite our efforts to resolve the issue with various customer service representatives, we were unable to secure a refund for the complete round trip booking. We have since cancelled the entire round trip and now request a full refund of the amount paid.

    I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference and kindly request that the necessary steps be taken to process the refund at the earliest convenience.

    I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
