Hi Sir / Madam,
I am writing this after facing servere harassment from Flipkart customer service as well as logistics vendor JEEVAS.
We’ve ordered a 75*60*6 (L*B*H) of WakeFit Matress last week. But the product we’ve received is 73*58*5, which is NOT as per the ordered size. That’s why we’ve requested to return and refund process so that we can reorder a new one of size 78*66*6.
Once the return request is raised a technician visit is being scheduled everytime on behalf of JEEVAS logistics team.
Each and every time the technician is coming and rejecting it once he leaves our house without no reason. When we’ve asked that technician why it’s rejected he told that “Nothing is in our hands. You have to connect with Flipkart backend team to approve the same”. Apart from that the technicians attitude and behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. They even asked for money to settle it down.
When we’re calling customer support (each time a new person is picking up the call and I have to start from scratch everytime) they said that “We’re scheduling a new visit please wait for 24 hrs it’ll be done”. After 24 hrs we’ve go through the same process repeatedly.
Till now we’ve called minimum 15 times in last 3-4 days, you can check the call history, comments and recordings from my registered mobile. But none of the Flipkart customer support executive is having proper knowledge to resolve this issue.
I wish you will understand our problem and try to return the product as earliest.
NOTE: It will be helpful if the return is processed without any technician visit. Technician visit is a security issue for us since all the technicians from JEEVAS are not well behaved and professional. They’re indirectly asking money to provide honest feedback and settle the matter.

I placed order 2oct . When I placed this order 9th oct was delivery date. from 9th oct this product showing out of delivery but till date not delivered. Complaint so many times about this issue Flipkart costomer car & Tambaram delivery hub no response..

When I order a led tv and pay 12640 rs now when I do same order led tv amount is showing 14990 rs. I m waiting for many months for big billon sale. I do a order on 28 sept 2024. After that On 15 oct 2024 my order received at my city hub Jaipur, But not deliver to my address. Suddenly on 17 oct 2024, i am received a sms for cancel my order.after that I contact customer care they told me I am not pick the call but no call come to me. Even not received any out of delivery sms. After that the told me Within 48 hours our senior executive called me for resolving my problem. But after 48+ hours already done. No one call comes to me.again
After that i do another order of same led tv on 20 oct. I call to customer care for asking my compensation for last order ( waste my time, my money) they told me when your order delivery within 72 hr they send me automatically some gift voucher. My tv delivered on 23 oct.
After 72+ hour I again call to customer care then they give me another reason and said that after 48 hour or 15 nov they send me some gift voucher… How much time they waste…

Flight Booking from Shridi to bangalore on 25th OCt was cancelled. Indogo has given full refund and confirmed.
But I am not able to any reply from flipcart on refund whenever I call your call center they give no commitment of refund even after 15 days.
Need resolution, I had also tweeted on X long time back and they also not resolved mu issue.
Please check and confirm by when i can get the refund. Also provide with contact details of Grievence office direct landline or Mobile no.

I have received my orders Samsung Refrigerator Id FMPP2682514315 on 6th November 2024 there is some issues with vegetable try, And also received Samsung Washing machine Id FMPP2681655706 received with damages when i asked to replace Washing machine they said they would like to pay damaged charges but i said replacement of Washing machine. When they asked for OTP I have shown them Samsung OTP then they fradulently and without my acknowledge took my Washing machine OTP and take photos and sent Flipkart. When i told your staff members they are not responding properly. I want the details of Third party deliver service details so that i am going to file cheating case on them. Filpkart is not bothered about Customers facing issues and responding properly. They are only believing what third party said but not believing the Customer. I am totally unsatisfied with Flipkart. I hope you are going to take action against my complaint. Thanking you sir.
