    Hi Team,

    I purchased pixel from Flipkart and getting heating issue while charging. Also, if any calls made while charging giving overheating. Request your assistance and I’m not happy with the purchase. Kindly do needful.

    I have been chasing the support team from last night and you can see call history. None was equipped to resolve the issues and just pushing the return window.

    I ordered the table for study purpose on 13th March, 2022 and the delivery date was showing on very next day.
    But because of some issue it was delivered on 15th March, 2022.
    I wasn’t there to collect the order thereore delivery boy insisted me to see if anyone else can collect the order.
    If im right The date was 15th March, when order was delivered i wasnt there to collect myself. One of my known person collected my order.
    This is reason why i couldnt check whether product i received what i ordered or its defective.

    I checked today and found all 4 corners of the table plywood are damaged very badly which cant be repaired i guess.

    Then i contacted the Flipkart support team at night and i informed same to that support executive Abdul.
    He started saying that we can’t do anything now as the last date to make return was 25th March, 2022.
    I told him that It was sometime back the date was 25th March, 2022 so there shouldnt be any issue in raising return.
    I asked him, should i keep the damaged product ?
    He again said, i cant do anything and the option of return will not there for you now.

    I kept telling him you should be having some provision to do it because product is damaged.
    Why i will contact you this late ?

    I want some help from your team to get me a good product without any damage.
    If Flipkart/Seller can’t do this then they should return my money.

    ordered id OD124239966961458000 LG 1.5 Ton 3 star AC on 22 feb 2022 prepaid order and got delivery on 04th Mar 22 , In the delivery connecting copper pipe only got outdoor Unit of AC, Connecting copper pipe was missing since then I have been trying to contact the customer care for provide missing item but Flipkart replacement in this product delivered on 22th mar 22 and Again ac remote ,AAA battery, connecting wire ,drain pipe are missing so contact customer care for provide missing item but they are again return/replacement
    In this process my summer season are passing and I am already wait 01 month 08 day so please provide missing item very fast
    I am very desturb for Flipkart behavior they are provided 2 times missing item product

    I received the delivery of shoes on 27th March 2022. I have raised many requests for pick up and refund and none has been resolved yet. Such kind of delayed actions are not expected from such an esteemed e-commerce platform.
