    My account has been blocked even though I have not canceled most of the orders and have not been refunded, only one order has been canceled from my side and another order has been canceled from the seller’s side. I have Flipkart plus membership and Flipkart. There is also limit in pay later so please check and activate & unblock my account.

    I am writing this letter in my capacity as a customer of Flipkart to formally request an immediate refund pertaining to a cancelled order, the details of which are provided below. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter through customer service channels, my refund has not yet been processed, compelling me to take this formal action.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am
    I am Subhas Garai, purchased a SAMSUNG 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with Inbuilt Heater Black, Grey from flipkart on 04-05-2024 and delivered on 10-05-2024 with order id is- OD331169029451409100, the product invoice is attached below for your reference. In the product the detergent tray is not locked properly. The installation team came on 11-05-2024 but they denied the responsibility of the machine and they told me that they are not doing anything and also told me to contact flipkart for return or exchange. I am called two times in flipkart and tell the problem they told me once the product deliverd they are not responsible of the product only samsung solve the problem.
    Then I am called Samsung they told me that you are not purchase from the samsung dealer so we are not responsible for the product, you contact only flipkart. Then I again called flipkart and they told me that the denied letter from the samsung technician is needed for exchange or return the product. Then again I am called Samsung and booked a technician visit on 12-05-2024. The technician (Dipankar Das) came on 13-05-2024 they totally denied all responsibility and told me that we are doing nothing for this product and not providing any type of denied letter , You only contact flipkart.

    In the last 11 to 12 days I have totally faded up to call flipkart and samsung so many times and not solve a single issue with the product. the product neither been installed nor been returned/exchanged. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. It is very painful for me to buy a Samsung brand washing machine. The worst experience ever from flipkart and samsung. Return request accepted by flipkart but rejected without any issue. Samsung give me the denid letter and give all the responsibilities to flipkart.

    I earnestly request you please take necessary steps to exchange the product and install it as soon as possible.

    I problem face within one month, regularly contact customer care but not solved my issues, I was buy a refrigerator but received damaged product but not received refund amount,if I purchase credit card and one day deley payment than fine approx three thousand, but I Suffering within one month and I hrash I am worried since last one month, I am going through mental torture, I feel that I will be able to use refrigerator even in winters, otherwise in summers I will have to lodge complaint,so please help me and my amount return

    few months ago, from Flipkart pay later called me repeatedly and threat me to pay your due amount which is not paid by you from very long time i was schocked becouse i am not able to take any product through the flipkart pay later so i was called and mail on your flipkart email id regarding this but not respodined from there so i just trying to call in your customer care no. +914445614700 it was connetcted and then i was share this story he inform me to some one used your account and place some order but they do not share with me exect data who used my account he told me to complain register in cyber cell department to closed this thing.
    So i want to know that person’s every single details who used my account or my documents, I will definately register case file against that fellow your executive give me some details about that person who placed some product like i phone 12 mini, Air pod jen 2 and redbull etc.

    Zebronics zeb head set on June 1st 2024 it has multiple issues like battery problem not charging sound too low etc therefore if it is single problem you can replace it ,but it has multiple issues I don’t need replacement i need refund kindly i request you to refund the amount I have called your customer care they not able to resolve the issue kindly do the needful
    If not I have to approach the consumer court of Karnataka..

    I was purchase a AC of Marq at your website the journey start of online sales date of 04-06-2024 & product will be delivered on time also installation be on time but from same day of installation my AC not cooling .i raise replacement request ,technician visited and found issue of gas leakage in AC he refilled gas & told me after sometime AC will be done cool but AC does not cooling after run at whole night.I raised again replacement request but without technician visit replacement automatically would be cancelled at your end. as you know that i have payment before delivery my product but today almost passing 10days i did not found any solution at your end .
    so i request to you kindly resolved my issue and replaced my product

    Don’t buy any product from MarQ by flipkart.
    I’m case any warranty claim, Flipkart will refer & MarQ will refer Jeeve

    Jeeve will provides dates to you

    If you will approach MarQ, they will again refer you to Jeeve

    If you will approach Flipkart, they will say that plz claim warranty with Brand (MarQ).

    You will be like a football.

    I am feeling like football since last 2 months to claim the warranty for MarQ by flipkart product.

    Request from the team to please replace the product and give me the original item as soon as possible.

    I am writing to express my continued frustration and disappointment with the handling of my refund issue. Despite receiving three email confirmations from Flipkart stating that I would receive a full refund, I have now been informed by your social media team that only a 70% manual refund will be issued due to pickup issues for the TV.

    This is unacceptable. After four months of repeated complaints and poor service, I find it unacceptable that I am not being given the full refund that was promised.

    I am writing to express my concern regarding an LG AC unit (Order ID: OD431114074622262100) that I purchased from Flipkart on May 28, 2024. The installation was carried out by Flipkart’s service team. However, immediately after installation, I noticed significant issues with the product: the cooling function is not working, and there is water leaking from the indoor unit.

    I raised a refund request three weeks a go but have not received any resolution or update on the matter. Additionally, I have already made two installment payments for this product, which is currently unusable.

    Given the circumstances, I kindly request immediate action to process my refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the delay and expect this issue to be resolved promptly.

    Please let me know the next steps to facilitate the refund process.

    I have raised concern multiple times over calls and emails to Flipkart but yet not a single progress has shown in tracking.

    It’s been 11days now. Very poor service/ customer care

    This 3emails send no one responsed.

    I am not at all happy with the services provided by you. I have been cheated by you. I had purchased a Havells Sandwich Maker from your Flipkart online shopping store through online shopping for which I had paid online through credit card. And you gave me the date of delivery of my product on 18th July, but my product was not delivered by you on 18th July. Then after that you told me to deliver my product on 21st July, but even on 21st you did not deliver my product to me, and then on 23rd you cancelled the product purchased by me. After that you increased the price of the product purchased by me and asked me to buy it again, for which I am very disappointed with Flipkart for cheating me. And now in future I will never buy any product from Flipkart. Nor will I advise anyone to buy any product from anyone else, because Flipkart has cheated me, and Flipkart can cheat any other person too. I have completely lost my trust in Flipkart, I will never buy anything from Flipkart in the future nor will I advise other people to buy anything from Flipkart.

    Dear sir,
    my name is ved Sharma and I purchased a pinevinta pink delight plastic handle mob set vide order no OD331650267848384100 ( pink colour) but I received blue colour and also the mob is not working properly. So that I return the product in Flipkart side and called in Flipkart customer care and the executive told me that they replace my product instead of return. But no one came to pick up the product again. I called customer care then they told me the same as earlier. Total 3 times the executives told me the same thing: “Sir, we replace your product instead of returning it . On 21/07/24 when the replacement was rejected by Flipkart after that I submitted my review that no replacement was made for my product, when I received the mail by Flipkart. Now today when I called customer care the executive told me that they don’t replace or return the defective product. Pls do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money.

    I ordered a bed on July 21, 2024, with a delivery date of July 22, 2024. Since I was not available on the delivery date, I extended it to July 26, 2024. However, I still haven’t received any update. When I spoke to customer care, they informed me that the expected delivery date is now July 30. I took 2 days off to receive the bed.

    I haven’t received any update from Flipkart about the delay. If that was the case, they should have informed me about the change in availability. My 2 days of leave have been wasted, and I am very disappointed.

    Hi Team,

    I am writing to express my frustration and seek an urgent resolution regarding the purchase of a Hero scooter on 21st July. Along with the scooter, I paid ₹8,244 for RTO charges and ₹1,500 for handling.

    Recently, the dealer (RMK motor corp) contacted me requesting an additional ₹1,808 for registration and ₹950 for manhandling. I am puzzled by these additional charges and want to understand their validity, as I have already paid the required amounts in advance.

    I have reached out to your support team more than ten times to address this issue. Each time, I had to explain the situation from the beginning, and the response was always the same: my concern was forwarded to the backend team or the two-wheeler team. However, they do not have visibility or access to the necessary information, and I have not been provided with any contact number or status update on my query.

    It has been eight days since I initially raised this issue, and I am exhausted from repeatedly explaining the problem and receiving promises of a callback or resolution within 48 hours, which have not been fulfilled. My money is currently stuck, and I am left with no clear point of contact to resolve this matter.

    Please provide immediate assistance and a clear explanation regarding the additional charges. I trust that Flipkart will take this issue seriously and provide a prompt resolution.

I’ve assured to someone for gifting this product.from 2nd Aug I’ve raised a ticket for early delivery and the execut8ve siad to me that please wait for next 48 hours product will be delivered to you at any cost but now today’s date is 4 th Aug and still senior executive Mr abhishek is saying to me that you have to wait another 72 hours for delivery. Are you people kidding with me?

    I had ordered aroma magic shampoo with order ID OD431981378483206100 on 6th of August 2024. I received empty bottle of aroma magic in tored and damaged box. Till date I have been complaining to customer service but there’s no resolution on same. Repeatedly it’s getting rescheduled for pickup and executive denies by their end. kindly help me with this issue as my hard earned money is getting wasted on your empty bottles.

    Urgent: Cashback Issue with Flipkart UPI Transactions

    Dear Flipkart Complaints Team,

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had using the Flipkart UPI service. I recently received an intimation regarding a new cashback offer for transactions through Flipkart UPI, which advertised a cashback of up to ₹25 for transactions of ₹50 or more.

    On August 21, 2024, I conducted three transactions, each exceeding ₹50, under the assumption that I would receive the promised cashback. However, as of today, I have not received any cashback or rewards for these transactions.

    I am concerned about this issue as it seems misleading and unfair. I trusted Flipkart to deliver on its promotional promises, and this experience has been quite disappointing.

    Could you please investigate this matter and provide an update on when I can expect to receive my cashback? Additionally, I would appreciate a clear explanation for why the cashback has not been credited as advertised.

    I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. If not, I will be compelled to reconsider using Flipkart services and advise my friends and family accordingly.

    I bought HP Chromebook from flipkart ,i received my order on july 31st .after the delivery i found some marks on display of chromebook with in 10 mnts after delivery a requst for replacement.
    I request replacement on 31 july, your team allotted me 14 august was the technicians visit day. Still now no technicians visit happened. Its been more than 22 days iam waiting for replacement. Why are u team taking this much of time for this matter. I daily call and text u regarding this matter very dispointing approach from team i get only updation about new date other than technicilan visit.aias that this much of complicated issue?
