    Hi Sir / Madam,

    I am writing this after facing servere harassment from Flipkart customer service as well as logistics vendor JEEVAS.

    We’ve ordered a 75*60*6 (L*B*H) of WakeFit Matress last week. But the product we’ve received is 73*58*5, which is NOT as per the ordered size. That’s why we’ve requested to return and refund process so that we can reorder a new one of size 78*66*6.

    Once the return request is raised a technician visit is being scheduled everytime on behalf of JEEVAS logistics team.

    Each and every time the technician is coming and rejecting it once he leaves our house without no reason. When we’ve asked that technician why it’s rejected he told that “Nothing is in our hands. You have to connect with Flipkart backend team to approve the same”. Apart from that the technicians attitude and behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. They even asked for money to settle it down.

    When we’re calling customer support (each time a new person is picking up the call and I have to start from scratch everytime) they said that “We’re scheduling a new visit please wait for 24 hrs it’ll be done”. After 24 hrs we’ve go through the same process repeatedly.

    Till now we’ve called minimum 15 times in last 3-4 days, you can check the call history, comments and recordings from my registered mobile. But none of the Flipkart customer support executive is having proper knowledge to resolve this issue.

    I wish you will understand our problem and try to return the product as earliest.

    NOTE: It will be helpful if the return is processed without any technician visit. Technician visit is a security issue for us since all the technicians from JEEVAS are not well behaved and professional. They’re indirectly asking money to provide honest feedback and settle the matter.

    harssing to senior citizen courier person not delivery.the order from past 4days on second floor its a open case order where customer need to check the order but he is harssing my mother to come down I will not come up its same going from last 4days nobody taking any action.courier belongs to ekart courier Mr. name Ankur Gupta his number is 9873901001, I had been order Philips air fryer and mention the address about 2nd floor flip kart team not taking any action and when i called to courier boy he said do whatever you want to do I will not come up

    I placed order 2oct . When I placed this order 9th oct was delivery date. from 9th oct this product showing out of delivery but till date not delivered. Complaint so many times about this issue Flipkart costomer car & Tambaram delivery hub no response..
    Very bad experience from Flipkart.

    i had purchase a Mixer Grinder which is not working, the product got failed within 6 months from the purchase, we had twice spoken with the flipkart team, but just getting numbers of MasterChef teams, but the MasterChef teams no. are also not working.

    i need the quick response & need to get my money back within 2 days because i had already wasted 2 months time with you people

    else otherwise i need to raise this query in consumer grievance’s

    When I order a led tv and pay 12640 rs now when I do same order led tv amount is showing 14990 rs. I m waiting for many months for big billon sale. I do a order on 28 sept 2024. After that On 15 oct 2024 my order received at my city hub Jaipur, But not deliver to my address. Suddenly on 17 oct 2024, i am received a sms for cancel my order.after that I contact customer care they told me I am not pick the call but no call come to me. Even not received any out of delivery sms. After that the told me Within 48 hours our senior executive called me for resolving my problem. But after 48+ hours already done. No one call comes to me.again
    After that i do another order of same led tv on 20 oct. I call to customer care for asking my compensation for last order ( waste my time, my money) they told me when your order delivery within 72 hr they send me automatically some gift voucher. My tv delivered on 23 oct.
    After 72+ hour I again call to customer care then they give me another reason and said that after 48 hour or 15 nov they send me some gift voucher… How much time they waste…

      I ordered Bharat Lifestyle alian fabric sofa set But I got damaged product and I returned the product. 11th November is the pickup date but the pickup boy said there is no space in vechile tomorrow arrange the pickup so I agree but suddenly cancelled the return and refund request

    Flight Booking from Shridi to bangalore on 25th OCt was cancelled. Indogo has given full refund and confirmed.

    But I am not able to any reply from flipcart on refund whenever I call your call center they give no commitment of refund even after 15 days.

    Need resolution, I had also tweeted on X long time back and they also not resolved mu issue.

    Please check and confirm by when i can get the refund. Also provide with contact details of Grievence office direct landline or Mobile no.

    I have received my orders Samsung Refrigerator Id FMPP2682514315 on 6th November 2024 there is some issues with vegetable try, And also received Samsung Washing machine Id FMPP2681655706 received with damages when i asked to replace Washing machine they said they would like to pay damaged charges but i said replacement of Washing machine. When they asked for OTP I have shown them Samsung OTP then they fradulently and without my acknowledge took my Washing machine OTP and take photos and sent Flipkart. When i told your staff members they are not responding properly. I want the details of Third party deliver service details so that i am going to file cheating case on them. Filpkart is not bothered about Customers facing issues and responding properly. They are only believing what third party said but not believing the Customer. I am totally unsatisfied with Flipkart. I hope you are going to take action against my complaint. Thanking you sir.

    I have booked one peter england self design single breasted blazer vide
    order no.- OD332896863105242100. Item was delivered on 22th of
    November. Item was not fit in size and item was also In mess and too dirty
    form. On the same day I cancel that item through app. Item was picked up on 27th by your delivery boy but not updated in app or anywhere. I have complain on same day on customer care through app but person tackle my complain assure me that within 48 hour it will updated. After two days on 29th same delivery boy names Bablu kumar comes and contact me through his mobile no- 8864090095 and trying to return my picked item. He told me that it will not be cancelled. I am shocked by the behaviour of
    your delivery partner. If he feel that fault from my side he should not picked that item on the same day. Why he comes to me after two days. I am your regular customer and I can’t expect this type of behavior. Several time I complained through app and customer care number that Item has already been kept in delivery boy custody but till now not updated on app and refund is not initiated.

    I have send several complain through your app and also in customer care but matter is not resolved. Again from your side ask me to send picture of delivered item. I have several time send various mail and also complain to customer care that Item has already picked but not show in app and anywhere. When Item has picked by your delivery boy how can I send picture of that item. Matter is only to raise refund but from your side I received various mail that matter will resolved by 48 hour. Several 48 has gone but matter is not solved .Every complain and mail from your side told me that matter will be resolved within 48 hour but in vain.

    Please look into the matter and resolve this issue. Make sure the my money will refund as early as possible.

    I have been harrassed by Flipkart. I ordered from decornation.
    I ordered a 6 seater dining table which was delivered after one whole month
    even after which i got only 4 chairs 2 were missing .
    they told us they would send us two more chairs. they sent them after 1.5 months still they only gave wooder frame cushion a main part of chair was missing its been 2.5months i still haven't got my complete dining table

    hi sir I'm gold customer of Flipkart but I faced so many problems from Flipkart end….i have booked so many items in Flipkart goat offer 2025 recently…
    promisery date also completed now 4th day after promisery date but I can't receive any order flipkart and I call customer care so many times but they respond very rudely and they told again and again wyt 24 hrs only u can receive order sir….
    but I can't receive my orders and they cancelled my order without my intimation and flipkart customer care person told items already transferred to hub but hub persons can't contact me 😔 already I paid total items amount please help me sir I want my items sir…

    ordered in flipkart on 3rd. and payment already made on 3 rd. since 3rd daily following through mail and chat. they r calling and taking information like amount , bank. id , IFSC without refund or supply. The grievance cell are another bunch of jokers. They r telling do not worry. some common words they know like regret, sorry, khed hey. pl do not order on Flipkart . I m 65 yrs old , got tired talking and following daily for 1 hrs. What type people working. Seems senior br birds of same feathers
