I am Subhas Garai, purchased a SAMSUNG 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with Inbuilt Heater Black, Grey from flipkart on 04-05-2024 and delivered on 10-05-2024 with order id is- OD331169029451409100, the product invoice is attached below for your reference. In the product the detergent tray is not locked properly. The installation team came on 11-05-2024 but they denied the responsibility of the machine and they told me that they are not doing anything and also told me to contact flipkart for return or exchange. I am called two times in flipkart and tell the problem they told me once the product deliverd they are not responsible of the product only samsung solve the problem.
Then I am called Samsung they told me that you are not purchase from the samsung dealer so we are not responsible for the product, you contact only flipkart. Then I again called flipkart and they told me that the denied letter from the samsung technician is needed for exchange or return the product. Then again I am called Samsung and booked a technician visit on 12-05-2024. The technician (Dipankar Das) came on 13-05-2024 they totally denied all responsibility and told me that we are doing nothing for this product and not providing any type of denied letter , You only contact flipkart.
In the last 11 to 12 days I have totally faded up to call flipkart and samsung so many times and not solve a single issue with the product. the product neither been installed nor been returned/exchanged. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. It is very painful for me to buy a Samsung brand washing machine. The worst experience ever from flipkart and samsung. Return request accepted by flipkart but rejected without any issue. Samsung give me the denid letter and give all the responsibilities to flipkart.
I earnestly request you please take necessary steps to exchange the product and install it as soon as possible.

The installation was carried out by Flipkart’s service team. However, immediately after installation, I noticed significant issues with the product: the cooling function is not working, and there is water leaking from the indoor unit.

I had purchased a Havells Sandwich Maker from your Flipkart online shopping store through online shopping for which I had paid online through credit card. And you gave me the date of delivery of my product on 18th July, but my product was not delivered by you on 18th July. Then after that you told me to deliver my product on 21st July, but even on 21st you did not deliver my product to me, and then on 23rd you cancelled the product purchased by me. After that you increased the price of the product purchased by me and asked me to buy it again, for which I am very disappointed with Flipkart for cheating me. And now in future I will never buy any product from Flipkart. Nor will I advise anyone to buy any product from anyone else, because Flipkart has cheated me, and Flipkart can cheat any other person too. I have completely lost my trust in Flipkart, I will never buy anything from Flipkart in the future nor will I advise other people to buy anything from Flipkart.

So that I return the product in Flipkart side and called in Flipkart customer care and the executive told me that they replace my product instead of return. But no one came to pick up the product again. I called customer care then they told me the same as earlier. Total 3 times the executives told me the same thing: “Sir, we replace your product instead of returning it . On 21/07/24 when the replacement was rejected by Flipkart after that I submitted my review that no replacement was made for my product, when I received the mail by Flipkart. Now today when I called customer care the executive told me that they don’t replace or return the defective product. Pls do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money.

I ordered a bed on July 21, 2024, with a delivery date of July 22, 2024. Since I was not available on the delivery date, I extended it to July 26, 2024. However, I still haven’t received any update. When I spoke to customer care, they informed me that the expected delivery date is now July 30. I took 2 days off to receive the bed.
I haven’t received any update from Flipkart about the delay. If that was the case, they should have informed me about the change in availability. My 2 days of leave have been wasted, and I am very disappointed.

I am writing to express my frustration and seek an urgent resolution regarding the purchase of a Hero scooter on 21st July. Along with the scooter, I paid ₹8,244 for RTO charges and ₹1,500 for handling.
Recently, the dealer (RMK motor corp) contacted me requesting an additional ₹1,808 for registration and ₹950 for manhandling. I am puzzled by these additional charges and want to understand their validity, as I have already paid the required amounts in advance.
I have reached out to your support team more than ten times to address this issue. Each time, I had to explain the situation from the beginning, and the response was always the same: my concern was forwarded to the backend team or the two-wheeler team. However, they do not have visibility or access to the necessary information, and I have not been provided with any contact number or status update on my query.
It has been eight days since I initially raised this issue, and I am exhausted from repeatedly explaining the problem and receiving promises of a callback or resolution within 48 hours, which have not been fulfilled. My money is currently stuck, and I am left with no clear point of contact to resolve this matter.
Please provide immediate assistance and a clear explanation regarding the additional charges. I trust that Flipkart will take this issue seriously and provide a prompt resolution.

Urgent: Cashback Issue with Flipkart UPI Transactions
Dear Flipkart Complaints Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had using the Flipkart UPI service. I recently received an intimation regarding a new cashback offer for transactions through Flipkart UPI, which advertised a cashback of up to ₹25 for transactions of ₹50 or more.
On August 21, 2024, I conducted three transactions, each exceeding ₹50, under the assumption that I would receive the promised cashback. However, as of today, I have not received any cashback or rewards for these transactions.
I am concerned about this issue as it seems misleading and unfair. I trusted Flipkart to deliver on its promotional promises, and this experience has been quite disappointing.
Could you please investigate this matter and provide an update on when I can expect to receive my cashback? Additionally, I would appreciate a clear explanation for why the cashback has not been credited as advertised.

I request replacement on 31 july, your team allotted me 14 august was the technicians visit day. Still now no technicians visit happened. Its been more than 22 days iam waiting for replacement. Why are u team taking this much of time for this matter. Hi Sir / Madam,
I am writing this after facing servere harassment from Flipkart customer service as well as logistics vendor JEEVAS.
We’ve ordered a 75*60*6 (L*B*H) of WakeFit Matress last week. But the product we’ve received is 73*58*5, which is NOT as per the ordered size. That’s why we’ve requested to return and refund process so that we can reorder a new one of size 78*66*6.
Once the return request is raised a technician visit is being scheduled everytime on behalf of JEEVAS logistics team.
Each and every time the technician is coming and rejecting it once he leaves our house without no reason. When we’ve asked that technician why it’s rejected he told that “Nothing is in our hands. You have to connect with Flipkart backend team to approve the same”. Apart from that the technicians attitude and behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. They even asked for money to settle it down.
When we’re calling customer support (each time a new person is picking up the call and I have to start from scratch everytime) they said that “We’re scheduling a new visit please wait for 24 hrs it’ll be done”. After 24 hrs we’ve go through the same process repeatedly.
Till now we’ve called minimum 15 times in last 3-4 days, you can check the call history, comments and recordings from my registered mobile. But none of the Flipkart customer support executive is having proper knowledge to resolve this issue.
I wish you will understand our problem and try to return the product as earliest.
NOTE: It will be helpful if the return is processed without any technician visit. Technician visit is a security issue for us since all the technicians from JEEVAS are not well behaved and professional. They’re indirectly asking money to provide honest feedback and settle the matter.
