How can I get a refund or replacement for my product ?
Step 1: Contact us
Call us at 111-132-729 to create your return request, select the product you wish to return on the return form that arrived with your order (Fill in the returns form you received with your order)

Step 2: Pack your product
Pack your product according to the return conditions.

Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (ensure that delivery label is covered)

Include all tags, accessories or free gifts you received

Step 3: Return your product
If you requested a pickup, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time
If you selected a drop-off: Please drop your package at any TCS station and attach the address label included with your package on the box (no shipping charges will apply)

ARBITRATIONS

Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, performance of these Terms and Conditions, shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator to be appointed by daraz.pk. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field and is independent of either party. The venue of the arbitration shall be Karachi, Pakistan. The language used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction and enforced in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through competent courts.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Pakistan. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Pakistan courts and to waive any objections based upon venue.
