    I have bought two smart LED tvs from flipkart. Details are as under.

    Product no.1 i.e. 40 inch one plus tv is not properly working in just 20 days of installation. A complaint was logged in one plus service center and the technician of one plus is asking for copy of invoice to process further to repair or replace.

    I have been asking to Flipkart since 23/08/2022 to send me correct invoice copy of product no.1 and 2. But it is sorry to say that, FLIPKART service are very poor. When I had called/chat on 23/08/2022, I had been given time 24 hr. to resolve my problem. Today is 25/08/2022, 05:12 pm, still flipkart executive, senior executive not able to solve the issue.

    Sir, I am enclosing copies of invoices which are FLIPKART EXECUTIVE SENDS ME.

    Sir, is it big issue? Why FLIPKART not sending me my invoices???

    I want say many things, but not possible to include all in e-mail.

    So, I humbly request to do something on priority basis.

    Dear Respected Flipkart support team

    Last 10 September 2023 I ordered a medicine, the promise date of that medicine was 13th. After no delivery that day I contacted customer care on 14th he said we are trying to deliver you as soon as possible. Today on 16 September 2023, the delivery boy came to deliver the medicine. I requested him to take the product and cancel the product. So that my money is refunded. At 7:30 in the evening now I got an SMS that the product has been delivered just check the product I am not there I told the delivery boy that you take the product and cancel the product. Because I spoke to customer care customer care guided me that we can’t cancel from here you can cancel at your door step.

    Your Kosi Kalan team is very bad, they do not deliver any order on time and ask for petrol charges, please change this team, I am very upset with your team, none of my and my neighbours’ orders are delivered on time. I have also called customer support several times. But no help was received. please call me on my number i want to give you information about them thanks

    I have ordered a wallpaper on 9 Sept 2023, the order showed on system that it will be delivered on 12 Sept 2023, so the payment was made online, later it showed that order failed to deliver, hence it returned, No one called no one texted me for the delivery and still it got returend. I raised a concern and received 2 calls from customer cared they told some will call or resolve the issue by 20 Sept 2023 but on 18 Sept 2023 the order was updtaed as delivered. The order is still not delivered to my address, No one called, no one asked for OTP still it’s showing delvered. I again called the customer care, It was todl that the order is not delivered yet, It’s a system glitch that it’s showing delivered, they are in contact with the delivery partner. Kindly confirm, Is this issue will get resolve or not OR my paid amount has gone and FLIPKART will not going to pay it back to my account or will be not resolving the issue.

      Hi Sir,

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the issue I am facing with the smart watch I recently purchased. The watch was delivered to me on 3rd July at 11:30 pm, and upon checking it on the morning of 4th July, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. I promptly lodged a complaint with customer care, and they advised me to visit the service center, citing the 10-day return policy.     I am Hrudananda Khilar prime customer of Flipkart and I am facing serious issues regarding money deducted from my account but order not place and money deducted and axis Bank credit Card customer executive officer say money deducted and flibcart marchent received payment 23 may 2023.8n Flipkart not showing order when placed 22 may 2023.please help to resolved my issue and refund my money.i have provided the prove to check my order balance reference I’d and credit card statement.

    Actual delivery date is 06-09-2023 but till now the order not received.
    The delivery date extend daily.     I had ordered 11 items of grocery from flipkart but 4 items among them didn’t received. I raised a query about this and i received refund for only 1 product.
    My request for refund was rejected 4 time continuously, the below said is the reply received for my email;
    “We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD329313379574520200 with the product being intact.” Which is completely wrong because I didn’t even received OTP verification during delivery. This irresponsible action by flipkart is very frustrating for me as a plus member and a regular customer for a long time.
    Requesting to complete the refund process as soon as possible.

    Sir, we received the SMS on 14.10.23 the schedule for ac installation and demo on 15.10.23 Sunday. But no person turned up for installation when enquired your customer care that this would be settled before 19.10.23. instead we received SMS installation is done asking for our feedback.     your Bareilly courier service is very hope less they don’t deliver the order for along time my order I’d 3293×××××××××××7100 for Motorola mobile is pending with ekart courier from 14 October daily messages are received for delivery but no one came for delivery can I know a date when mobile will be delivered if not possible the order may be cancelled I hope some action will be taken at your end

    I have been associated with Flipkart for almost 6-7 years but for some time now I have observed that your service quality has become very poor.

    You can check in the trail mail. My order was to be delivered today, for which I was following up with your team since morning, but in the evening I got a message and email from Flipkart that my order will be delayed by 2 days.

    If my order is not delivered tomorrow as you promised at the time of ordering, I will cancel all my orders and escalate it on social media about how poor the service mechanism you have.

    I have raised concern multiple times over calls and emails to Flipkart but yet not a single progress has shown in tracking.

    It’s been 11days now. Very poor service/ customer care

    This 3emails send no one responsed.

    Dear All/Kalyan krishnamurthy sir

    I placed an order for some small items on Flipkart. The delivery boy contacted me and informed me that he was at my place. I informed him that I would return at 6pm. Surprisingly, he asked if he could cancel the order. I am deeply disappointed with his behavior. Furthermore, he used inappropriate language, which was recorded on your IVR line. I even have a recording as evidence. I would like to know how a delivery partner representing your company can speak in this manner to a customer who has not made any mistakes.

    Please be aware that I will wait for your calls before I post anything on social media platforms.

      I ordered an LG AC from Flipkart on May 26th, with a delivery date of June 3rd. However, it is now July 27th, and my order has still not been delivered.

      Your customer executive has informed me that this is a seller issue and that they cannot do anything about it. Additionally, I am not being allowed to contact the grievance department. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. Flipkart is a reputable platform, and I do not wish to harm its image.

      Furthermore, your executive suggested canceling my order after two months, which is unacceptable. Please help me resolve this issue promptly.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I was booked online for a Motorola Edge 40 new smartphone (QTY 02) at your organization and paid a full amount paid by credit card dated on 29th september 2023 Friday.
    The official delivery date was 14th October Saturday & the harassment that happened to me since then is detailed below

    1. On 14th October 2023 I received a message on my registered mobile number that the product will reach Kolkata at 11 pm tonight.
    2. On the same day at 11:20 PM I get a call that your product will be delivered tomorrow morning.
    3. 15th october i got a call at 10 PM that your delivery boy was coming to our residence for delivery.
    4. I refused to take delivery at night because I don’t have permission to enter any delivery mat in my domestic complex after 10PM onwards.
    5. I informed customer care support the next day.
    6. 16th October2023 I got a call at 10:20 PM that your delivery boy was coming to our residence for delivery & I refused to take delivery at night because I don’t have permission to enter any delivery mat in my domestic complex after 10PM onwards.
    6. I informed customer care support the next day.On the same day I got a message that if I think I can change the delivery date then I change one of my orders to the 19th.
    7. Since then I have not received any further calls for my product delivery, I have called customer care so many times but no resolution yet.
    8. Today I am directly present at your distribution house ( Agarpara , Ghoshpara APC Pally) and your concerned person assured me that my product is with them (checked on the computer with my order number). today will be delivered before 11PM and another will be delivered tomorrow.

    I am very disappointed to not get any solution from you yet, my credit card EMI has been activated, so you are forcing me to complain on Consumer forum.

    This is my humble request. Please give your opinion urgently or take any step on an urgent basis…….

    I have ordered 72 handkerchief from flipkart and I recieved only 6 now your costumer executive says its seller issue we can’t do anything in that. and the are not allowed us to contact grievance please help us . flipkart is a big platform and we don’t want to destroy your image . 28 october is last date for return after that I was unable to do anything . please help us

      I am very disappointed with Flipkart’s customer support. I never expected such poor service from them. I many called 20 + times to explain my consern all the executive but no use

      Their support team is unhelpful, and the vendor experience is the worst.Let me explain my situation in detail. I need assistance in escalating this issue to the next level.

      regarding my recent order of VAYINATO ADA Bio Rio Biological Filtration Media, 1L For Aquarium (Quantity: 2),

      After receiving the delivery, I discovered that I recived the wrong product . I immediately took photos and videos of the received items and submitted a return request under the wrong product option.However, when the pickup agent arrived to collect the incorrect products, he refused to accept them, claiming they were not the same as ordered. Despite my explanations and evidence, he left without collecting the items. This has caused significant frustration

      I have contacted multiple Flipkart executives to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have received inconsistent information and conflicting updates from each representative. One executive advised me to return one product and report the other as missing, despite both products being part of the same order.

      This has only added to my confusion and frustration.Today, another pickup attempt was made, but the agent once again refused to collect the items after taking photos.

      This repetitive cycle is highly frustrating and is not the service quality I have come to expect from Flipkart.I kindly request that this issue be escalated to the appropriate department. Please coordinate with your vendor to resolve this matter urgently. I am seeking a prompt resolution and the refund of 3716.00 for the incorrect products received.Attached, you will find photos of the products I received for your reference.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution

    ₹ 293 which was returned due to size problem, more than 1 month has passed, still pickup is not being done, pickup is being canceled again and again, pickup of both the products 4 times. I have contacted the customer care many times, but every time a complaint is noted and the resolution is shown without any solution, if you do not want to return the product, then clearly refuse. You are being given dates again and again

    I would like to bring to your notice that I have order the new Voltas 1.5 ton Ac through online in flip kart. ( ORDER ID:OD330983635179870100) on 13th April 2024 and it was delivered by flip kart on18th April 2024 and the Installation date was given on 21.04.2024. But unfortunately, the Voltas installation team didn’t attend, and they came on 26.04.2024 for the installation of the new AC.

    Only the Voltas technician should open the delivery package and when they opened the package of the New AC it was noticed that the outdoor unit was fully damaged and aluminum coils fins were punctured ( attached the photos in the below Annexure)

    The Voltas technicians advised as to return back the damaged product to the flip kart and get the replacement. When we checked for return back there is no such option for return back of the product in the flipkart.

    So, I have reached out flipkart team immediately on 26.04.2024 and they raised the complaint ticket (IN2404271005630038779) and they informed me that the problem will be resolved by 30th April. But no response and action from the team

    Again, I reach out flipkart team on 30th April and I was again explaining the issue to the flpkart team, and they raised the compliant ticket ( IN24043014584379428944) and they informed me the issue will be resolved by 3rd May 2024.

    And today (3rd May2024) I have received the call from flipkart team, and they informed me that the flipkart cannot give the replacement for the damage product and they told I need to reach the Voltas company directly to get the the replacement from my end. I was asking the flpkart team that I bought the product through flipkart, and you have delivered the product with damage and then why I should ask Voltas for the replacement. NO ANSWER from the flipkart team and they gave me the contact number of the Voltas and asked me to contact them, and they kept the call.

    Then I called the Voltas company and again I was explaining all the issue and Voltas engineer informed me that only filpkart should give the replacement, Voltas will not give the replacement.

    Almost nearly 10 person have contacted me from flipkart but no action from their end.

    I am fully stressed and disappointed with the flipkart service and now I am clueless what should I do with the damage product which is lying in my home for last 2weeks.

    So, I humbly requesting you to intervene in this issue and kindly to do needful for the replacement of the product as soon as possible .

    Good Day,

    This is to express my serious concerns regarding the recent delivery of my order(Ariel Short For Girls Casual Printed Pure Cotton). The delivery agent called me at about 10:30 AM for an OTP (one-time password) and proceeded to deliver 3 of the 4 products I had ordered. However, the 4th product (Ariel Short For Girls Casual Printed Pure Cotton) was marked as delivered, even though it was not actually delivered to me.

    This discrepancy in timing is highly irregular, as the delivery agent could not have delivered the 4th product at 2:30 PM when they had already collected the OTP from me at 10:30 AM.

    I was not present at home during the time of the deliveries, yet the agent still proceeded to mark the 4th product as delivered. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the integrity of the delivery process.

    I demand that the 4th product be delivered to me immediately, or that I receive a full refund for that item. Failure to resolve this issue promptly will force me to escalate the matter to the appropriate forums. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this problem.
