I ordered many things on the last day of Big Billion Day One of the items is a bed sheet which I have not received yet whose delivery date was 15th September and today is 23rd September but I have not received that bed sheet yet for which I have called 5-6 times in customer care but I have not received any answer from there and whenever I have called they do not understand my concern properly and they are telling me to wait for delivery date but no one has given me a proper reason that my order was actually in another city due to the mistake of the “wishmaster or ekart team or seller side” was inappropriate and in your application the status of Out for Delivery was showing in Rajkot city I do not understand that if the shipment is in another city then how is possible Out for Delivery shown in Rajkot I can understand that
May be this is a technical mistake and also your customer care executive is telling you to wait for few days but I have also said that I do not want this product now so I am asking to cancel this product from here but it is not getting cancelled and from there also your customer care executive is saying that we also cannot cancel so when I see the status in the application then it shows that your shipment of this bed sheet has been cancelled and it is for replacement when I called they did not give it for cancel now in automatic cancel and replacement this stage has actually changed so when I told them to cancel then why didn’t it get cancelled so what do I understand in this that are you responsible for this or not that this is how you are treating your customer and I have also had this kind of bad experience from Flipkart and before this so for this I will file a legal complaint against you and for which you will have to give me compensation because because of this I have been mentally tortured by your service and I do not have a call regarding this matter from you and I had a call but for another matter and for which I discussed this matter so I gave the same answer from all the places that sir wait it will come

Dear sir, Refer complaint raised on receipt of original delivery of product regarding sound quality of product is below standard and noise cancellation feature also not there hence requested for return initially but it was advised from Flipkart customer care that please check and try with replacement piece! If you do not find it satisfactory then you may again raise an issue for return and refund but now even after delivery of replacement product, the problem is same as it was earlier but now customer care is saying that refund is not available n vendor is saying no for the same which is absolutely shocking and surprising ??
Flipkart should protect customer’s interest first instead of defending vendor who is selling poor quality product and not responding after grabbing money in advance!
Since I m an old n regular customer of flipkart so it is expected from Flipkart to act as a custodian of customer’s right which is your prime and moral responsibility.
Kindly intervene in the matter and get issue resolved.

I ordered the table for study purpose on 13th March, 2022 and the delivery date was showing on very next day.
But because of some issue it was delivered on 15th March, 2022.
I wasn’t there to collect the order thereore delivery boy insisted me to see if anyone else can collect the order.
If im right The date was 15th March, when order was delivered i wasnt there to collect myself. One of my known person collected my order.
This is reason why i couldnt check whether product i received what i ordered or its defective.
I checked today and found all 4 corners of the table plywood are damaged very badly which cant be repaired i guess.
Then i contacted the Flipkart support team at night and i informed same to that support executive Abdul.
He started saying that we can’t do anything now as the last date to make return was 25th March, 2022.
I told him that It was sometime back the date was 25th March, 2022 so there shouldnt be any issue in raising return.
I asked him, should i keep the damaged product ?
He again said, i cant do anything and the option of return will not there for you now.
I kept telling him you should be having some provision to do it because product is damaged.
Why i will contact you this late ?
I want some help from your team to get me a good product without any damage.

I bought a Realme 32″ Tv on 15th Oct 2021 and on 19th March 2022 it stopped working. Based on many follow ups, a technician visited and checked and confirmed a serious malfunctioning. Since now no action taken from either Realme or Flipkart. Seems a scam only interested in selling and no after sales even though they sells 3 years service guarantee. Now I going to sue both of them in Consumer Protection Court.

I purchased a mobile (Samsung galaxy F12), order ID is OD124428634865800000 dated 16.03.2022 , the same product delivered on 17.03.2022. Received the mobile in good condition but after starting and using the mobile for four days, I observed softwares are working slow and screen flickers for a small period (3-4 seconds), and also found screen hangs for short period and resumes, speakers sound are lower comparing to other mobiles. Due to these I raised a return request dated 21.03.2022. Executive called and replied that a technician shall visit me to check the mobile. As per plan, technician visited me on 23.03.2022 in the evening for 10 mins and checked the mobile and answered there is no issue with the mobile
My concern is that there is such a minor issue that no one can shoot any video for same in such a short period. And this is not so frequent that technician can get a video or photograph in front of him. Technician also did not check the sound loudness properly. It seems he had came only to complete a formality. After technician leaving my address, return request got cancelled automatically.
Apart from this I want to highlight that I am a Flipkart user since 2015 and ordered/ received many items/ many mobiles from Flipkart and never complaint against product if found in a good working condition, this time I observed a minor issue in the said mobile and this is the fact, this issue may increase in future for sure and I shall face a loss of ₹9499. Being a Flipkart customer, I never expect such service from Flipkart. Flipkart must accept my return request or return my money ₹ 9499.
I had ordered HP laptop from Flipkart on 23rd March. Received on 24th March. There was defect in product so I raised return request right away.
Since 24th March I have been trying hard to get the product returned. Firstly without informing flipkart cancels my replacement request. Inspite of providing soooo much of details they just kept forwarding details to don’t know whom and issue was delayed. They keep saying wait untill so and so time we will resolve the issue. On the end of timeline given they cancel request and ask for more time and this goes on and on and on and on.
This was my biggest mistake to order from Flipkart.

Customer executives are very rude and speak like recorder message on tape recorder. Keep repeating things and keep forwarding issue details to unknown destination.

Extremely frustrated and feel cheated by the way I have been treated by your Sell Back Dept. and the Rep who came to collect the phones. Had registered 3 iPhone (5c, 5s, 6s) models under Sell Back program and 2 of the phones were rejected by your Sell Back dept. from being picked up despite qualifying well for a sell back value. Looks like Flip Kart has come with a ponzi scheme to trap and entice the customers into thinking that they could get some E Vouchers which is not entirely correct as they rejected 2 out of 3 iPhones under this scheme. Also the 3rd phone which is a 6S iPhone had a slight crack on the screen; hence was undervalued by more tan 60 % of the original agreed amount which again I thought was not a fair pricing.

This is to notify you that I had ordered a Symphony 55L Tower Air Cooler on 20th March(Order ID – OD224461975770330000), which was being delivered and it was defective as the cooling facility was not working properly.
So i had requested for a return and after that technician visit happened and the technician gave fake comments and my return had been rejected that time. He mentioned in the comments that I am not satisfied with the product and I have ordered the wrong size, which is absolutely fake.
After that I had raised multiple complaints to flipkart for a return along with a refund amount and every time without resolving the issue the tickets are getting closed. Why is that So?
Moreover, yesterday, one of the flipkart concerned team called me up and told me that again they have requested for return and again technician visit will happen today, 5th March.
So after all of this, a technician visit was scheduled today. The technician called me and told me to send the pictures of the cooler along with the serial number and he will approve the return, after that neither he visited nor he picked up the phone and my return was cancelled again.

Writing this mail to you as your team didn’t leave me with any option. I ordered a Samsung F23 on 25th MAR and received it on 26th MAR. As I used it for a few days, I realized that this phone is having a lot of issues like notification light screen not opening, heating issue, fingerprint sensor not working properly, network issues. So, I raised a replacement request on 30th MAR. Your technician visited my home on 4th APR (Date was given on 6th APR, he came on 4th APR after I connected with him).
As I explained all issues to him he checked and informed me that he is doing what he can do but it needs time to observe if things are working fine or not. As I realized in the next few hours that issues are still there.
I immediately tried to raise the request again but I was unable to raise the request. so, I connected with your customer care team and explained my issue. to my surprise without any checking they informed me my replacement window is over. so, I can’t raise any requests. As I reverted back to them then informed them they are checking and they will get back to me within 4 hours. Since then I have been following up with them and now it is almost 17 hours and nobody gave me any resolution. each time they are sending me the same copy paste massages. I am sharing all communication details with you and requesting you to help. This is my hard earned money and I can waste it like this. My only request is to resolve all my phone issues or give me a refund. I will never use FK again.
I am sure your CC team is not responding now intentionally and when they will respond they will inform me that I have reached the XYZ timeline. All my conversation details are attached and I sincerely need your help.

I had orderd an Earbuds of Brand “REALME” from Flipkart E-commerce on 29/03/2022 which was delivered on 30/03/2022 but, instead of the original product I got a Wired headphone of “OUD” Brand . I lodge replacement request for that different Item . Flipkart approved replacement request after sending the wrong item’s images and sent a replacement product for that , but Logistics Partner “Ekart-Logistics” Denied to pick up that item and told they can only replace ,if I gave them the “REALME” Brand’s (which was not delivered to me ) . I again & again complaint Flipkart about this and they give me several deadlines . But all the deadline over and I am not got any positive response . I visit “Ekart -Logistic’s Hub” to talk about this that why this was happening to me. But they denied to give me any kind of information and misbehave. I am not sure about it , but I heard from somewhere that there might be a conspiracy going on under the supervision of Ekart – Hub Manager about changing orginal item from parcel & repack with some local products and then delivered that changed box to the customers . I would like to request you to kindly do a proper investigation on it and help me to get Replacement/Refund for my Wrong Delivered Product .
