I’d ordered 2 sukot company 80 kg load bearing clothes drying stand. However a cheap plastic version of sundex was delivered and my staff took delivery and installed one! Other was defective so couldn’t be installed!
The ekart delivery agency refused to pick the defective order! Need a quick solution

I have canceled an order (OD114623161561327000) but same was delivered. When I am trying to Return the same finding only replacement option. How can I Return the same?
Initially, I placed above order but later observed that protection plan not added to the order. So, I have placed another order with the protection plan (OD114623339785634000) by canceling the first one. But I got surprised when both the products got delivered. Not sure how canceled order got delivered. Help me in returning the same. When I talked to Customer Care (Karan) got to know that my cancellation kept “On Hold” by Seller, later he didn’t process it and delivered. Why like that? If the seller do like that, what should we do?
Moreover, I have canceled the order within 15 mins of placing the order. So there is no reason for Seller not to accept my cancellation request. But he didn’t honor my request and sent the mobile.
So please consider my request and initiated refund by returning the product.
Order placed to my daughter college address. She called me stating one more mobile delivered soon after receiving the second one. Immediately within 15 mins I tried to return the order but didn’t find return option over there. Contacted Customer care but they says delivered order cannot be taken back. But not sure how canceled order delivered. Do needful since this product is of 20,000/- and no use for me as I have already received another one through you only. Don’t punish me for Seller mistake.
